autoparts store in Gw was a life changer really having to go to beeville all the time was bad.. but i love how our little town has been improving little by little throughout the years all we need is a walmart and we're all set lol but love the place very helpful

Great service. I was attended by Kaden, who helped me a lot finding the best replacements for my wiper blades and installed them prompt and properly. Definitely recommended.

OReilly in GW has the best employees. I had a rough day with my battery dying and Dillion happily replaced my battery, in the cold, with no hesitation!

This store seriously had some of the nicest people I've come across in a long time. I was helped by a guy named Kade who went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me back on the road when I was having car trouble. I even tried to tip him, but he wouldn't except it. I just wanted to say thank you to him again for everything he did. If it wasn't for him I probably never would of made it to Oklahoma that day. You were awesome!

My daughter and friends were on their first trip to the coast. A friend drove over some debris that loosened a plate under the car making it dangerous to continue. They happened to be near the O Reilly Auto Parts in George West where Kristen graciously checked the vehicle, determined there was minimal damage, and removed the splash guard. Thank you, Kristen, for going above and beyond. Your assistance was greatly appreciated.

The 5 stars goes to Bre, but oreilly s itself gets less than 1 star for allowing their employees to work like this. Bre is an extraordinary employee. This location is obviously, very severely understaffed. The (only) other employee that was there with her is obviously new, consistently having her help him in every task he had to complete; She was having to pick up ALL of the slack. She was -literally- running around the store trying to help every customer (they were extremely busy). She was very helpful in getting me a new power steering pump and trying her very best to take off the pulley that I left on accident.All of this on her day off as well.Great Job!!!!

George West Texas, outgoing and friendly employees! Rhonda helped with everything I needed. Was able to walk out within 15 minutes with my whole order completed

Depends on who's helping you. Bought some Blue Devil head gasket sealer and guy told us it was "snake oil" and doesn't work. Fixed the blown head gasket just fine. Then refused to give us money back on a bad part. We had receipt. Claimed manager does not allow cash refunds, even though we paid in cash. Went back next day and got out money back, no problem, with diff cashier.

Wyndham Vacation on three rivers in San Antonio the lady was very very nice she helped me with my part that I need it for my car I won't go I will tell people to go to O'Reilly's anytime I will give him five stars they deserve it
