I bought a brand new 2022 Yamaha Quietek golf cart and it needed some tweaking on the steering wheel and I wanted the white letters on my tires. This is a wonderful business and I will give Mike all my cart business and you should too. See the work attached

It was great working with Mike! My golf cart batteries died, so got a few quotes from other dealers in the area and chose to work with Big Dog. He picked up the cart, installed a new lithium ion battery, and returned to the house very quick.A few months later, I was having some unknown issues. He picked it up again, and found that the motor was bad. He offered options of a new motor or rebuilding it (and the pros/cons of each), and fixed and returned it quickly again.

This is the only place I'll take my EV from now on. The customer service I received was far better than the dealership and more affordable! Mike helped me find the batteries for my Polaris and was very informative and professional.

Just bought a golf cart from Mike and the team at Big Dogs. No one could have been more welcoming, upbeat, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. They made it a point to go over some important tips that I would have probably had issues with later on like water levels in the battery, when to leave the windshield half down, how best to charge the cart etc. He even helped us secure the cart onto my trailer!My truck wouldn't start when I went to leave and Mike helped us until we got the truck running, no hesitation. Great people, great experience! & I love my new cart, runs like a top, easily tows a little trailer around my ranch for general yardwork & such and it's in great condition for what we paid. Thanks again guys!

Thanks to Mike for all of his Help for diagnosing a problem with my cart on a weekend! His knowledge and willingness to assist is off the charts. I will depend on him for all my future cart needs,updates, parts Etc. Trust this man, he is a stand up guy!

Mike is the best of the best. Extremely knowledgeable and genuinely a great person! I bought a consignment from him for my 13 year old and he did a complete makeover plus more to it! His customer service is one of a kind. I would recommend anyone to him!

I am driving 1.5 hrs (Nac) just because the over the phone customer service. My store closest to me 3 miles away was not willing to work with me or my situation. Thanks to Mike he has captured my business and will probably retain my business just because of his easy to get along with attitude and inventory selection.

This is the BEST place ever!! Fantastic price on our repair, nicest people ever, QUICK turn around (didn't have to wait 3 months, like at the other place). This guy knows his stuff and so friendly and helpful! Won't be going anywhere but here from now on! Great job!

Best golf cart shop in all of Texas. You can't or won't find a better place to go too. Mike is 100% honest about all the work and requirements your cart will need. He also does 100% custom from the ground up! Will recommend to everyone!
