Very disappointed. Shed got here safely but when the driver realized he couldn't drop the shed exactly where I needed it. Then he just gave up n dropped it in the middle of the yard. I paid 800.00 n now my old disabled husband will have to pay more people to move it. Shed is blocking everything now. I m sure once the truck was straightened back out it could have been dropped farther back. Should have given us a partial refund since we were left in this predicament. Not enough effort put into this drop for 800.00.Service: Local hauling

Words can not express how amazing this towing company and the employees are.I was stuck on the side of the road and was still halfway into the left lane when my car became unmovable. I tried to move my car and couldn t at all.People were passing by at ridiculous speeds honking at me I was truly terrified. I had already called the cops and roadside assistance but it was taking them quite a while to get to me. John (I m sorry if I have the name wrong I was literally so shook up during and after this happened) stopped and said that he needed to get me off of the highway because he wanted to at least get me to a safer area. He hooked me up and took me to the nearest gas station. I can not thank him enough. If I would have stayed out there much longer I know someone would have truly cause some major damage to me and/or my vehicle if he wouldn t have helped me. If I ever need to be towed again I will definitely be calling them!

Got locked out and called this company. The owner Jerry was his name was the one to come out. Wasn t friendly or anything. Took two seconds to unlock my car and as I handed him the $50 to unlock a two second job, there was not so much of a thank you o have a nice day from this owner. Rude rude rude! I d never call them again. Learn some professionalism there buddy.

The employee they sent was excellent and knowledgeable. I have locked myself out once before and got a different company sent out, it took that guy almost 45 minutes to get in my car, after waiting almost 2 hours for him to arrive. Speedway had someone there within 30 minutes, he knew exactly how to get into the model of car I have and it took him less than 2 minutes. Speedway towing is AWESOME! They did the job quick fast with professionalism, the guy showed up took a look at what needed to be done was very helpful the equipment was top rate no problems whatsoever did the job and was finished it was very friendly communication was well I recommend them for any towing I was very very happy.

Exceptional Service. Broke down in my RV in Whitney; called AAA for service. After 3 hours of no service by AAA, I called Speedway Towing which was less than 5 miles from where I broke down. Jerry came to my rescue quickly and towed the RV to his location since I had no idea where to go with the vehicle which wouldn't start after re-fueling. The next day, Jerry and his crew assisted me in the repair of the RV so that I could get the vehicle back home. I cannot speak highly enough of the special care given me and my RV.Service: Special vehicle towing

If you need help knowing what can and can't be done by these guys then google Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations and refer to the Consumer Information on Towing page. You might find a good handful of infractions and unethical behaviors that would apply to any situation at any given moment. I did. They do it because they get away with it. They take advantage of ppl who don't know any better. Those who are lacking resources. And ppl who believe that since these guys are in business they must know what theyre talking about and be trustworthy. No. Theyre not. Knowledge is power. Fact check what you are told by anybody. File complaints if they take advantage. Don't let them get away with lying to you so they get away with stealing your vehicles, property, and/or money. You have rights no matter how nieve, ignorant, and/or poor. Know what they are and reinforce them to the absolute best of your abilities. Thanks for reading and best of luck to you.

My husband uses Speedway to have vehicles needing repair delivered to his shop. The guys are always quick and prices are fair. I personally had Speedway relocate my very precious car for services as well and they were careful and didn't damage my very low under carriage.

Have several chips in my windshield and paint after a tow truck driver used a lane that was ending to pass me and another car. He ended up throwing rocks all over my car and apparently was the person who answered the phone when i called. He didn't seem to care about anything except saying he was headed to a wreck. He ended up behind me afterwards. So he damaged my car for no apparent gain in time. Then handed the phone to a cop as if he was the guy's secretary. I will be filing a claim with my insurance and using pictures i have for them to go after his insurance. I would not recommend this company for any services.

This company runs a drop fee scam demanding drop fees they are not legally entitled to under Texas law. Watch out!"If you return to your car and it is being hooked-up to a tow truck but IT IS NOT FULLY hooked up and ready for towing, you can keep your car WITHOUT paying a CHARGE. You do not need to prove ownership of the car in this instance.""If you return to your car and IT IS FULLY HOOKED UP, READY FOR TOWING, BUT HAS NOT LEFT THE PARKING LOT, you may keep your car but YOU MUST PAY A DROP FEE. You do not need to prove ownership of the car in this instance either."
