I've been using Auto Express for about 6 yrs now... they are the only mechanic I trust to do major work on my vehicles. Patrick and his team are always friendly and knowledgeable. Brock is very patient and takes the time to answer all my questions. They do great work - I've never had surprise issues come up after visiting them. Auto Express also has the cleanest and best smelling auto-shop lobby I've ever been in. Always a great experience.

This is the most friendly, accommodating shop in town! I've used them for a high end brake job on my Jeep Trackhawk before, so they can work on pretty much anything. Today they earned a lifelong customer when, without an appointment, they let me put my Camaro up on a lift to install a small modification underneath. The owner ended up doing it for me, had me gone in under 10 minutes, and wouldn't let me pay! Thanks for being honest and fair guys!Service: Transmission

I've taken my 2010 Hyundai there for several years now. They take excellent care of my car and keep it running for me. One of the few shops I can walk in by myself as a lady and not feel taken advantage of or talked down to. Very professional staff.

Within our first week, new to town, we had a ripple effect of car problems from the AC to Check Engine lights. We discovered that schedules are tight around town and ended up at Auto Express through recommendation. I can't recommend this shop enough. With no notice or appointment, Brock immediately jumped in to help and got me in and out the same day. He took note of our situation of being dependent on one vehicle as we are transitioning into a new town and did everything under his control to help, as did the rest of the team. As I waited in their very clean and inviting customer space, I took note that this is just the way they do business with anyone who walks through their doors. Brock, Pat, and team provide outstanding customer service and we are so grateful to have already found a shop that we can trust and count on. I took my 2017 Subaru Forester here on 3/13/23 for the front passenger tire feeling loose and bouncing as I drove 55 mph plus. They diagnosed the problem as 2 bad wheel bearings and bad brake pads (all on the rear, did not even look at where the problem was occurring). $1,500 later, the front right tire is still bouncing. I took my vehicle back today (3/20/23) and told them I was still having the same issue. They shined a flash light on the tire and said, We can t help you, everything looks okay. This was after admitting today that they did not actually look at what I asked them to look at (front passenger tire). I told them I will keep my appointment with another mechanic on Wednesday. They sarcastically replied, okay, good luck. I don t write reviews, but this was a bad enough experience to warn others. They make sure to diagnose something to get money from you, but do not properly diagnose. If you are having vehicle trouble, please be safe and do not take to Auto Express on 110 in Whitehouse, Tx.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am just wanting to publicly say Thank You again to these great guys! I had a flat tire conveniently in front of their business. They were not open yet so I called my husband to come see what was going on. They don t do tires but that didn t stop them from coming out jacking up my car and putting on my spare. Didn t hesitate or seemed annoyed. More than willing to take time out and just help. Made what I thought would be a horrible day into grateful & counting my blessings! Thank you!

I can not express enough how blessed I feel to have found these guys! To make a real long story short, I will never take my car anywhere else ever again. When my fam in Dallas needs work on their cars, I'm telling them to come here! Honest shop with amazing prices. These guys are lifesavers!!!

My Ford Taurus water pump went out but it is not an easy fix due to the proximity of it to the motor. The first place I went to in Tyler told me the cost and basically talked me out of getting repaired. Came across Patrick and his team and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Gave me a quote it was expensive but fair, against my better judgment I tried a cheaper route using a mobile mechanic who said they could fix but turned out to be a nightmare and my car was worse than before. Went back to Patrick expecting to hear I told you so but not at all he made me feel better saying not going to blame anyone for trying to save money! Anyway him and his team fixed the original issue and the other issues caused by the other mechanic and the price was still close to the original quote! Needless to say the car is running great now! I will not take my car anywhere else. They do a great job for a very reasonable cost. They have gone above and beyond to take good care of me and my automobiles for many years. Pat is friendly and kind and his staff are professionals all the way. I recommend them to all my friends.

We have been taking our cars here for years, they do good work and at fair prices. They do everything from State inspections, oil changes, AC, to more extensive stuff. I recently had my car at the dealership to get the airbag fixed from the recall and I needed work done on my headlights, the dealership quoted me around $250 to do the work, but Auto Express did it for $100 cheaper.

Great place with exceptionally friendly service. Have never had a problem getting my vehicle looked at. Got my truck diagnosed and fixed last week. It was in and out in no time. Always fixed right the first time at a reasonable price.

Awesome people, they took great care of my tire that needed a simple flat fixed. Walmart turned their nose up at me because the tire was too old. These folks took me in with open arms and had it repaired in 10 minutes or less.Skip everywhere else in town, and come straight here. They ll appreciate your business.

I cant be more satisfied and relieved with the help of Auto Express! Car was making ridiculous noises, idling crazy and check engine light on. I was preparing myself to spend a lot on repairs but after Patrick and his team checked it out they were totally honest and it was an easy fix!! Totally blessed when I chose to take my car to them. I generally do my own maintenance, but I had a back problem flare up, so I couldn't. I went here for an oil change, and I was in and out very quickly. All of the employees were very friendly, and I was able to talk to the owner for a little while, and he seemed like a great guy.

First time customer, they called us back with the report...said the repair would be covered by our extended warranty if we took it to Ford. The bill would have been over $600. We are so glad they were honest with us! We know where to go back next time!
