Honest, humble and hardworking! Any tire need we have had, Trey and his team have fixed my family and I right up. Whether I m there for new tires, repairing a tire (thanks nail) or an alignment, they are friendly, on time and honest. Hardworking- this Wednesday, we were on our way to a movie. My husband looked down- saw one tire had 10lbs of pressure. We pulled right into Trey s shop. I asked to have some air, please. One of his guys came over, checked the tire and found a nail. Fifteen minutes later we were back on the road headed to go see our movie. Hardworking.Honesty Example- I got a free oil change with a vehicle I bought in Tyler. Months later, when I took it into the dealership, they did a diagnostics test and full work up while it was there. The results said I needed an alignment and it would be $120, and I should have it done today. One tire was severe. This made me fearful, but only one place does my alignment- I called Tire Worx on my way home. They made an appointment for me for the next day. When I go to Tire Worx, the team ran the same things as the day before. They called me right back to tell me the good news, my car was aligned just right. I did not need it. What an honest company.When I got there, I ll be honest, I was upset that the dealership tried to take my money the day before. Trey stopped me, in his kind and humbling way, and said just be thankful I brought it to him. He was 100% right! I am so thankful we have a good and honest Tire shop in Whitehouse, TX. They do so much more than fix tires and alignments.

Took our farm car to have an alignment. What should have been $100 turned into $1000 + for work not needed!!!! Then when I went to get the car some of the mechanics were pointing at us and laughing. Very unprofessional, and nobody was courteous the whole time we were there. The young man at the front didn t have any freaking information to help us. We had to do all the talking and ask all the questions. Super unprofessional place. I will never step foot in that place in my lifetime, and I would never recommend anybody go there unless they like to get screwed over. I even told them of a part that I replaced on a car and they keep trying to tell me that it needs to be replaced.

You can't go wrong with choosing Tire Worx for all of your tire or suspension needs. I've used them for at least 5 years now for tires on both mine and my wife's vehicles. Just recently had them install airlift bags on my truck to help my truck sit right while hauling heavy loads. Always great and reliable service. Highly recommend!

Just had my truck leveled here as well some new wheels and tires. These guys did an outstanding job and were so fast to schedule me and help me out. I took my truck to several different shops and they by far were the most helpful. Highly recommend

I would like to share that Tire Worx cheated me out of over $1400! WhenMy husband told me the cost after it was completed, , I literally cried for over an hour. They NEVER informed us of the price of parts . Only that they would be in the following week. The woman at the desk,(which is never very friendly, and always eating something ) said she called and spoke with an WOMAN about the cost (certainly wasn t me). The only # they had was my husbands, so either she lied, or called the wrong customer. We brought this to the owners attention, as he knows our faces as regular customers. We have always brought ALL 4 of our vehicles to support local business. He would not make any attempt to make it right, to at least refund a portion of this bill. I will NEVER use them again. If you do, just make sure you get the price first, as any proper business practice should be, and have it writing or recorded!!

Take this review with a grain of salt. I stopped in last week to get a quote for 4 tires as I had heard good things about this shop. I was given a quote for a cheap tire and a better tire. I said I wouldn't want to do the cheap tires, and I wrote down on the back of their card the amount of $785.46 along with the name of the better tire, as it was my understanding that it was the quote for the better tire. It is possible that I wrote it down wrong, although I don't believe that was the case. I called yesterday to confirm whether the price included tax. They said then that the price I was quoted didn't match what they were showing, but said if I brought their card in where I had written the quote and the name of the tire they would do it for that price. I went in today to get the tires. They said they couldn't do it for that price, and it would be over $900. Long story short, don't let this review stop you from getting tires here if their price works for you, as I have heard good things about their work, and I definitely was not treated with any disrespect, but if you get a quote, either get the tires then, or make sure you get an official quote from them.

They lied to me about needing upper control arms. They also said that all the parts I put on myself were bad. None of the parts are over 6 months old. I got a second opinion and am having the work done at Bill Day Tire. I'm glad there are still honest people to deal somewhere other than Tore Worx! All the parts I replaced myself are fine. I think they just didn't like the fact that I knew what I was doing and they weren't going to get to make any money on parts.

I had heard Tire Work in Whitehouse Texas was a decent tire repair shop...well I had to see for myself.I took my gooseneck trailer to them to repair a flat. The shop had 2 vehicles that were being worked on with employees standing around talking so I thought it'd be done rather quickly. I was informed it was a 2 hour wait to get to it. I looked around at an empty office and lot...so I went to D&M Tire Repair Shop and the flat was repaired within 30mins. So I was pleased. I went back to Tire Worx in Whitehouse, TX on pricing for the 12 trailer tires that I was needing replaced. I previously stopped 6 months ago and they don't carry the 7.5X16" 14 ply tires. Not 1 time did either desk employee walk out to the trailer to even look at the tire sizes to compare to one close or comparable. Horrible service on an early Saturday morning.

I ran over a large screw on my way out of town to Dallas for a concert. I called Tire Worx and they got me in immediately to make the repair. It took about 15 minutes and they did this at no charge. They made an annoying incident a pleasure! I ll definitely be using them for my future tire needs.

If you value your safety and your family's safety. Stay as far away from these people as possible. I took my vehicle in because it had a dead spot in the center of the steering wheel. They tried 2 times to fix it. They sad it was the bushings. Let them do what they said needed to be done and still had the issue. Finally I replaced the steering box my self. While taking it apart I found the real reason for the problem. My pitman arm nut was hand tight. They never did work on the pitman arm however it should have been spotted. Literally it could have fallen off any day. You can bet if it had I would have been in a wreck and could have hurt myself or another motorist. This should have been spotted and anybody who test drove it should have seen it as a major problem.

Seriously one of the most professional tire companies. When they set up a time they make sure to meet that time. And they make sure your downtime is minimal. The work ethic is top notch!

Beware of this business. I went in hoping to contribute to my local business. Ordered a tire wheel package and was told it would not be in until late August. On July 16 I called to cancel the order and was told there is a $300 restocking fee. I disagreed with the fee and asked why if the wheels are not even in yet. The Manager said the wheels had been in. I asked why I was not called and he said I would not be charged the fee, but he would not do business with me ever. I said But, you lied He said I do not know how to do business. I m the customer, he is doing business. This place is very expensive. $800 more than Discount Tires and dishonest.Watch for the reply and you ll see that this place has no ethics.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. I worked at a tire shop in another state for ten years and was so hesitant when the time came to find a new one. Now I have a go to that I trust. The workers are friendly, the waiting area is clean and welcoming. Nothing bad to say!

They leveled my pickup and balanced my tires. Also put on an exhaust I ordered. Work was done fast and done right! Great customer service throughout. Quality work at a good price. Highly recommend

I love this shop, the people are friendly and they work fast! My tires were put on and balanced in 15 minutes and they apologized for the wait. That was the fastest service I've ever had! I will gladly wait 15 minutes again! This is definitely my go to shop for my car needs!

I had a lift kit installed and quick disconnect kit and wheels tires brakes front and back brakes installed. I would tell anybody give them a try the owner and his technician have done a great job with all my work.
