They have a lot of items to choose from. If not, you can shop online. You could definitely get it online

I went through the store and got everything I needed. Then I went to check out where I realized I forgot my wallet at work. I tried to pay with my Walmart app but the signal at the front of the store was completely cut off. The pay pads didn t take one touch pay either even though they just upgraded the systems. Get with the times and install one touch compatible pay pads and I ll change my rating but I ve been shopping here for years and this is the worst shopping experience I ve ever had anywhere. Couldn t manually enter my card either.

Good work ethics and service from the tire department. Really helped me get what I needed to get done and in a timely manner. Had a long road trip ahead of me and was already 5 hours in and it all still worked out. Prices aren't that great. That's the only reason I give it a four

Placed online order, select our time for 7pm to 8pm. Get there at 6:55 pm. 7:15 pm no one comes out after let them know at 7:00 we were there. At 7:20 someone came out to tell they have not pulled our order yet. 7:40 called and they are still pulling our order. Girl was rude!!! This is unexceptable! If you can't provide good service clean house or do away with it! Thank you Walmart in Wharton for wasting my time!

They don't update prices. Bought a soda with price of 1.98. But rung up 2.18, not keeping up with price changes.

Worst experience today! We went to get some Potting Soil and they have it displayed outside. The garden gate was closed we asked if they can come and open it, we waited about 28mins no one came we went all around to get the soil! The soil we wanted was $8.97 when we came back inside to purchase it it came out to $14.77 we asked if someone can double check the price for us because we ve seen it at $8.97 so we waited for another 15mins and they finally said no it s that price and the lady didn t call anyone to check. It s not the First time they ve had us wait this long for a product to see if it s the right price or if it s in stock. It s ridiculous and don t have good costumer service.

Ok but be aware you'll be put to work if you want to checkout. But you'll probably have a more pleasurable experience if you do not interact with a cashier. Door greeters are generally happy and kind.

I come here once a month, and the primo water machine is always out of order. How weird is that?

Just like any Walmart, this is a store where you can buy anything and it is not too far from home.

I keep coming back for the low prices and lack of customer service. It's getting where I take something from the shelf I have to take a picture of the price/UPC for the inevitable price discrepancy at the self checkout. I usually get at least one on every trip. They have enough employees to have a gaggle of 3-4 to carry on conversations in the aisles and more to fulfill online orders with their carts, 2 employees at the entrances to make sure you didn't steal anything, but only 1 or 2 full service register lanes open on most given days. Get in, get out at your own risk. Go to HEB if you want customer service.

Too many associates walking around with cells, not paying attention. If they have time to wonder around maybe put them up front checking customers out. Our time is valuable as well.

This Walmart is just the right size, so you don't have to walk a mile to find what you need. The selection is a bit meager, but it is easy to find the essentials in a short amount of time. But if you are looking for organic yogurt, you are out of luck.

This Walmart is well-kept for a small town. The shelves are always stocked and they don't seem to be understaffed like a lot of places these days. The food and produce selection is typically better than the nearby H-E-B making it a great one-stop-shop.

I love Walmart BUT ....if you find something online that you want to go pick up in the store...well, the price you see online and in the store are totally different...So if you want to pay the lower price better purchase it online and pick it up later... Which sucks when you're in a hurry and thought you was going to get the price online...nope not happening... So I will just buy it somewhere elseFyi...Walmart... You will never compete with Amazon, because you're not Amazon..

I'd never go here if I had other options. Every time I go, there's one cashier open.I have a much more pleasant shopping experience when I use self checkout (which I hate to do because I do not work at Wal-Mart, nor do I receive a paycheck from them).

This Walmart is a smaller "full" service location, that in our 5 yrs of living in the area has left us underwhelmed. More often than not - even BEFORE C19 - the more limited items this location "normally" stocks, are OUT OF STOCK. Including vital "staples" such as milk, bread, eggs, etc. Not to mention that the purified water dispenser has been out of order for over 6 weeks; the mobility scooters are thoroughly INADEQUATE for the need* (area is rife with elderly & disabled individuals) and those devises "available" are often broken down for MONTHS & MONTHS on end!! (Yes, we have verified that it's the same units remaining unusable.) The staff are unerringly friendly and helpful despite the notoriously lousy treatment and pay that Walmart is known for!* There is 1 other grocery store (full service) in the town; however it tends to be higher priced (& usually better quality) than Walmart. This store is about 1/3 the size of Walmart - both the size of the store AND the overall size of the Company - YET this other store ALWAYS has mobility scooters available (have NEVER visited this store and NOT been able to be accomodated with the use of one;) have NEVER seen a broken down scooter on premises, nor have we ever experienced scooters inaccessible due to dead batteries because with the adequate numbers, charging is possible even during business hours!! Walmart should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!! As one of the largest retailers IN THE WORLD, though not "required" to supply the mobility devices, as those in need make up a VERY HIGH PERCENTAGE of their clientele, they SHOULD BE DOING FAR MORE to provide adequate numbers of WORKING devices for the customers who truly need them!!

Needs more self service lines, for more than a few items. If your lines are long and you hire no cashiers, then please put in ways for us to get in and out quicker.

The store is ok, but that wamart greeter lady with the short yellowish blonde hair looks like she wants to smack people, never says hello it's almost akward walking past her,I've seen her very friendly with men and women she know's, but I try to avoid going out that door if she is standing there, thought the greeters were supposed to be friendly, everyone else is

The automotive section needs an overhaul in their management. When the technicians break a pressure sensor in your tire and break a wheel cover, the ACC Manager said they will order a new cover and call me to repair the pressure switch. Now that over a month has passed and they never called me, but I have called them and left messages, been disconnected, etc I had to pay a tire shop to fix my tire sensor that they broke and have given up on them living up to their word on replacing my wheel cover. The ACC Manager and the Manager above him need to be trained on how to be a manager and how to be responsible.

I think we need cashier's. I feel that going thru the self checkout. It's like you guys are trying to save by not having cashier's. Then they check your bags going out. If you trust me by checking my own self. Then why you need to check my bags.
