Purchased first RV today and received excellent service from Mitchell! He walked us thru several models based on our needs and assisted us very well with all our questions too! Zack also helped us with great tutorial of all the functions in our RV too! Driving off the lot with great purchase & excellent financing too! Highly recommend this dealership!

If you are considering an RV purchase, don t hesitate to shop at FunTown RV in Wharton. These guys were fair in pricing. Stephen, salesman, was fantastic to work with and extremely helpful and insightful throughout the process. The sales manager, Ray, was great to work with and very friendly. The finance manager, James, was very easy to work with as well. No pressure, good pricing, super friendly staff, and great delivery. It s hard to know when shopping for an RV who you can trust and who will tell you product information you need to hear and not just want to hear when making your final decision. These guys made that process seamless. Keep up the Great work and Thanks to all the staff for making us feel Welcome!

My service advisor Hollie is amazing and is always very friendly and helpful no matter the situation. She is the only reason for my 5 star review. I will request her as my service advisor anytime I have a future issue. Thank you Hollie for being an awesome service advisor and caring about your customers. On the other hand the service manager Chris really needs to work on his customer service skills. My first encounter with him was when I was dropping my camper off. He chose to walk in and speak about an issue in front of me a customer and did not speak very kindly to his staff, and I found that to be very rude. Then I had to call later and speak to him, because they weren t going to address one of the issues that had been on my ticket because they apparently they didn t have time he was very argumentative and rude. They did address my issue after I had to argue with him. Thanks again Hollie!

My husband and I were in the market for a new travel trailer and decided to go check out Fun Town RV in Wharton. We had the best time shopping with John. He showed us plenty options and was patient with answering questions that we asked. We would recommend this place for great service and good prices.

Tyler and Nathan did a fantastic job getting me in the best rv possible, as quickly as I needed it. From the start everyone was very open and honest about any questions or concerns I had. Great team at Fun Town Rv will be back for any purchases in the future.

We have had the worse experiences with this place. Our camper is barely 2 Mos old and alot of issues with it. We get it to service in Wharton, they have it for a week and we get back and it is worse than what it was when we took it in. The toilet seal was put upside down so it wouldn't hold water then the sink went from 1 leak to 6 leaks. We had to hire a mobile technician to go in and to fix it. My husband had to miss a days work on top of it. So far it has taken over 3 hours to fix all the leaks. This is costing a fortune and our camper is brand new. They must have incompetent people working In the service department we will never go back or recommend anybody to this place. It's a big fat joke the way they work there. Of course helpful when you are buying but when you have problems you are SOL. They won't help you in any way. Be careful buying a camper do not go to Fun Town in Wharton. Texas.

Purchased my Travel trailer here it is a very nice friendly environment they walk you thru the process and Mr.Mitchell Sowa my sales representative put in some work finding me the very best deal possible. Looking thru the inventory and sending me different RV options and found one within my Buget. Miss Mckensi did a great job doing the walk thru making sure all my questions were answered and hooked up my weight distribution hitch with ease the Finance guy Mr James had all the paperwork in order and went thru the details of the RV on his end all around it was a nice professional environment and made the purchase of an RV an all around pleasant experience thank you Fun town RV Houston/Wharton

John Sallaz is the best salesman to work with. He will show you however many trailers you want to look at. He really listens to what you want. He will work so hard for you and becomes your friend instantly. What a great person. We loved working with you John.

Absolutely the best experience! Our sales guy Bryce Malone spent 8 hours in the pouring rain with us while we looked at almost every 5th wheel on the lot. He never pressured us and gave us our space when in each of the rvs. Everyone that worked there was friendly and very helpful. The sales manager Tye was like our therapist on helping us choose from the top 3.

Hands down!!! Hollie longoria is the best person we have ever worked with anywhere in anything especially here at FunTown RV. She's professional, courteous, understanding, knowledgeable, and hands down cares and looks out for her customers and people under her care and charge. Idk if management looks at this or not but she definitely deserves a hefty raise or promotion or something worthy of her commitment and service and care she provides!!!! Her customer service is truly legendary!!!

He has stepped in and taken care of all our needs. Also, shout out to Holly, service rep for being so kind and helpful when speaking over the phone. Keep up the great work gang!!

