Update - my car was still messing up, firestone never called me back after running my smoke test so I came back to Pueblo and they were able to order the part (filler neck) and get it fixed. There were delays but it was due to the bad weather. They kept up communication with me and assured me through the concerns or questions I had. I finally got my TPMS sensors replaced as well since I trust them. I had that flat tire light ON for years! Lmao never ended up with a flat tire during that time thankfully, but now my dash has no lights To start, the service was awesome, the guy who attended to me was so nice and listened to my concerns about my car and answered my financing questions :)I dropped it off this morning for a diagnostic, tire rotation and alignment - they did tell me there's a wait so I don't really expect it till like 2pm or somethingHopefully they're able to diagnose the problem with my vehicle as wellI ended up adding a Tune-Up and my car seems to be driving better, considering it was turning off when it was idle - mightve fixed it, probably not, either way, it was needed :)

Great service and staff. The store site could be better, but I blame city planners and coding for lack of building code or enforcement.

Great service!! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable... Installed ny 3" lift, Alignment, Rims and tires. Nitrogen air filled. Recalibration of TPMS sensors and steering wheel realignment (I didn't even know that was necessary) all in one shop!! Highly recommended

Took my truck for an oil change and tire rotation. They lifted my truck and immediately put it back down. Came inside and said they heard the frame "bending" and wouldn't touch it. I left and the next day I had to spend over $1450 to fix my timing chain and ended up buying tires for the front from another place since they wouldn't change them without replacing them when they still had a warranty. Supposedly the trend on the tires was bad also. Never going back again.

I Went with my boyfriend to get his inspection done since he always goes to Pueblo Tires for it. He walks in around 8:30am still early not super busy.They tell him Yeah, we don t do inspections I thought they did them still (Vehicle Inspection) Unless the company decided this year not to do them anymore or they just didn t feel like it. I m not sure.Guess just going to have to go somewhere else from now on.

Really like the professional service, I had taken my truck to have alignment done by another shop and thru them I was given proof that the other shop didn't do a thing. So honesty goes along way with me and they will have my business. Very friendly and fast work!

Got lots of work done here with our two cars when we lived in the area. Service was friendly and fast. Pueblo has always been very fairly priced too. We'd drop our car off for work and walk down to Sunrise cafe for a meal. It makes the time fly

I've used this Pueblo Tire location several times, for vehicle tire service as well as golf cart valve stem replacement. Always great courteous service, fast, fair price. Can't beat it, will continue using them.

I always go there to get my oil change (when I don't feel like doing it myself). They are very knowledgeable and professional, there's always quite a wait but it's understandable since there's always people there. I like the place, employees are people I feel like I can trust but that's just my opinion, you have to check for yourself.

Good customers service, great prices, and always have tires on stock. Everyone knows their job, and know how to do the job right the first time. I have been customer for years. Never had a problem.

Pueblo Tires of Weslaco really takes that extra step in taking care of its customers. I recently bought tires there and then had them rotated and balance. While I waited I was offered coffee or a snack which was in there clean break room. They had the television on and made me feel as though I was at home. Before I knew it I was ready to go on down the road. Thanks a million guys you surely have a loyal customer for life and look forward to doing all my auto needs with you.

The guys at Pueblo are great. They are very helpful & explanatory when it comes to things that need to be done to my car. PLUS they have "Ladies Day" in which I get a discount on my oil change!

on May 5th,2017,did my state inspection,passed, did oil and filter service on my 2003 toyota corolla.great,days later, start having breathing ,like burn oil, through vents, checked and valve cover was soaked with oil,apparentally from previous oil change. try to discuss with assistant mgr to check it out and the gentleman said there was no time because no one was available. i told him i needed car to go pick up my grandson and he answer ,and i quote he said ,if it's ready,you just have to wait. this car has that special car seat for children, i couldn't just take any car for that,luckily one of his employees on his lunch time agree to help and i was on my way to pick up my grandson!thank for taking the time to read this.sincerely Mr Leon Marquez p.s i've be a pueblo customer for over ,i think 20 yrs!

They said it would be an hr but ended up waiting 3 1/2 f****n hrs! "They had cuatomers who wanted something else done." Customers that werent there when i FIRST was there! Its not a first come first serve as they say.... this was for an alignment.

If I could give NO stars I would, my husband went to get the alignment for the truck and they left some stuff loose they did the alignment wrong something snapped and that's because we we're bearly getting ready to hit the road to San Antonio when we noticed if not we would of ended up stranded! Or worst!
