After all, it is Wal-Mart.The experience could go great, just or bad depending on the person behind the counter, but as far a prices, Carry the same brand names as the dealerships or national tire retailers for half of the price.This locations is always clean but a hit or miss on wait time.

If you have three or four hours to spend for an oil change with people who don't know what they're doing come here. Other than oil changers in Weslaco this is one of the worst places I have ever been. Total rip off. The guy who was changing the oil was on his cell phone. Probably asking instructions for how to change oil. Hoping we can get out of here today. Don't come here you will regret it

O-M-G worst service ANYWHERE !!! I arrived at 330 and it's 530 and I'm still here just for am oil change!! Reason I stopped was because I seen 4 cars total in a double lane business so assumed it was gonna be fast... this location really needs workers who wanna work and be efficient as well as walk a little faster. The ones at this location walk like turtles and think that we customers have all day like them!!! Management really needs to take another look at whom they hire and follow thru with the employees!!I would of rather paid top dollar then visit this store ever againService: Oil change

We arrived and there 8 cars in two lanes ahead of us. After 45 minutes of shopping, my friend noticed them backing my car up and moving someone in front of me. They said they were taking things in order of arrival, but we had not seen the dark car in the lineup that they put in front of us. We were there over 1.5 hours. We were not told a time, but later saw it was supposed to have been just under an hour. No apology, no offer of any discount, no offer of a coupon for return - NOT RETURNING. Still angry......Service: Oil change

This one has true professionals working. Not just guys to keep the place open. No filter for my hard to find car. But they said if get one. They would keep my place. Thankfully, I keep one for that exact reason. No charge. Credit back. Nice!

The oil change was fast but i didn't like that they did not offer the complementary stuff that came with the service. They just dotted down on the paper work that i refused them. Also come the next day I noticed oil spots in my garage. I put my car up on the ramp and notice there is oil everywhere on bottom of car. I checked oil filter and noticed it was not tighten all the way as well as the oil pan bolt. I was hesitant to go back after previous problems I had years ago but they seem to continue with no change. Also, it stated that windshield wiper resovoire was filled up yet I had to pour in a whole gallon when I got home. Time to start doing all these oil changes myself. Anyone using Wal-Mart always inspect their work!Service: Oil change

Bought a new battery for my VW Jetta and had them install it. The job was very quick and thorough. Even checked my tire pressure. My only complaint would be that they charged me a $12.00 "Core charge," when they shouldn't have as they kept my old battery for disposal. I was later told by a friend that I should not have been charged it. I had to go 18 miles back for a refund. The clerk should have known better. (Just a way for Walmart to make money if you don't notice or know) ?

My wife And 7 year old daughter tried to get a tire changed out today, she was given hassle because the warranty was under my uncles name, was hospitalized 8 months ago and uncle gave me a gift of new tires that s why it s under his name. I m currently on chemo so that s why I was not with her today and tried calling on the line for 10-15 minutes and no answer trying to sort out the problem. I m sure people there are decent but for the future would be good to have some curtesy and decency. Hope something good can come from this

I went on December 6 early in the morning just for 2 tires and the lube mechanic lifted my vehicle without checking to see if it was the right lift and he punctured the gas tank now I ve been waiting for a couple of days and no call from the advisor and I wouldn t recommend going they just hire anybody and very unprofessionalService: TiresService: Tires

They told me 45 mins when I left my car for a pit crew service (basic oil change) 45 min later I went to the desk and they informed me it would be another 45 mins to an hour and that they had not started on my car yet. Wish they were just honest about waiting times. Never coming back!

Not to thrilled...i could understand having to wait 3 hrs....but never called to notify car was ready until all lights were out in automotive and no cashiers...had to hunt for associates. I was in waiting area all the time ..No call no page either Im 70 yrs old not pleasant.

Poor quality of work, took my truck to get the oil changed, which takes 3 gallons and they only replaced one gallon... got charged for that gallon only but that's not the point.. went to the store and told them and they just didn't care was told that they had reviewed the surveillance video and that they are sure they changed it.. I asked to see the video and was told that I couldn't...I told them my truck was giving the code to change the oil after driving it for a day and they didn't care ...

I got there at 6:45 to be one of the first for oil change I was second in line there was a young man there early trying to get in to open the automotive but management would never show up

You know they left the airfilter housing undone. They also could not put the replacement bulbs for my vehicle. Kinda disappointed.

The cheapest place in town to get oil change in filter.. The only problem is everyone else knows it So there are times when it could take a couple of hours.
