Todd kusano is the best salesman a customer could ever imagine! He went way ABOVE and BEYOND and I mean BEYOND his job description as a salesman to assure my purchase and my 11 hour safe travels! Not just as a salesman but as a person he is a blessing to have met. Once I get a business Mr. Eddie Hill better be willing to give up his company to keep this guy cause I'm going all in to hire Todd. Thank u so much Todd it was a blessing and a pleasure brother! Oh yeah not to mention BEST prices around!

Monty, Todd, David and the rest of the Eddie Hill staff were amazing. Great to work with. Super informative. I don t believe I will ever buy one of our machines from any other dealer.

I took tires and wheels in to have them mount and balanced. Ask to have the valves stems replaced. Bill was 112.00 and didn't change the valve stems. I bought the tires took the wheels off.Up date. I was asked to bring the bike in to have the new valve stems installed at no charge. Work was done in a record time.

Took our Mule in after we lost control of our steering. It took almost 2 months and when we finally picked it up it had a terrible shake in the front end AND the brake pin was missing. Took it BACK up there, only to be told there was nothing wrong with it. After having it looked at by another mechanic because it was shaking so bad it would sling you off the road, we were told our front alignment was out by 4 INCHES AND OUR TIRES WERE PUT ON THE WRONG SIDE!?!? All things that Eddie Hills did earn they had it for 2 months. NEVER AGAIN.

I live in galveston so I drove Almost seven hours to get to this place. I set in my truck watch them bring the toys out to put it around in the front. Nobody offered me water bathroom cup of coffee shook my hand or anything for me driving all that way to buy one motorcycle. I guess my money down south wasn't good enough to show a little bit of respect.

April 2020 bought a 2010 Polaris, salesman was able to offer a 2 year warranty for $600, he said it would cover all these parts ext., I took the warranty because I know atv s are expensive. About a year later I brought it in, they said carburetor needs repair/rebuild, I said no problem I paid for extended warranty, they said ok and would take care of it. 1 month later after calling and calling wanting updates they text me with a bill of $350, I reminded them of my warranty but they said that wasn t covered (of course), then a friend told me he new an ex employee of theirs who said they would collect the warranty and also charge customer. 2 months before the warranty expired I took back again, was told battery was bad, reminded them of warranty but of course didn t cover that either. Regardless don t buy a warranty from them they won t cover anything! I take it to Lawton now with zero problems and they inform me of the cost before working on it.

Bought my Honda CRF 300L from here last month. One of the easiest dealership experiences I've been through. Put a deposit down on it and they held it for the week as I came down from NM to pick it up. No upcharge in fees which is impossible to find these days. Will happily buy here again.

This place is great. I bought a Honda Monkey from Lubbock. Todd, the sales guy, and David, the finance guy, were professional, kind, and made it all very easy. I definitely would recommend coming and see these guys!

Came in here to look into a bike (All of which are very fairly priced, I'd even say a solid deal from what I saw) and the guys were very friendly and do their best to help you out. Even with very middle of the road credit and no down payment, they still put in the effort to try and help me, and even had my safety in mind by trying to put me on a smaller bike for virtually the same price when they discovered I'm only 18. I may not have been approved for the bike but I will definitely be taking my business here the next time I look into a motorcycle.

I have bought gear from them before, but today was my first experience with their service/repair department. Great service all around! I took my bike in for brake problems, got it back that afternoon. The technician that worked on it took the time to show me exactly what went wrong, and walked me through how to take care of it should the same issue ever occur again. They really exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

This review has been patiently waiting for over 2 months. The only positive experience during this purchasing disaster was the finance department. David took excellent care of me and made everything come out easily and as expected. Of course after that it was all down Eddie's Hill from there. To give a little background, I've been waiting to take delivery of my brand new Polaris since around the 20th of October. Although it's not Eddie Hills' fault that it's taking so long for a recall issue, the lack of customer care and communication is. They are super helpful right up to finishing the deal and taking your money. Anything after that congratulatory handshake and it seems like they dont care anymore or simply washed their hands of it.If you ever have to call up there and ask a question be prepared to NOT have it answered. They will always say "find out and call you back", but don't expect to ever get called back as that just doesn't happen. If you physically show up in person to ask a question because they haven't "found out and called you back yet", definitely don't expect to get an answer. They will again just smugly answer, "We'll find out and call you.." Hold your breath if you believe that reply and wait. Once you wake up after passing out repeat the process until you realize you made a mistake by walking through those doors and deciding to spend lots of money there. They refuse to return your calls, they never answer your questions, and they completely forget about you after the deal is done.To make things worse. After taking delivery of the machine I found out nuts were missing and bolts that hold the roll cage on were left loose as well as the lug nuts.

