Super friendly staff. Always happy to help where they can. If you need a rent house or a car this is the place to stop! They are more than reasonably priced that works for almost any budget! 10-10 recommend.

Bought my car here in 2016 still running good. My mother rents from them they have several rental properties so ask if your looking. Several locations so if you need a car they can get it! Friendly staff.

My husband bought a vehicle at the Hillsboro location and 2 weeks later I went in an purchased a vehicle on his recommendation. He was told if he sent anyone in he would get $50-$100 off his next payment depending on the vehicle the friend purchased. I went in a told them he referred me and they acted like they didn't know him. I purchased a vehicle from them and 2 days later they started calling about my payment. They said both of our payments were past due. My payment was only due once a month and my husband's were due ever other week. We were current at the time they started calling. It took almost 2 months to get our tags. Our paper tags almost ran out waiting on them to tell us our hard tags were in. A police officer reminded us about the paper tags. We had to go in the office almost every day waiting on the hard tags. Then was told "oh yeah...they been here for over 2weeks... why didn't you just ask for them" like we didn't do that for days. Then I got real bad sick and went into the hospital and didn't answer the phone every time they called and my payment was 10 days late and they took my truck. The only way for me to get around in Hillsboro. I am disabled and cannot walk to the store every day.Nice way to treat a disabled vet.

Typical finance here kind of place. They'll be kind and helpful until you get the car and out of the office then they could care less about you any issue you have even when they say they will fix anything that is or may go wrong with the car you purchased. They have 5 locations and I would personally stay away from all of them and go with anyone else.

Typical tote-the-note.My observations are that their inventory is priced well over book value, as well as a high percentage rates on the note.Again, typical tote-the-note.Also, I would suggest logging the content and times and dates of all phone conversations.They seem to be overly concerned about who lives in your household...and I am not sure how that information is relevant in obtaining an auto loan.6 mos into the loan, with payments and a hefty down. I owe more than the original amount; that bewilderes me.With all that being said; it is still cheaper than my renting a vehicle every month.However, their behavior makes me question if it is worth the hassel.If you must...But in my opinion, there are far better alternatives.

This has to do with the location in Granbury. My son bought a 2006 Nissan mirano from them, problems from day one. Check engine light came on transmission, squeaking belt they told him to pour water on it. Now less than 2 months having vehicle check engine light again this time inside the engine piston problem. Your 30 days is up we won't fix it. I will be posting this everywhere.

Good people here.deal with Ed if you can.he is very helpful.Ed has good people skills an is good with customers.I would buy from him again.the manager at the whitney lot is also good to deal with.she gos out of her way to be helpful.I would recommend ether lot.
