Made a appointment 2 days prior, I was running a bit late I called and they said no problem, just come and we will get you in.When I got there, the owner met me and took my keys for my truck to replace the front windshield. They took maybe 45 min. Everyone so nice and professional.great place to do business

The owner showed up 20 after opening time when our appt was at 8am, then they lost our appointment information. We never got a call that the car was done. We had to call to inquire an hour before closing. Their saving grace was affordability and great installation.

I appreciated the service that was given to me. Quick in and out and I loved the results on my truck. Ladies in the front were so nice! I decided to stop by because my parents suggested it. 10/10 recommended!

Got my rock chip repaired, guys were professional initial receptionist was professional and explained the day before about the rain which made it understandable, the lady that charged me not so much, I called later to ask a couple questions and she never really gave me an answer and just kept cutting me off so I left it at that

Just went there to fix a small chip on my Jeep. The boss woman appeared to be busy so another person approached me and asked a technician if he could help me. He denied! And proceeded to smoke A cigarette inside the shop.I know It s hard to have good employees but someone needs to boss those people around

This review is based on my experiance:- Great place and very professional not to mention great quality work.- I used their window repair services in a new vehicle. I get there 5 to 10 minutes before closing and the lady ( curly black hair and cute nails) took us in! I was so relieved especially since this Valley heat would have made the crack much worse!- the service was well done, I was out in 15 minutes, and looked good. The gentleman explained the care for windshield after repair which was not to wash it for a day or two. Naturally, the huge rock that hit my windshield made a sizeable crack after the fix it just looks like a little knick on the windshield which I can live with.- It has been a week and still hasnt run lets hope it stays that way. I washed my vehicle a week later and there were no leaks or abnormalities as of yet.- the repair was $35 and afyer fees and taxes it came out to $39 which seems better than having to pay insurance premiums or out of pocket for a new windshield.Over all very happy and pictures to come later.

This is my first time that I called this company. They were very professional and got the work done quick. The glass tabletop they made for my table was perfect and such a great price!! They were also very courteous and communicated with me every step of the way. The workers who came out to my house to install it, were also quick and very knowledgeable . If I ever need to, I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

Starting from the owner's wife to the staff employees who go to the homes to install. they all demonstrated to be very unprofessional, they can't keep their word, and also showed to care less to accommodate a new customer that trusted them since the first time in doing business. Over 3 weeks I've been waiting to get my window glass install. I DO understand the waiting portion for initial order which it took a week or so. But now after the glass has been SITTING at their shop and after I've been requesting to accommodate me in having their staff to show up at my house at 3 to 3:30pm. They have made all sorts of excuses because they just want to clock out early and don't give to dimes if the client's family is suffering from hot air for over a month. Not only that, after this company made so many cancellations over a period of two weeks. Today I finally voice out my frustration as civil as it can be with the owner's wife. I told her that yesterday (05/05/22) your staff did not want to finish the job to install because they just wanted to leave early from doing their job and started to make excuses and left. I then told her that we had agreed with her staff to come the next day (05/06/222) at 3pm. so they would have plenty of time before 5pm. Again today they did not gave me a courtesy of call of why they were no show? Again, excuses were made but I told her that I was not going to wait another week because obviously it is not your home or family is suffering from this hot weather. Eventually she sent her staff at 4:20 pm., to my house . I expressed my concerns and reminded the installers of what we had agreed and why they were no show. I did comment to them, how very convenient it is to always clock out early and be very unprofessional staff which is a true statement . But they got defensively and rude by raising their voice in an unethical manner or negative behavior at me in my own home. I immediately told to get out of my house and property because I have no reason to tolerate strangers that raise their voice in my house. I finally requested my refund and I will never again will make business with these clowns!

Had rear glass replaced, later found out they had Borken the rear windshield wiper! They tried to fix it and hide it from me! They Did Not let me know they had broken it! Went back and asked them about it, but all I got was Excuses! They tried to fix it Again with Glue and told me to wait 24 hrs before using it! Also told me I Would have to BUY A NEW wiper set MYSELF if their attempt to repair it did not work! First THEY BROKE IT and tried to hide it and now I am responsible to PAY to repair it! Definitely DO NOT Recommend this place! Before and After pictures attached!

Dropped the ball on me twice Once a one pm glass install appointment. . A no show after 35 minute wait Second time a look up for the correct glass for an install .no callback in 11 days . So I am done . Did not work out for me . Maybe it will for others

Worst service! Had rear windshield on my wife's suv replaced, and they ended up breaking the rear wiper! Worst part was they didn't let me know. They tried to fix it and hide it! Went back and owner told me I had to buy another wiper and that they would install it! Ridiculous having to pay for something they Broke!

I needed the regulator replaced on my driver side window. I called 3 different businesses and they were the ones with the most reasonable price and were able to do the job on the same day. The best in RGV hands down, no matter what it is Tony will take care of his customers. Honestly can say its his main priority, aside from getting the job don't in a fast and orderly and stress free process. Best customer service and friendly staff and over all highly professional

I'm doing this before my windshield crack is fix,because the guy working on my truck. Was spending his time working on a friend's truck in parking lot. As my truck sat in their bay. I saw earlier a customer question how much longer to finish his crack repair when I got a quote. Staff answered with a sarcastic smile 3 minutes, you think I should have learned. Now 25 minutes later when he finally started on my truck he's hard at work. The girl in front gives a great impression on service to bad the rest of the staff failed at service.

Weslaco Glass is the place to go for all your glass needs. Whether its automotive, commercial, or home they'll take great care of you. They're very courteous, and professional and they will not steer you wrong. They install all my windows on my semi trucks, and custom made my dining table glass top. Very nice is all i can say!

I originally called RGV Autoglass, but was told they re located in McAllen and they don t do any cracks, just chipped areas. They referred me to this place, so I called at 8:10 am and asked for mobile service to my workplace. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful with details about the process. She was quick and friendly. Mr. Lupe kept me in the loop when traveling to my location. He informed me when he arrived and he completed the repair by 9:10 am. They took my payment over the phone upon completion. It was a very hassle free situation. I am very satisfied with their service.

The place is really awesome Love the professionalism of everyone there it's a little pricey but so worth it The gentleman that worked on my windshield stated that he did his best to make sure that the crack don't spread it's been more than a month and it's still the same I think them very much for making in a very fast and easy process definitely recommend people to come here.

This is not a chain company like Speedy Auto Glass BUT the service and quality of workmanship is equal to or even better than them. Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful. My front windshield was replaced within an hour and the quality of the product and the installation was A1! I'd strongly recommend them.

The entire process was smooth and fast. After calling for appointment, withing an hour technician stopped by for measurements and within 24 hours I had my glass table top was delivered and installed.
