Stopped in tonight because my blinker light was out. Pierce F. helped me. He ran and got me a bulb and then got the tools to swap it out for me right there. I didn't even have to ask. All I did was hold the flashlight. He saved me! Thank you Pierce!

An Autozone is a AutoZone everywhere. There is always many helpful people to make sure you always get the right parts or service you need when your vehicle needs attention. The warranty here is the best and this gives you the confidence to keep on buying on any autozone wherever you go.

Ordered a part for me at noon told me it would be here at 5 30 show up no part they tell me six thirty I come back still no part. Mind u a whole day wasted waiting on these idiots. Turns out the guy sent the part to Rosenberg for pickup now I have to drive to Rosenberg myself. Service sucks....

The staff at this location have always been super friendly and helpful. Which is good because chances are if you need to go to a part store things are already not going your way. Stopping at this location a few times now has always brightened my day.

They had a part in stock that I was certain I I would have to go the dealer for, (brake pedal light switch bumper), The manager went to great lengths to make sure we had the right one. Very professional young man. Well done sir.

They rather give u a gift card instead of your money back. Unprofessional I wanted to return the parts I didnt need an the guy act like he didnt remember me from 1 hr earlier.

I always receive quick and curteous service here and will no longer be going to the other place across the street where the prices are the same but the service is terrible.
