I highly recommend this business and cannot say enough about how kind the owners were and the quality of their work. I got stranded passing through as my truck s steering arm gave out. From the get go, the owner Mo went to personally give me a ride to his office and his wife Rebecca, while working the front , was beyond kind and hospitable to me as I waited for repairs. Mo knew I was still far from home, so he got the work repaired in a prompt, transparent, and honest manner. Within less than 2 hours I was out and made it home safe 4 and a half hours away. They are good and honest God loving people, and I would recommend them to anyone needing services in the area.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I took my Elderly parents and their vehicle for collision work. They received a quote for a COMPLETE repair. When picking up the vehicle there was a piece of body trim not on the car. We were told well we couldnt find the part, its discontinued . When we asked so you are sending the vehicle home incomplete? Moses told me he didnt like my attitude??? Charged entire price to my elderly parents (dad also a veteran) and sent home an incomplete vehicle. We have no trust in the ethics of this business.Service: Painting

I wish I could give this place no stars. Took them 4 months to fix my truck. When I got my truck, glass was in the floor board, it was missing a lock nut on the driver side tire. Driver side is missing the Ram and 1500 tags, the rear camera isn't working anymore. And they never repaired scratches and dents on the passenger side. There's a popping noise under the hood in the suspension area when I turn the wheel a hard left. They put brand new tires on the driver side, left passenger side tires worn down, gave the truck a horrible shake going down the road. There were old lights and glass in my truck bed. It was ridiculous. Here it is 6 months after the accident, and all they can say is I need to call the insurance company. I regret ever taking my truck here. Wish I had gone to a bigger place, gotten quality work done.

I was recently in an accident and needed some small repairs done to my vehicle. I was taking my car around Wharton getting estimates from different repair companies; I guess Wharton Collison doesn't know what the word "estimate" means. They called me a few days later saying the problem was fixed and it was $450+ I didn't say anything. I came, paid, and picked up my vehicle. Going down the road, I realized the problem was not fixed! I took it back, left a message with the receptionist to CALL ME WITH NUMBERS before the work was done. She called me a few days later, saying the repairs were done and it was ANOTHER $350+. After explaining myself, the owner, Moses took a WOPPING $78 dollars off the bill!!! Also now, my car squeaks! GREAT! My experience here was a lesson learned.

Good communication skills, receptionist was polite! My new bumper was put on right and I got my vehicle back within days!Good job Wharton Collision.I highly recommend this repair shop!!!

The owner is an honest fair Christian man and all the employees are honest hard workers that take pride in their work and strive to please the customer they have old school work ethics and perform every task as if they're doing it for God himself !
