Extremely Disappointing ServiceMy recent experience with Bruckner's Truck and Sales in Wichita Falls, Texas, has been nothing short of a nightmare. I scheduled my truck to be serviced on a Tuesday for what should have been a straightforward repair - recalibrating the turbo actuator and replacing the DPF filter. Unfortunately, this simple job turned into a prolonged ordeal.Upon dropping off my truck, I expected it to be handled promptly. However, the shop only completed half of the work on that Tuesday and left my truck sidelined. They assured me it would be ready by Friday, but when I called them on Friday, they admitted they hadn't even started the repairs. The completion date was moved to Monday, but once again, they failed to meet their commitment.This pattern of continuously pushing back the completion date added insult to injury. My hotel bill was soaring, and at this point, it had surpassed a thousand dollars, all because of the shop's inability to stick to their word. Their constant misrepresentation of when my truck would be ready is inexcusable.What's even more frustrating is the simplicity of the job itself, which should have taken no more than 5 hours in total, especially with all the required parts readily available.To add to this ordeal, when I reached out to the shop once more to inquire about the status of my truck, they told me they had no idea when they could get to it this week. Fed up with their false promises and lack of transparency, I made the decision to take my truck to a different shop.If they had been honest from the very start and told me there would be delays, I could have explored other options sooner. Instead, their false assurances left me stranded and financially burdened.In summary, my experience with Bruckner's Truck and Sales has been a harrowing one. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and their inability to complete a repair in a timely manner have cost me not only a substantial amount of money but also an exorbitant amount of time."Do better, Bruckner's" is my sincere plea to this establishment, urging them to improve their service and respect their customers' time and trust.

Their service manager, Joseph his a great guy and humble. He listened to you and never hesitating on helping first without discussing a bout money. We need more people like him in world

I've been to their facility on the south side of Dallas, and will be seeing at this locale tomorrow. I've never been disappointed in the shops they have, and am hoping to add that 5th star for Wichita Falls.

Went her to learn more on what we need to purchase our first truck. The manager took his time and we went over everything. The do's the don'ts. Definitely would recommend

They have signs on the door saying masks are mandatory but almost none of the employees have it. I saw one guy walking around coughing behind the counter without a mask on it wouldnt surprise me if they all go out sick here soon. None of other customers in and out had masks on either maybe people just can't read their own signs. Front counter older gentleman needs to work on how he talks to people. They didn't have the part I needed but didn't offer to order it just said they don't have any.

Was very happy with the work here. I was in and out in a couple hours. Check engine light was on when I stopped. They fixed the problem and I was on my way. Thank you for the great service!!

The folks here at this shop in Wichita falls,TX went way above the average service you get at most shops.Truck was losing power and the folks here got me fixed and rolling.
