My car started missing so bad I thought it would leave me on the side of the road. I called Banny's and he gave me the price for checking it out for me which I thought was more than reasonable plus if he found what needed to be done and actually did the repair for me the diagnostic fee would not be charged. He called me with the diagnosis and the cost. I thought it was reasonable in comparison to similar repairs I had experienced a few years ago. I took my car, andhad a friend pick me up. We had another errand or two to run, went to eat lunch, and not long Benny called and had my car running like a top! I am very pleased with the down home friendliness, straightforward explanations pricing, and staying in contact. All done in one day with time to spare. He was forthcoming about what he does and doesn't do in mechanic work and didn't try to tell me I needed other work. He checked other things out for me that he reported were fine.I think Benny's is honest, reasonable and exceptional.

My wife and I found this company searching on Yelp and drove to Whitehouse. Based upon the codes read, Benny gave us his assessment as to what the three codes might be (multiple transmission-related codes on 1998 Dodge PU). We set appointment and Benny ordered the parts. Turns out his assessment (no promises, of course) was spot on. The truck is shifting beautifully again! Work performed was outstanding! Conclusion: Benny and team are kind, hard working, and most of all honest. We are definitely repeat customers.

Highly recommend Benny and his team to take care of any of your transmission issues PLUS more. Benny even noticed that our Ford Taurus had the wrong spark plugs in it that ABC Auto sold us as the right plugs. So, Benny got the correct plugs from ABC and installed them in our V6 Taurus which is no small task having to pull the intake to reach the back 3 plugs. And, they did a fantastic job replacing our torque converter in the transmission at $700+ LESS than Tyler Ford wanted to do the same job. Again, I definitely highly recommend Benny's Transmission in Whitehouse, Texas!
