I prefer Auto Zone over other brand auto parts. Plus I use to be an Auto Zoner. This auto zone is one of the best stores I have done business with. Personnel are always friendly and helpful. Great customer service.

Called today to reserve and purchase a battery for my car. All members at this store were professional, knowledgeable, and assisted me with changing out the battery before I even stepped out the door! That is amazing, top-notch customer service! Good job Autozone!

Super friendly and helpful! I sat in the vehicle with my 3 dogs while my husband shopped and they brought dog treats out to them!!! Dog friendly people are the best!!!

Yesterday, I found out I needed a new battery for my vehicle as I went to start my car, and all I hear is the dreaded *click click click.* After getting a jump, I drove to this Autozone and explained what I needed. The parts manager (wish I remembered his name) explained their options and pricing and didn t make me feel rushed at all. After the transaction, one of the employees went outside and swapped the old battery with a new one and was very expedient in doing so. The overall experience was overwhelmingly pleasant, with amazing customer service. This entire process was speedy too, as I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes. Great job at this Autozone location, I ve never had a negative experience at this location ever, and will keep coming back for my vehicle s needs.

I will always shop at Autozone, unless they don t have what I need and it is in stock elsewhere. Aside from that I will even order ahead from there. You can t beat a lifetime warranty!

This place was clean and well stocked. I was greeted when I walked in but wasn't paid attention to after that, until I walked up to the counter to pay. I felt rushed, and when I tried to greet my cashier he quickly told me about some deal to add to my purchase (this deal had nothing to do with what I needed). When I turned it down he seemed annoyed with me. I won't be back. I prefer O'Reilly's.

The gentlemen at Autozone took great care of me and my car today! Even on Labour Day, they helped me get the parts I needed and loaned my friend the tools to do the repair so I could get back on the road and home safely. Thank you!

The guys at AutoZone are always really friendly and ready to help. I don't go to O'Reilly's or Tanya's other auto parts stores AutoZone is where I go because if they don't have it they will find it and they will bring it to their store like I said always ready to help...

High end service and friendly staff. After accidentally going to O reilly right near this location (which turned out to be a bad experience) I made my way to Autozone. Darwin was so great and friendly. Despite knowing I wanted a new battery he checked my current battery to be sure it was the issue. It was in fact the problem. He installed the battery for me which in this Texas heat was not kind to him but he never complained and got it done. He was personable and friendly. Highly recommend seeing Darwin and the rest of the staff at Autozone off Sheppard access road.

Just broke down outside of Wichita Falls, on our way home back to Dallas. Called Autozone to see if they had the part I needed. Alex came out and picked me up, took me back to Autozone, then back to my vehicle. He stayed with me and assisted with the repair! I tried several times to pay him, and he refused! These guys were awesome! They took the core charge off the battery when I bought it and they let me use the cart and tools and the lavatory to wash up. Real stand up guys. In my original review I meant car batteries in general are too expensive. No fault of autozones!

I was having an issue with my tail lights. They not only removed the bulbs for me but they replaced them as well. Always friendly an a clean store

We broke down in the middle of what is a miserable drive under the best of circumstances. Late at night and miles from anywhere.Auto Zone was the only place we found open and Alex was all over it. When our plans B and C for resolving the 9 miles to the store, Alex didn t hesitate to come out and help us get squared away and back on the road.Not in his job description and legendary customer service by any measure.

Purchased wrong item. Item purchased had the same type of packaging I needed but wording was not the same. Wanted exchange for correct item.Mr. Dorwin was handeling the request, but in the middle of our transaction a co worker, who later was the manager abruptly grabbed the purchased item and shook and took off its cap and examined the item. I asked him, " why did he do that and was it to see if it was used and he said, yes! I told him that was rude and then he said im the manager I can do what I want! To which, I stated for him to wait, while I retrieved another purchased product from my vehicle that was not going to be a part of the transaction , but now it would be a part of a full refund.The lesson here is that Mr.Dustin T., as manager can inspect the store's returned product(s) for exchanges all day long without dispute but the manner in which he conducts his duties can be disputed. He could have stated who he was and use moment to train if need be his co worker and me the customer by walking us through the procedure, in this way I might have readily accepted his actions and received the product I needed and kept my other purchase.But, then it would not have been enough because then he chastised me for not returning to the original store instead of his, to which I explained that his location was closer to my destination. Imagine that! Well that attitude is why I've been marking brig and mortar businesses off my shopping list, because of rude and intrusive employees like this one.

The guys at AutoZone near Sheppard AFB are the best of any retail/service store of any category anywhere in Wichita Falls Area. Better than any business selling anything... certainly the best car parts store in the area. Tonight I needed a battery and when I was done purchasing it, it was already INSTALLED FOR ME. They are most helpful and encouraging business in the area. They don't make me feel stupid for not knowing everything they do about car repairs. I drive out of my way to bring my business to them. They are THAT GOOD!

I bought a part at Oreillys and it was the wrong part. I called Auto Zone asked about the part. They told me there was only one part it could be. I bought it and it was the wrong part also. I took it back and got another part this time the right one. Whoever pulled the part didnt check to see if it matches the computer. Yes there was only one part that fit it. If I didnt have to drive over an hour to get the part both times. I would of rated them better.

Everytime I need something done AutoZone is the best place for me because 9/10 times they have what I'm looking for, last week I replaced the air filter on my truck and the guys there were a big help!

After watching one sales associate on the phone reading the current sales flyer to a customer from the time I walked in to the time I was ready to check out (3.5 min) and the other guy was moving his lips 300% more then he was moving his fingers, I had to drop my purchase and walk out. Go next door to O riley's instead.
