This is a great O'Reilly location with friendly staff and stocked shelves. They keep the store fairly clean and the bathrooms clean and tend very well to customers. The store is easily visible from the road and easily accessible from the road. Plenty of parking and accessible parking and entry. They maintain a good stock of automotive parts and have the knowledge you need in order to figure out what you want to get while you're there. If they don't have it they can get it fairly quickly and I would definitely recommend using this location.

I wish zero stars were an option! Got a battery here no more than 6 months ago and now it won t start my car. They said the voltage was fine, it didn t matter about the amperage. This battery is still under warranty. They were arguing with a 35 year mechanic! Don t waste your time, go to a different story. Another location simply looked at the battery and switched it out. Guess what! It works!

I WISH ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION, WE WENT IN THERE TODAY TO SWAP OUT OUR BATTERY WHICH WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY, GOT BATTERY CHECKED AND THEY SAID IT WAS NO GOOD, PAID $260 FOR NEW BATTERY AND SAID TO BRING BACK OLD BATTERY TO THEN GET OUR MONEY BACK. PAID A PROFESSIONAL TO INSTALL BATTERY TO THEN GO BACK TO THE STORE AND HAVE THEM TELL US THAT THE BATTERY WAS STILL GOOD, THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT! MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE!! JESSE AND SOME OTHER LADY.. THE ASSISTANT MANAGER I GUESS? WERE NOT NICE AT ALL! THE SWEET LADY THAT HELPED US, I THINK HER NAME WAS TEANNA, I THINK SHE WAS NEW! SHE WAS TRYING HER BEST TO HELP US AND I COULD TELL SHE FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND NEARLY WANTED TO CRY WITH HOW JESSE AND THE OTHER LADY WERE TALKING TO HER. THE LADY WAS SHOWING HER HOW TO DO THINGS ON THE COMPUTER NOT HAVING ANY TYPE OF PATIENCE WITH HER, WOULD TAKE DEEP BREATHS WHEN SHE WOULD MESS UP AND WOULD TAP ON THE SCREEN REALLY HARD TO SHOW HER WHERE TO CLICK. I FELT REALLY BAD FOR TEANNA, NO NEW EMPLOYEE OR ANY EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE TREATED THAT WAY!!! INSTEAD OF HELPING HER AND TEACHING HER, PUTTING HER DOWN IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! WONT HE GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE THATS FOR SURE!!

After a high price quote from a big tire shop to replace the tail lamp that got damaged from a blown tire, I decide to have it done by my husband. He called the store and got Jerry on the phone. He was able to order the parts and have it brought to his store same day at a low cost. Jerry was extremely helpful, professional and patient with my husband and gave us the right customer service. Thank you Jerry for your help.

Bought torque converter that was bad didn't know put transmission in multiple times trying to figure it out found out torque converter was bad had to buy another one couldn't wait on new one to show up two days later needing vehicle asap would not refund me my money even under warranty

never in my life have i ever been to an orileys where they couldn t explain to you what a scan means. the kid and old lady have no clue what their doing the customer knew more than them! id rather drive 30 minutes away to get a simple scan so at the very least i will be told what is wrong. with my car instead of being told i don t know let me look it up . unprofessional and inexperienced.

My wife went here this morning on her way to McKinney because her battery was dead on her VW Jetta. They refused to change it for her saying that it takes a special battery with a different type of acid and that a dealer needed to do it because the computer would have to be reset. I looked it up and both are false. The only thing that needs reset is the clock. I see how you treat our women by chancing them being stranded in 10 degree weather.

These guys do their best to help but fall short once in a while. The manager needs some people skills but, learning about car part should be a good place for Mr. T to start.

Girl service helper did not know how to change a car battery. Had to change the battery ourselves but we were able to get back with the road. Thank you

So thankful for your employee, not sure of his name unfortunately. Traveling for Thanksgiving from Oklahoma, my headlight went out, being an hour away from my destination I was pretty worried. I know absolutely nothing about cars and wouldn't know the first place to start to change a headlight. I asked your employee if he would mind changing it for me, he seemed a little hesitant but he agreed to at least try. Which I am so thankful for. O'Reilly's needs more employees like him! I doubt this will reach him but thank you again!

I recommend going to the Van Alstyne store to get your rotors turned. I brought one in to Whitewright and it was obvious they didn t want to do the work. They did it anyway but it was a lot like asking my kids to mow the lawn. Went to the VA store for the other 3 and it was a completely different and better experience.
