The guy at the front desk was helpful. But the guys at the bays were prioritizing other vehicles ahead of me. I had to wait over two hours just for them to get started on replacing one of my tires

At 5:00 pm with only one car in front of me I was told they didn t do tire patches cause there was o oh one person working. They needed 2 people to change a tire in order for them to patch it I had to remove the tire myself and take it to him. Wow so much for great service. I m traveling to spend Christmas with my family and have my daughter with me and the guy just told me he didn t care.

I went in for tires on 9/10/20. My only complaint is that I shouldn't have to do a clean- up job of all the black grease & oil that's left on my steering wheel, floor mats & the tan interior of my car. Please take pride in what you do & clean up behind yourselves and try to leave your customers cars the way you find them.

pulled up at 7:01. desperate to get a new battery installed. the service man who was still on site, called 2 managers and they managed help me even though the doors and register were locked for the night. the service man was excellent and stayed late to get me back on the road.

Hard to get help rather you call in, or go there...staff is hard to find, and not very helpful

Went there for an oil change told me it would take more than two hours did not even care to let me know that when i was waiting in line.

Shane was informative. Service said they had time I drove HR and they got me in for 2 new tires.

A phone call, approximately midnight:"What are the hours at the tire center?""They open at 7 AM."A sign, hand written, scotch-taped to tire center door, 7 AM:"NO TIRE SERVICE UNTIL 10 AM."
