This place is definitely fitted to be 5 starts all the way. My husband was having trouble getting a radio to work in the car he kept reading and rereading the pamphlet. He decided to say screw it I'm going to Audio Connections. Didn't even take them long and they fixed. Tom is the guy who helped my husband out. He definitely is a good asset to this company. We will definitely be coming here more often. Thank you again for helping.

Called to schedule an appointment for install of amp/speaker in vehicle and they fit me in the same day. Very courteous staff. Equipment works like it's supposed to and sounds great! Fair pricing as well. Thanks for the quality job!

It s a shame you can t post a Zero star review. The communication (or lack thereof) I had with Skip was incredibly disappointing when I attempted doing business with him and Audio Connections. Multiple phone calls went unreturned when I was wanting an update on the status of a quote for a job I tried giving him. The worst excuse for not getting back to me, although believable, was that he lost his notepad with my name and number on it.My goal was to get an audio/video system installed in my vehicle that Skip stated he had parts for most of the job in stock. He would have to order the Tesla style head unit, but preferred a deposit to get it in from his supplier, which he assured he could get. In good faith, and to let him know I wasn t wasting his time, I paid a deposit up front for half of the job, with the intension of getting the head unit we agreed upon. After 4 days, I never received a phone call. I went in to check the status of the head unit and get an ETA. He, once again, misplaced my number and apologized. After a short conversation he stated he could no longer get the Tesla head unit I was wanting. I was disappointed nonetheless but understood.Since he could not fulfill my request on supplying the head unit I wanted, which he assured he could get, I asked for a refund. I didn t want to settle when he became pushy saying I would be happy with something else. After the refund request, he childishly started throwing papers around while behind the counter and threw a temper tantrum I have never seen, even from my 5 yr old grandchild. Which I m thankful she wasn t in attendance due to his colorful language.He suddenly forgot how to operate the CC machine and reluctantly reversed the charge. I politely told him I would call my CC and have the charge reversed if he couldn t figure it out. Skip suddenly regained his memory.Although the interaction with Skip and Audio Connections was a negative one for me; I do feel the need to thank him. I researched and found a competitor downtown that I can t say enough positive things about. They have done installs in two of my vehicles and now performing a third. So .Thanks Skip.

Just recently moved to the area and my car needed some serious assistance in the sound department. After a bit of research, I came to Audio Connections and got a quote. Price was fair and actually lower than I had gotten from other shops. Communication from the shop was top notch. Kept me informed on what they were doing with my car and if they needed additional time, which I appreciated. Work that they did was phenomenal. Well worth the money I spent. I couldn't be happier. If I need anymore audio work, I'm definitely going back. I'd recommend Audio Connections for sure!

Reasonable prices, professional and courteous service. Only reason I deducted 1 star is because I inquired about adding a backup camera to my new stereo install (to be done at the same time) and they require another full installation charge for the camera, even though the stereo was already going to be pulled. I didn't expect a free install on the camera, but I also didn't expect to pay twice for the stereo pull part of it since they were already replacing the stereo. I passed on the camera, but so far am happy with the stereo.

Where do I begin on this terrible place.. We arrived to this place sometime in the morning. As we walked in, I wasn't greeted, I thought that was rude, being the only people in there. The big man behind the counter who was supposedly the manager didn't acknowledge us until I had to say something. He was very rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there, made us feel like a bother. While he was giving me quotes his employees were standing with the front doors open, smoking cigarettes! Letting all the second hand smoke come into the store. That I did not appreciate at all, because I had my 3 year old in the store with me. Very unprofessional. I decide to take a chance on them, and we agree on a price for a screen installation. He assures me that they can do the job by the end of the day (they close at 6). When 6 came around I called them and asked if they were done and the employee said it was done, and to go pick it up. When we got there the car wasn't ready what so EVER. They didn't even have the stereo in. They said they needed some part for the stereo to fit in, so I purchased the part from them and they said the car would be ready tomorrow morning for sure. The next morning came and the job was done very poorly, they damaged the interior of my car and the cars' AC wasn't blowing any air when turned on. By that time I had already paid for a poor job, so I asked if they could fix the problem and they said it was gonna be 45 mins to an hour when there was only one car being worked on. I was not happy about this at all because the car should have been done properly yesterday. Long story short. This store quotes you ridiculous prices, has bad customer service, does trashy ass jobs, and doesn't give refunds. So please do not go to this store unless you feel losing time and money.

I don t care if I wasn t greeted with a fake hello like you get at every store in the mall. I had my 2018 Silverado tinted, an amp and 10 & a remote start installed. Couldn t be happier. I plan to have my front end leveling kit installed there as well as soon as I find the time. Two thumbs up!

Almost as soon as I entered the store, I was greeted and asked if I wanted assistance, when I said I wanted to browse, they said okay let them know if I needed anything.When I did ask, I received immediate attention, and was shown two choices of speakers to fit my vehicle. The installation cost was less than half of the next cheapest cost in town. Great product, service, and cost.

