Amazing dealership! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car for my needs. The financing process was smooth and easy, than I thought and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Thankyou to my sales woman Lisette and financing manager Jason! Great experience, never did I feel pressured to purchase anything. I was given the opportunity to take the vehicle overnight to be sure I wanted to purchase it. Service department got my car in quickly. I do appreciate they were able to repair my car quickly, however, I do not like the fact that I was charged $189 to run diagnostics when I provided the report from another dealership explaining what was wrong with my car. My car is under warranty, so I feel like I should not have been charged.

Great experience! 10/10I had issues with my 2022 Silverado bad fuel injectors, took it to don Davis in el campo texas another Chevrolet dealership. I don t know why I would take my vehicles their. when talking to Chevrolet worker guy was really rude and said they could not take my truck in till a week later. Told him needed my truck for work. He s respond was to bad for you I can t do anything about it. Not even take a diagnoses on truck to see what parts would be needed. Customer services is always bad, oil changes take all day and that s making an appointment.after calling Wharton Chevrolet was told by (Trisha)sorry if I got the name wrong but am really bad with names To drop it of that same day. Got a call back from them a couple hrs later explaining the issue and what needed to be done to fix my vehicle also gave me a time frame when it would be ready to be pick up. After they fixed it and I picked up my truck,I drop my wife s 2022 wagoneer that same day and got it fix that same day!!!!Wharton Chevrolet you rock!!!Wharton may be a small town but Chevrolet sure does know how to treat their customers for that you get 100/100 stars

The experience was surprisingly easier than expected. The staff were cordial and professional. Having bought numerous vehicles in past years we expected a longer and drawn out process. Questions were answered quickly. The salesman, even though new to the business, was able to handle any issues in a short time. All in all, a pleasant experience.

I bought a 2024 Gmc 2500 Denali, and when I gave the money the dealership had told me that, the taxes and license plate would be covered by that and my license plates would get mailed to my house. This was in June and to this day I haven't received my license plates, and they want me to pay another $1000 dollars in taxes to be able to get my plates. I am gonna pay them that's not a problem. I just want to let you guys know how this dealership treats its customers.

Our company bought a vehicle in November 2023 and we have not received our title and warranty money that is about $5200. It is now the end of March 2024 and we have called several times over the months with 0 response. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT buy ANY vehicle from this dealership.

I had the best experience with Wharton Chevrolet GMC. Jason Rivera was the salesman that I worked with and he was super patient and kind. I looked at cars for about a month, test driving different ones to see which was best for me. Jason was very helpful in answering all of my questions and sent me pictures of vehicles any time I found a new vehicle that I was interested in. I finally decided on a 2024 Chevrolet Trail Blazer and could not be more happy with it. I will 100% recommend Wharton Chevrolet GMC to all of my family and friends!

Yanilla the service rep was fantastic and so very helpful. We were in a jam and she made things happen. We are traveling across country from SC and our water pump went out on a Saturday. Her and the mechanic CJ made sure that we were all fixed and back on the road within hours. She sent someone to pick me up from the motel and really went above and beyond. I wish that our gmc dealer back home was a fraction as good as the team y all have. I can t say enough good things about them. Thank you so much!

Fast, friendly, and professional. Needed a oil change A.S.A.P. My local dealership was going to be closed for whatever reason. Wharton was the next closest dealership open with openings. Got me in and out no problem. Definitely will be going back!

Wharton Chevrolet are crooks. They sold me a used truck 2018 GMC canyon. I've had truck less than a week and the drive shaft or Axelare bent. They said warranty doesn't cover as well as not fixing it
