The receptionist and Diego got me pissed off. I got a Ford Edge with Diego and explained him that I couldn't pick the Edge that evening. My kids were tired and it was a long process. I asked Diego what would the be open next morning and he said 8 am. Therefore, I explained I ll be there 830 am. When we plan leaving the city we plan ahead. It could of been so easy "I won't be here tomorrow morning but my partner will take care". No I had to talk to the receptionist which gave me such an attitude so I gave attitude back. Thank God another team member took over (didn't gave me name ) but he got things done -check for keys- easy!!!! But receptionist made it look so hard. I was dropped off to pick the truck and receptionist wanted me to wait for an hour. No way!!!! Thanks to the team member that helped me out ! My respect to that man he knows how to handle things easy as it can be......

Speaking to there manager Paul and director Oscar of service. I still can t get my vehicle fix. Payne service work on my vehicle to fix and issue and return my vehicle with another issue and they stated it was the tires causing the problem. I purchased new tires and I still have the same issue with the vehicle. They had me make a purchase I didn t need. I had never had bad experience with dealerships before this is my first one. I am still driving the vehicle that Payne ford has not fix and safety liability will be on the dealership. Very unsatisfied with their service.

I ve sold vehicles for quite sometime and can safely say this dealership worked for me. The car buying process took in total about an hour and a half (compared to the usual 3-5 hours I ve seen) and they made sure I got the monthly and rate I was comfortable with. What a great sales guy Joe Cantu is .amazing character and interpersonal skills! I have been buying vehicles from him for more than 20 years and really don t go with anyone else for vehicles! At the finance office Gene was so informative and a pleasure to do business with then and the end of my transaction Cesar really went out of the way to seal the deal by making sure I wasn t missing anything and answering every question I had remaining? Worst place to buy your vehicle if you're planning to service it at the same place. I took my Mach E for service and repair in February with previous appointment and they didn't touch it for 3 days. I took it again on 04/10 and it's been 3 days standing there without anybody servicing my vehicle. I will have to go on the 4th day and pick it up again since I need it. Vicente didn't call me to give me a heads up of how the service is going. Worst service compared to Toyota Pharr, Mission Kia and Hyunday pharr.

Exercise caution at Payne Ford Weslaco. Some of the sales people are EXTREMELY deceptive. I was working with a salesperson, Brandon, to buy a high end pick up - Harley Davidson F-250. I kept on asking the guy for a price breakdown and he kept on sending me a sticker that showed no price breakdown. There was a 45k discrepancy between the MSRP sticker price and the final price I was given for the truck at the dealership. Every time I asked for specifics about what I was paying for, he continued to send me the same sticker that listed some additions but no price for any of them. As much as I tried, he could never provide me with specifics of where those extra 45k were going. What s even worse, he acted as if he was providing me with the information I was asking for even thought I kept on clarifying what I needed - the cost breakdown. As any educated consumer would, I want to know what I am paying for and how much I am paying for those things.. I am assuming that a huge markup was included in the price and they just did not want me to see how much it was. Any salesperson who works in this way, RUN AWAY as quickly as you can. For me, I will just go somewhere else where honesty still exists - yes, an oxymoron in the car sales game I am sure.

DO NOT buy from this place! They sell lemons and do not honor their extended warranty. When a vehicle breaks down 2 weeks after purchase and the service department takes an entire week to diagnos the issue only to claim that the warrenty won't cover the issue this is criminal The service department also they doesnt support veterans or respect their customers transferring them directly to voice mail when they call or flat out refusing to give them answers about thier vehicles when they go in person. Take your money elsewhere.

Got a loaner due to an issue with my Ford Explorer! The loaner is DIRTY and dusty, and seats and arm rests dirty!Just purchased a new 2023 Ford Escape, again Mr Jose Villa was very professional and helpful! Mr Villa has been very helpful with our 2 last vehicles we purchased at Payne! Highly recommended him as your Sales person for your next vehicle purchase!Purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer, so far so good! The salesman, Jose Villa, has been very helpful!During the purchase of my wife's 2016 Ford Escape and my 2017 Ford Focus, it was a nightmare! Those salesmen were no help when it came to warranty work on those two New Vehicles! Nothing but excuses, even the maintenance department, was no help! Let's see how it goes with this one?!06 Jan 2023, Came in today for maintenance and some warranty issues. Mr. Martinez was very uncooperative and aggressive from the beginning. This is not the First time dealing with him. I have purchased 2 other new vehicles and with both it has been a nightmare. Especially when it comes with warranty work!

I would really wholeheartedly like to say, best service with the most caring customer service. I literally had no problems with anything my salesman Alex was extremely responsive and on top of everything. He made the situation so easy and I really never stressed at all. I saw the vehicle I wanted and he didn t push me to do anything that I didn t want. He never told me well this isn t going to work for you like most salesman do. I don t have great credit and he made everything happen with ease. I am extremely grateful happy and thankful! Never would I think I found my salesman. But I will forever now ask for him for any vehicle needs. Please Alex! Don t ever leave! Thank you to Glen to financing who also was friendly and very relatable and gave me a lot of great advice.
