Billy's is the place to go if you want your car fixed right. They're honest and professional. What more can you ask for. They came highly recommended by Weaver's Oil Change on Fairway about three years ago and I keep coming back. They've repaired my Honda Odyssey and my Lexus GS 350. They've earned my trust and I'm sure they'll earn yours.

We drive older model cars so it s important to us to have a good mechanic shop on hand. We have taken our cars to Billy s a dozen times over the years and they always repair and maintain our cars. They have very fair pricing; call with quotes before starting the work; are very friendly & accommodating. Trust worthy and very capable.

I highly recommend Billy's Auto Repair. They are a business built on integrity and in my opinion they are the best out there! They are honest, reliable, dependable, efficient and trustworthy! Over the years, we have taken our vehicles to them needing repair and they have never steered us in the wrong direction. Haleigh and Ashley that work at the front desk are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in their field. They are great at communicating to the mechanics and are amazing to work with! Amazing! As a 68-year-old woman, I so much appreciate an honest mechanic. Looked at my car, didn't find anything wrong, and then didn't charge me anything. I believe that was a first for me. I would definitely recommend then.

My daughter has been restoring her 87 RV for over a year This week road trip indicated no AC or Cool Air Her neighbor said there s only one place you can totally trust the Owner - He s very honest as well Professional Billy s Auto Repair Wichiti Falls Today she dropped RV off and by end the day RV was blowing Cold Air Repair cost was below budget This whole experience was an answer prayer, Thank God for neighbor that pointed us to Billy s Auto Repair, God Blessings to Owner Billy, his mechanics and those sweet Sisters in Front Office Highly recommended - Very Honest and NeighborlyServices: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Great service and fair prices. I highly recommend this place. Took my car because it was over heating. It was my thermostat hosing that needed to be fixed. And they fix it right away. Got my ride the next day.If I have any other issue with my ride I would be definitely be coming here again.

Great service and price. Gets you in and out quickly. My AC went out over a very hot weekend. Called on Monday, they got to me in first thing the next morning. By noon they called with a diagnosisand a very reasonably price. They had the part in stock and my car was ready by the end of that day.Service: Air conditioning

Best customer service that I have ever experienced with any shop. They changed out some sensors for me for a very fair price. I was also having a slight shudder in my transmission. They diagnosed the problem and informed me of a way to fix it that would be very inexpensive for me. Thankfully this worked and my transmission no longer has a shudder. I will definitely be returning for any future work needed.

We've unfortunately had to use Billy's more than we'd like recently, but from our first interaction with them, they have earned customers for life.They are very fair, honest, attentive to the needs of the customer and, equally as important as all that, they are great mechanics and stand behind their work.I cannot recommend this auto repair shop enough.

I stopped by Billy's this morning after I left Patterson Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram because they absolutely would not help me without an appointment. When I got to Billy's I told them my issue and the woman at the front desk grabbed a tech for me and we figured out my problem in all of 2 minutes. She then found the part # for me and I was on my way. I asked if I owed them anything for their time and they said nope. Top notch people and will absolutely be going back if I ever need any work done

Absolutely amazing! I ve been here twice to have my starter fixed and my rotors replaced. I was given great customer service each time and they were able to have my car done the same day. They re prices, from my experience, are very reasonable as well

I had a great experience here. I dropped off 2015 Hyundai Tuscon a day prior to the appointment, and they were luckily able to check out my suspension issue early. I was called shortly after the repair and given updates. Great service and communication, I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!

I just want to say thank you to everyone at Billy's Auto Repair for being very professional, friendly, and helpful during a transmission problem I encountered on my Ford Explorer on a vacation trip from Houston, TX to Colorado. I was towing my Ford Explorer with my RV, when I noticed fluid leaking from my Ford Explorer. I was in Wichita Falls, TX and did not know where to turn for help. I managed to find someone in Wichita Falls that recommend their shop. I called them and, although it was almost closing time for them, they told me to bring over the vehicle to look at it. After they looked at the vehicle, they confirmed my worst fears...I had burned my transmission. They gave me options on what to do. They even offered to keep my Explorer at their shop, and they would take care of it until my wife & I returned back from Colorado. My wife and I decided to just return back to Houston and skip our Colorado trip, but we were very thankful for the kindness and help Billy's Auto Repair had offered us. If you have automobile problems, I highly recommend going to Billy's Auto Repair...we will be forever thankful for their help....Homer M.

The wonderful people at Billy's Auto Repair helped me above and beyond! I was driving my truck down Old Jacksboro highway when it suddenly started making bad noises and was barely moving down the road. I was directed to Billy's Auto Repair and it died just as I was pulling it into their parking lot. They immediately stepped out and evaluated my truck. I had no one to come get me or anything and they usually don't work on diesels, but they jumped on it and fixed my truck so I could make it home! It surprised me that they helped me right then and how good they are! Not many businesses would have done that. I am so grateful for these amazing people! I will definitely be bringing all my business to them! Thank you!!!!

I can't say enough great things about Billy's! My Lexus was overheating and a certain Toyota dealer was of absolutely no use and charged me to fix an issue that wasn't broken. Billy's got me running right in a day or so at a fantastic price. Haley has superior customer service skills, she explained the process and has been very helpful. Working with my extended warranty was a breeze thanks to her! My car will go to Billy's from now on! Thanks again!

Broke down a few miles outside of town on the road heading back to Arizona (had not heard off let alone planned on stopping in Wichita Falls) Naturally it was a Sunday and no one was open so i asked the AAA tow truck driver where he thought we would get the fastest service and he drove us to Billy's. Their service was kind and quick to a couple of wayfaring kids and got us on the road before noon Monday. The price was very fair too (fair warning that except for emergencies they are a cash and check only establishment). Would highly recommend and very grateful.

I took my vehicle around 8:30 am for AC not working. They replaced the condenser and had it out by 5:00 the same day. Very reasonable cost, I highly recommend.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Very good and quick service, changed out ac compressor in my wifes car. Price was under the quotes i got everywhere else, they told me 2 days originally but part came in sooner and had car back in 1 day.

They are amazing! I trust them completely with my vehicles! Twice they have fixed my truck at no charge because it was a minor fix. They go above and beyond in their customer service! Highly recommend them!

Great customer service but I just feel like I got ripped off. I just needed to get my right bulb socket replaced and rewired but also need a new inner liner which I was charged $100 for it.. Bur they're $25 online. First quote I got was $160 then I received a call and was told $210 but ended up paying $260. Overpriced in my opinion.

Billy has been my mechanic for a few years now. Always does great work. Always a great honest price. I highly recommend him. Several of my family and friends now also go to Billy's.