I dont even know where to begin. I purchased a motorcycle from Eddie Hills and it was one of my best experiences making a large purchase. Todd and Trey was both helpful and professional handling my purchase. They stayed in contact and was available when I called or text with questions. Todd went above and beyond to help me with buying a bike. I would definitely recommend this dealer. AWESOME JOB GUYS

Great place to do business. Monty & Robert were up front and professional every step of the way. I had to replace a 2008 Ranger Crew and wasn t sure exactly what I wanted. They had a 2012 online so I inquired about it. Monty got in touch with me immediately and told me all about it. I ended up switching to a 2016 they had. He was patient with me and priced it very fair. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. Robert even delivered it to me 4 hours away! Seriously these are good people who under promise and over deliver. Anyone I know looking for a buggy is gonna get pointed that way.

*Please read before sending any vehicle to Eddie Hills*My complaints are that the service manager lady consistently failed to keep me informed on the repairs or give me quotes when I asked, the mechanic failed to keep all parts like I asked, and many unauthorized repairs were completed without my consent. I will provide a detailed summary of my experience at Eddie Hills.I sent my motorcycle to Eddie Hills on May 19, 2015 and received my bike back on June 2, 2015. When I dropped off my Shadow 750, I told the service manager to replace all fluids, provide the necessary repairs for the motorcycle to pass inspection (put new mirrors on and put a silencer on the exhaust), and that the carburetor probably needed to be cleaned because the motorcycle was running rough. After a week, I called to check up on my motorcycle. The service manager informed me they already installed a new float valve and they were waiting on the silencers on the exhaust. Unfortunately, the next day I received a call from the service desk and they informed me that they needed to install a fuel pump. At this point, I became suspicious and asked for them to give me all the original parts back after the install. After receiving my motorcycle, I tried asking the service manager for my parts and they couldn t give me all of my parts because the mechanic threw away the float valve . So, there is no telling whether or not they actually replaced the float valve. I received the bill for payment and was surprised by the over $800 in repairs they did. Many things were done which I never told them to do. Like replacing the spark plugs, float valve, and turn signal bulbs (which were working before I brought them there). And nowhere on the bill, did it list that they replaced all of the fluids. Just the oil.I brought my motorcycle home and checked the old fuel pump by hooking it up and pumping gas. Guess What? The original fuel pump worked and didn t need to be replaced. The reason I brought my motorcycle in, was because I was too busy to work on it myself. I won t make the mistake of trusting Eddie Hills with my motorcycle again. On a side note, I enjoy buying my gear there because it is very affordable and the front desk staff are very helpful.*after talking with the mechanic, he said the fuel pump was working intermittently. i did not check it for that, so he is probably right.

Eddie Hills service dept installed an Enduro tire (front and rear) on my BMW 800GS, and they installed the front tire on the rim backwards (at minimum a hazard to safety!). They refused to accept responsibility for it, and refused to make it right. There are plenty of other good honest shops to take your business to, but not here! The service department lady could not have been any more rude, needs to get the stick out of her butt!

The lady who handles service is completely unqualified for the position. She is clueless and rather lazy. Labor rates are more than they should be. And when I told her it was too high she said she could take some off. Made me feel like they were trying to screw me on labor costs. Wanted $126 to replace brake pads on just the back. They kept my atv outside in the rain and didn't even wash it off for me which is basic courtesy at most places. Frustrating to take them a spotless atv and get it back dirty. Not a good showing of Eddie Hill's name. I will not be back

Great spot. Todd Kusano was very helpful. Told him I am a first time rider and he really had my safety in mind when talking about which motorcycle to look into. He printed paper work out for me and gave me great advice.Thank you Todd

My family owns two Polaris Rangers that we've brought to Eddie Hills for service from time to time for almost 10 years. The technicians appear to be very competent and we've never had any problems with the quality of their work. Trey, who appears to be a manager of service, is very conscientious and is always responsive and is great at customer service. They admittedly are swamped with work, and I was told that they are unable to hire enough qualified technicians to keep up with the backlog. This means that a 6 to 8-week wait to get your atv repaired there is typical. That is not only my most recent experience, but also happened a year and a half ago. We did not complain at that time, but I did this time because of the current service advisor lady's inept or lazy, lackadaisical conduct. I will call her"A." "A" was guilty of the following: Failure to update contact information in their system, failure to communicate, failure to follow up...which I attribute to deficits in attention to detail and conscientiousness. "A"'s bumbling caused an additional week of delay and essentially consumed an entire day of my time to address. Given that past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior, I am confident that, left to her own devices, "A" will continue to be at high risk for bungling. I am left with an impression of her as marginally competent and lazy, which is not desirable in a person who represents Eddie Hill to the public. I am led to conclude that she is the type to be unphased by such a blistering indictment as I have laid forth here. She apparently requires close supervision. Beware.
