Ram country is the best dealership and service department in Wharton county. I have always gone to these guys as they display s level of professionalism that is much appreciated. Logan from service is well spoken, patient and understanding. He takes customer service to the next level and should be commended. I appreciate the workmanship and attitude everyone displays at all times. Great people, great business.

I bought a used truck from not even two weeks ago and the drive shaft or Axel r bent called them about it getting fixed and they it wasn't covered under the warranty but bring it to shop and they will diagnose it but not fix unless I paid for it don't buy anything used from there. They tell one thing and show or tell u another

This dealership falsely advertises their prices. We drove an hour and a half to check out a car that they had clearly labeled as one price online, but the price went up by $2,000 under the guise of a required protection plan at $1,899. This is called an add-on, and is optional, and cannot be required for me to purchase extra protection that my insurance already provides. If you somehow find it advisable to require all customers to purchase this extra protection plan that you told me was not optional, you need to state that on your website along with the stated price. If you want customers who happily and willingly support your business, shoot them straight and drop the bait and hook tactic on your on-line prices. Would not recommend this business due to poor business practice and dishonest pricing.

Amazing dealership! Will not go anywhere else in the Houston area! Such kind and patient salespeople. Took great care of my grandmother when she needed to get into another car after a bad wreck. So much so that I went back the following month to get a car!

Take your business elsewhere. Classic example of over promising and under delivering. Their pay off promotion is complete trash and untrue. We were told 2 different stories by different people and have YET to get a call from management. And we have screenshots of conversations as well.Be transparent to your current and potential customers. Train your sales staff and sales managers. Be better.You completely lost our potential business.I also suggest you learn what false advertising is.

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Ram Country! Honestly, the best dealership I ve ever worked with. They are all very professional, extremely helpful and just pleasant all around. I worked with John and I couldn t say enough kind things. Oh, and I love the car!

Very unprofessional con artists that will lie and even false advertise just to get a sale. I do not recommend this business at all DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Have contacted better bureau business in regards of the unprofessionalism ways they go about to make a sale!