We brought out 2011 Buick enclave in to get a DVD player installed on Friday July 10th 2015. After picking up the vehicle we realized that the air conditioner was blowing hot air on the passenger side. After calling audio connections they had us bring the car back to the shop to try and correct the problem. They were unable to fix it, but did change the problem so that the driver side was blowing hot air. They then asked us to return the following day so they could troubleshoot and that it should only take 10-15 minutes. We showed up the next morning after they called the tech at the dealership, and let them work. The 10 minutes turned into an hour then another and another. During that time they never once offered us any information unless we prompted them and asked questions. Even then they told us things weren't looking good and that they should know something in 10 minutes. Our whole family was there that day for over 3 hours because they told us it would be a quick fix. They then told us they couldn't fix the problem without trying to contact a master tech at the dealership and asked if we could "roll with it over the weekend." Please remember that this is July in Texas. That night I purchased a blend door actuator from O'Reilly auto parts for 47 dollars. I put the new part in and the problem was corrected. The air conditioner worked on both sides perfectly. The following Monday my wife took the faulty part and the receipt for the new part to the store in hopes that they might refund us the 47 dollars for the faulty equipment. They did not. They told us they could have gotten the part from the dealership for a cheaper price and then said they didn't believe the part was bad at all. They wanted to have us put our car back into their shop so they could test the bad part by putting it back into our car to prove to them that it was bad. After that we had had enough and told them that we would no longer be doing business with them.This is the complaint we made to BBB and in response they tried to take a comment out of context and accuse us of threatening them. They also tried to blame the problem on the fact that we were late for our appointment. We offered to reschedule but they said it was no problem. Not sure how us being late is relevant to them breaking our vehicle and not fixing it. They were too cheap to just give us the $47 and call it a day, and too cheap to let us take it to the dealership instead of letting them waste more of our time. Terrible, terrible business ethics. They don't deserve the business they get when they don't value their customers.

These guys did a great job on my truck!! I went in one day and got next day installation! Stereo sounds great! They stand behind their work too!! I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been there twice, and both times the guy behind the counter acted like he didn't want to get up to come help me. I had to ask him twice to come out to my car so I could show him what I wanted done. The first time was for my Ford F-150- I ended up spending $3k at Audio Tech in Lawton, and they did a great job!The second time, I took my VW there just to see how it would go, and that same big dude behind the counter acted like getting out of his seat was the last thing he wanted to do. He finally got up, and quoted me an astronomical amount for a subwoofer enclosure for two 10's.I ended up going back to Audio Tech in Lawton, and they once again did an amazing job! I spent another $2500 with them.So yeah, your customer service cost you at least $5500 from me ;)

There are some hard working folks here that do a superior job. They fixed my speakers fast and with care. Great customer service and honest prices. They can expect me to be a repeat customer.

I went here January, 2016. The reason being I needed my suv tinted. The price was a little higher, I understand it's an Suv and they are a little bigger. I had them do the job. TERRIBLE idea! The film they use is cheap. Save your money and go somewhere else. Not only was the film bad quality but the work they did was garbage as well. They failed to clean the glass well, thus leaving gunk and debris in between the film and glass. I took it back to get the windows re-done and of course they give me the runaround. After they re-do my front windows, they look even worse than the first time. 3 months later all my windows look more and more filthy from the poor job. Every time I look out my windows I regret ever stepping foot in that place.

I walked in looking for a quote on window tint. I have a 1976 Corvette Stingray, and I know it was going to be a pain to get the old film off simply because it's a 40-year old car. After the employee looked at me and my car (I'm hispanic and in the military), he proceeded to tell me I "probably couldn't afford it." I was shocked, and told him thanks and left immediately. What kind of business tells a customer they can't afford a window tint, let alone any product. I will make sure I get as much people as I know to not go to this shop.

I had purchased a gift card for 2 window tint at an auction an finally got my car in to get it done picked the car up a couple hours later was happy just what i wanted however there was a few bubbles i was concerned about called in to ask them about it they assured me they would go away in a day are so an they did great job will be more cars here in the future for my window tint needs

Know these guys for years and got quote for price, this was "friends" price I was told... Unfortunately, as ive heard from other "friend" customers who have had or recommended their friends here the final cost was more than was quoted... No explanation I didnt even argue just decided I would never enter the doors of this business again even though I thought they were my "friends"... Final cost approximately 40% higher than expected

they shuffled their feet for ten minutes or so before asking me if i'd like any info, then quoted some RIDICULOUS prices. i actually laughed at the guy when he told me how much. i looked it up when i got home and the dude quoted me over MSRP, before installation! ...LAME.

Had exactly what I needed when I upgraded my OLD Odyssey's stereo so I could utilize Bluetooth. Great staff also. Everything was done right the first time.

If you want terrible customer service, this is for you. Walked in, wasn't greeted, and the guy behind the counter seemed to not care if I was there. Going somewhere else to get my windows tinted.
