Quality work. Can t tell there was ever any paint traded with the other vehicle. Also did a great job cleaning both inside and out before returning it. Communication between service writers and customers could use improvement but overall satisfactory results.

Customer Service excellence can be hard to come by these days but not at Caliber Collision! Darios was professional, honest, on time and exceeded my expectations. The work that needed to be performed is definitely of high quality! I will be returning to Darios for assistance if need be in the future!! 5 stars!!

My Daughter got into a fender bender that resulted in a fairly large dent as well as paint damage. This was her first experience with any kind of auto shop. Her first point of contact was with a young man by the name of Darios. He was patient, honest and very knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and you can't even tell the vehicle had been in an accident. If anyone has a need for any vehicle repair needs go see Darios he is your man!!

Repair was minor cosmetics, but we cant see any signs of a repair. She looks as good as the day I bought her. Shop was friendly and got her back as I was told.
