I had a wonderful experience from the beginning. The insurance company said that Doug's was in their network. Then, after connecting with Doug's, I had the most excellent customer service experience. Jeff and Cindy were wonderful! My truck was done so quickly, yet it looked amazing. I'm thankful to find a bodyshop to exceed my expectations! My truck looks amazing!

Dropped off my truck for a decent repair on a Monday and it was ready for me the next Monday detailed inside and out. This was my first time going and I ll definitely be using them for all my paint and body work. They did an amazing job.

Man where do I begin with Doug s;I ve used them personally 3 times and my wife has twice, both of us have never had issues with them. Very professional and communicated with the difficult of some of the parts as the manufacturer had stoped making them. They showed me the full process with pictures when I picked my truck up and explained what they did and why they did it! I recommend them to everyone who ask for a paint and body shop and even my insurance adjuster sang their praises and told me I chose a great body shop!

We had an excellent experience here! The employees really care about you and your vehicle. They are very thorough and pay attention to detail. We can not say enough good things. We hope to never have another accident and need repairs but if we do we will definitely be returning.

Super great service an in record went in to get an estimate on my truck due to an accident was told everything needed to be done got all the parts orders and took it in and got it back in 4 days looking good as new definitely would recommend

We had hail damage (severe) and it took a while to fix BUT it's better than new!!! Can't even tell it was damaged!! I recommend this place!!!!!

I don't recommend this business. They told us our car would be " a quick turnaround ". The manager told us we would be updated after disassembly, paint, and reassembly. We got no updates and the person working the front did not know the status and told us it was being painted on 4 different days. Two and a half weeks later it is painted and finished. The paint job is subpar with many imperfections.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Doug's Paint & Body recently repaired my car after an accident and they were very thorough! From text updates on progress to finished product, I was extremely satisfied andwould recommend them highly. My car looked the same as on the day I got it, and they even detailed the inside! Just picked my car up from Doug's and just like previous times, the work was great. I have used other shops in Longview and Tyler, but have yet to fine anyone any better. Great staff that keep you up to speed on how the job is going.

The best in East Texas. When you have four kids and 300+ employees you need a good body shop. Doug's has been taking care of me for 30+ years.Since I have sold my business a few years ago and only have one kid left at home, I am no longer in their top 5 customer list.I am glad to be off that list. But they are great.

Just wanted to acknowledge the fantastic job, they did on my hubby's truck, it looks new, they replaced the front bumper, and repaired a nasty dent on the door, they worked their magic, completely gone, looks great,oh and when he picked it up, it was clean, obviously detailed...excellent work and excellent customer service.. highly recommend ....Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Doug's did great work! My grandmother's car was hit head on and Doug's did a wonderful job on the paint and body repair. You can't even tell it was hit at all. If you're looking for quality paint and body work Doug's in White Oak is my go to place from now on!
