I cannot say enough about how wonderful Action Battery was for me. My car had been dead in my driveway for weeks and they guys at action battery took care of me without a hitch. Their customer service is top notch and they don't try to nickel and dime you for every little thing. I have recommended them to everyone i know. Awesome company.

Very friendly and amazing professionals. Took time out of their day to really help with problems that appeared after we got a new battery. They make sure the job gets done right and you are happy with their service. I m sending everyone that needs a battery here.

These guys are freaking amazing. We live road life and we need several batteries. Not only did they have all the batteries that we needed, these guys have experts that actually know things. Thanks guys for being super cool and most knowledgeable.

Family owned and operated! Nobody knows more about batteries then these guys. If they don't have that crazy one off battery they can get it and in most cases will install it. Great value and customer service. Highly recommend them for ALL your battery needs!

Went in today to ask about a golf car. Got all my questions answered, got a golf car purchased and getting customized. We didn't even know this place existed! Now that we do. They will be getting recommended by anyone I meet for battery or golf car needs. Cant wait to see the finished product! Thank you Shane for everything you did for us today!

Best price in town. Cleaned up battery acid installed battery and new cable connection in 30 minutes while I waited. Battery was cheaper than national stores.

I love this place! They carry a wide variety of batteries in odd sizes and they re-manufacture power tool batteries. They recycle all batteries (including AA, AAA, 9 volt, etc) free of charge. I haven't found anyone else in town who does. That's how I found them and I've been recycling there for years.Two days ago, right before a cold snap, they checked my truck battery (also free). I hadn't had problems with it but it's nearly 6 years old. They could have lied and said it needed to be replaced just based on age. Instead, a tech took a reading and said it was still reading "healthy." I don't really understand all that techie stuff but I do understand honesty. And I appreciate it! I will be returning to them when I do finally replace my truck battery. Hopefully my next one lasts as long as this one has!

Truly fantastic local, family-owned business. They have it all and their customer service goes above and beyond. They've replaced my watch batteries, installed new batteries in two vehicles (so far) including my Duramax diesel. They carry batteries of all shapes and sizes, including all of those hard-to-find specialized disk, coin, button types that you won't find all in one place anywhere else without having to go online and take your chances.

Have any battery you may need and at a decent price. They will change your battery for you, and hook your dash up to a portable battery supply unit to keep from resetting your dash when the battery is disconnected for changing. They are very professional, even to put a protective spray over the battery cable connections to protect them.

Helpful, friendly. Had exactly what I needed, a battery for a power wheels ride on toy. Saving me lots of money, compared to having to order it from online, fir a replacement. Walmart, etc, did NOT carry, in store, the replacement battery for the ride on toy, they sold.

So its September 10th 2018 I have a two battery dodge 3500. My battery are stamped Aug 2016. Needless to say the batteries have a two year free replacement. So I guess I missed it by a mile????? Lol to bad I spoke very well and referred people to them very often. So long Action battery.....I need to go back to buying Optimum batteries that last five years! I'm a big supporter of local businesses that support me and my business.

Battery died, got the car over and within 20 minutes I was out the door from entering the door and them installing the new battery. Free installment and very friendly. Recommended place to get your battery replaced!

They use to have good prices on lawn mower and motorcycle ATV batterys but not any more they are way to high on there prices i got the same exact motorcycle battery on ebay for $25 dollars less and it was free shipping on it too. Cant beat the deals on ebay. too many crooks over charging in Wichita falls texas now. Unless its a nation wide business chain.

Action Battery is the absolute best kept secret in Wichita Falls. Not only do they have any battery you may need, but their batteries are fresher (don't sit in the shelf for years) and less expensive than even the big box stores. Why? Because that is ALL they buy, so their prices are even less than WalMart or some other big box store.Annnnnd if you have a drill battery that's dead or not working as well, they can REBUILD it, better than it was new. This is also less expensive than buying a new battery. Crazy right?

Came in for a battery check before winter. They got right on it and advised a new one as mine was original to my vehicle. Great service and friendly staff.