We had a great experience purchasing our 5th wheel from FunTown in Wharton last month. We were originally going to buy from camping world, but I wanted to take a look at the Heartland Milestone which FunTown carries. Before going to view, I was in contact with sales expert, Brian McKenzie, and I made an appointment to see it. I can t say enough great things about Brian. He was extremely knowledgeable, and has worked in (and lived in) the RV industry for many years. My husband and I walked the entire lot (it s HUGE) viewing all the different models with no pressure from Brian. The last RV we toured was the Milestone and we knew it was the one. The pricing was extremely competitive, and they gave us top dollar for our trade. This was our 3rd RV purchase, so it isn t our first rodeo. We were paying cash for the RV and camping world kept trying to push us to have the RV financed and immediately pay it off as they would give us a better deal on the camper. This is something we were NOT interested in doing, yet camping world asked MANY times. FunTown never mentioned this which was a true breath of fresh air! I was super impressed with the customer service of all associates we worked. I highly suggest making the drive to Wharton to tour their lot before purchasing anywhere else. Make sure to ask for Brian!

Larry made sure I was taken care of and made sure I had everything I needed from start to finish. He was proactively checking on me throughout the entire process of purchasing my first rv, and me sure I knew I could come to him for any questions I may have had. Zack gave me an excellent walk through of my rv and made sure I had no questions on how to operate it, both inside and out. His knowledge of rvs was very insightful, and helped make me feel comfortable with my purchase. I joked about giving him 10 stars, but honestly would if I could. Michael in finance also made me feel comfortable as well, and explained/ walked me through the entire process of signing paperwork. Overall great team, and would recommend anyone to go here for their next purchase.

We had a wonderful time working with Mitchell Sowa. This great salesmen went with us through the rain looking for just the perfect trailer. We had to leave, but came back the day after with our child. Of course, she didn t like the initial one we had picked. Mitch showed her the perfect trailer! He was kind and patient with us throughout the whole process. James was very thorough and answered all questions efficiently in financing. The walk-around went smoothly and the whole staff went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend Funtown in Warton.

Larry is extremely knowledgeable of both the inventory and functionality of all the RVs. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and was able to answer all of our questions including towing options. Prices were very competitive with no hidden fees and they were very upfront and straight forward when it came to talking price.

We purchased our 6th fifth wheel at the end of October from Fun Town RV in Wharton. Ronda was our sales lady. She was, by far, THE BEST sales person that we have ever dealt with. She was not pushy at all. We are in Louisiana and she is in Texas. She sent videos of the unit, pictures and measurements of different things that were not specified. She was very professional, polite and extremely easy to work with. She made the buying experience extremely easy. Please call Ronda if you are interested in an rv, you won t regret it.

We just left with our new fifth wheel and McKenzie was the best. She is very knowledgeable and if she didn t know the answer to our questions she found it out. Zack was great also. James explained everything in detail and if he didn t know the answer to our questions he found out. The whole group made it a fun experience. Everyone in the sales and service department that we interacted with were awesome. I would definitely buy from them again.

If you believe there is "no perfect RV" for you, then you're probably right.Fortunately, we found our perfect travel trailer online at Fun Town's website. Finally, an end to the "research" and lot-visits around Houston!We inquired about the trailer and began our journey with Sales Professional Buford Tidwell and almost settled for another trailer due to price! Luckily, Buford and the Fun Town Finance team worked with us over the course of a few days to get our beloved Stratus. They're also tech savvy and kept communication flowing and open even through texts! (For when you can't answer the phone due to work, but would like an update)Before we knew it, we were pulling out of the lot with something we thought did not exist; our perfect trailer. Good luck! The purchasing process was easy, for that I am grateful. However, after our RV was purchased and issues started to occur shortly after, the customer service was not the greatest. I was redirected and told to contact the manufacturer to the appliances etc .Can you imagine how frustrating that was for my family and I? We had just purchased a new Wildwood Xlite Platinum 2023. After speaking to several people, I found Brandon, the Service Manager at the Wharton location. I personally give him 5 stars! He has truly been very helpful. He has been communicating with my husband and ensuring we receive the quality RV we should have originally purchased. Thank you Brandon for your wonderful customer service!
