I really appreciate the attention to service that I've gotten here. They're like your in-town neighbors with the small-town feel. I won't go anywhere else because I HAVE and was stared at for a solid 20 minutes like I just stepped off of a spaceship when I TRIED to go elsewhere, and "elsewhere" was definitely not E&S! They will ALWAYS have my business, as they took really good care of my family.

I got my truck inspected and a $500 lawn mower repaired for a $20 that I was about to junk! These guys value there customers

The paperwork that they give you to contact them does not have a phone number for them and the phone number on their ad goes to a message system and no one ever calls you back. Plus the other phone number for the West Columbia Police Department is also wrong. This makes them look like they are a fraud. This is sad as I too am a West Columbia resident and take pride in my community but this is uncalled for.
