Took my new car in for window tint. Was in and out less than an hour. Windows look great! Would definitely recommend them!

Wouldn't even give that place one star. Very rude and very inconsiderate after I apologize for honking in the parking lot to flag someone down because I was lost because I was not anywhere near my house I was in a different state in Wichita falls is very confusing and I was crying begging him to do something that would have taken 5 minutes and he kicked me out then I called to apologize and he hung up on me so yeah

I had a Sirius radio tuner installed in my truck, a little over a year ago. I ve had nothing but problems with it since day one. It keeps on cutting in and out. On the screen it indicates no signal. I ve brought in to be checked about 3 times, and they told me that they couldn t fine anything wrong. Why does it keeps on cutting in and out. We paid over $400 for it. There is something wrong with it. It shouldn t do that. I am very unhappy.

** Update . I have had my ceramic tint for awhile now. Tint still looks new but it doesn t keep out the heat better than regular window tint. I still have lighters blow up even if kept in my center console. I know it s been really hot outside but still. I shouldn t have spent the extra money on ceramic. Not worth it!!Friendly staff. Job was finished when they said it would be. However I had ceramic tint put on on my windshield and they told me when my registration went out they would put the new sticker on for me at no charge. Went to have them put my new registration sticker on and they were gonna charge me $10. F that!! I spent $595 a few months ago on tint and now you wanna charge to switch out my sticker when I was told it was free. No thanks!! Make sure you get things in writting!!

Phenomenal service! They were able to fit me in at the last minute during their busy schedule. Not to mention, my busy schedule as well. I had previously stopped by four other stores, including a high end dealership, all without success. Not only did the team at Audio Source get the job done promptly and quickly, they absolutely shattered the next lowest quote from another company. I had an auto start installed.

I was very happy with the service the first time I had windows tinted here. I was very disappointed when I tried to have the windows tinted on different vehicle. They made an appointment for me without asking any questions about the kind of tint I wanted. I dropped the vehicle off and as I was driving away they called to inform me that they were out of everything I asked for. I compromised on the darkness of the eyebrow (top of the windshield) and postponed having the side windows done. They were supposed to call me in approximately two weeks to come back after they ordered some tint, but they never called. It has now been 11 weeks, so I guess I'll go somewhere else. I gave 3 stars as an average of my experiences, it was 5 star the first visit and 1 star the last visit.

I ve been to many shops over the years in different city s. Audio Source Wichita Falls is the best of them all. They were speedy and fairly priced. They are also extremely professional every step of the way. They did great on my window tints, speaker install and sub install. Aaron was especially helpful along the way. Dude knows his stuff! Great group of professionals that know what they are doing!

I had my windows tinted on a new truck. They did a great job. You save a few bucks if you use cash instead of a credit card.

My hubby had his driver's side window repaired at a glass place and he accidentally scratched the tint off his window when he was trying to get the masking tape off. They did a great job removing the old tint and redoing it for him. For a few days, you can't roll the window down and it looks bubbled up, but it cures and fits to the window after that.

Took our vehicle (that was just purchased) to get the 2 front windows tinted. When we got the vehicle back, one side door was popped off and not properly attached the right way. We took it back and were told that they didn't move anything and that the door was already like that. The employee seemed annoyed and told us to get out the car very rude like only to bring the car back 2 minutes later with the door still messed up.

The guys did an install on my F-250 and not only does it sound amazing the install is very clean!! No wires showing, still looks factory. Am very happy with there work andvwith there customer service! Definitely recommend them!

Horrible.I only needed the eyebrow on the windshield done.Had to get them to redo it after they messed it up the first time. The second time, they left a gap in the tint by the rear view mirror, so it feels like I'm wearing one lens in my sunglasses, with light shining through. They also left that spray solution all over the inside of my truck, so I had to clean up the mess when I got home. Horrible experience. Happened yesterday. I'm taking it to another place today to have it redone.

Been coming here for 15 years and have never had anybody else tint my windows. Always done a great job with great prices. Doing more business with them in the future.

I have been to Audio Source one time two years ago to get my windows tinted. I've not had to return to them in two years because they did a very good tint job the first time. That's how it's done.

These dudes are crazy. They should wear capes.They figured out a problem I had on my car that other shops just could not figure out for half the price. I drove 45 minutes for the service and I m going to do it again.

We had purchased a stereo for our RZR. After looking online we had found one that we really wanted. We called Brandon and told him. He was able to exchange the one we had bought with the one we found online for us. And at a much better price! Thank you Brandon and Audio Source!

Took our paddy wagon in (Honda Odyssey). Factory stereo was very lacking compared to last vehicle. I had them install a lead wire and cheap preamped subwoofer from Walmart. The guy at the counter warned me it might not be enough for such a big space. But when I picked it up it sounded amazing. They had settings perfect. I recommend Audio Source hands down!

Amazing service. There was a little confusion at the beginning about how I wanted it installed, but as soon as I told them, they addressed the concerns and fixed it the way I wanted it installed immediately

My friend went to them and 4 year later, let me tell you Crappy job !!! Peeling and bubblings. He didn t have no receipt so they tried to charge him $300 to strip it and replace it. Sounds like. Rip off!!
