Josh Perez he actually fixed my car and it looks like a new car all over again. If need your fix or Estimate on your car Damage asked for Josh Perez he will tell you how much it will cost and long it will take for you car to be fixed. Thank you, Payne collision center and Josh as well

4 Months to complete a PROMISED 3 week job and half done. GO ELSEWHERERATING IS 0. You need to meet us in person. The FCA US LLC IS NOT HAPPY with your work!!! Texas Public Affairs commission says you have a 0 rating with them. I have photos of all cracked and fractured welds, then covered with bondo.you did twice as much DAMAGE TO OUR JEEP WRANGLER UNLIMITED SPORT THAN BEFORE IT TO YOUR SHOP. Papers should be at our house anytime, FROM FCA US LLC AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMISSION, POSSIBLE LAWSUIT YOU COLLISION REPAIR SHOP BOSS LIED TO US MAMY TIMES ABOU MANY THINGS, TO MANY LIES, REFUSING TO CALLUS TO SEE WELDS WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BRING IN A CERTIFIED QUALITY WELDER, and covering cracks with Bondo. I am a professional certified welder, full automotive through HEAVY MINNING EQUIPMENT, DIESEL ELECTRIC MAINTENANCE MECHANIC. AND YES I KNOW ALOT ABOUT BODY WORK. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE JEEP BACK BECAUSE OF YOUR UNQUALIFIED SHOTTY WORK. TRADE FOR ( NEW )SAME COLOR, AND MODEL , WITH TOW PACKAGE AS OURS. OUR CONDITIONS! I COULD POST THE PICTURES VIRO. I SEEN LOTS OF OTHER VEHICLES THAT HAD THE SAME SHOTTY WORK. IN MY PICTURES, THE BODYWORK WASN'T EVEN LIGNED UP BEFORE TRYING TO WELD. To YOU PAYNE COLLISION CENTER, (SO CALLED MANAGER ) I HAVE AT LEAST 80 PICTURES OF THE WHOLE PROCESS OF YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL, NOTHING THAT YOU TRYED TO REPAIR IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING LIGNED UP, THICK, NARROW AREAS IN THE MAIN BODY STRUCTURE. THE FACTORY LEFT DRIVERS SIDE IS PERFECTLY LIGNED UP ( USING STEEL STRAIGHT EDGE, WITH PERFECT SPOT WELDS . YOU LIED ABOUT THAT YOU USED A SPOT WELDER. YOU TRYED USING A MIG WELDER, THAT LOOK LIKE BEGINNER BIRD TERD WELDS. YOU PROMISED US THAT YOU WOULD HAVE A LICENSED CERTIFIED QUALITY WELDER COME REPAIR ALL THOSE FRACTURED AND CRACKED WELDS IN THE MAIN BODY STRUCTURE ,THEN YOU WAS SUPPOSED TO CONTACT US 1ST BEFORE ANY OTHER WORK WAS DONE SO WE COULD INSPECT THOSE WELDSYOU DIDN'T CALL / COMMUNICATE WITH US , AND COVERED THOSE FAULTY WELDS UP WITH BONDO AND PAINTED. YOU HAVE VERY BAD COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS . NEVER USED NEW PARTS AS YOU SAID THEY WOULD BE ALL NEW FACTORY PARTS, Only 2 door skins and 1 aftermarket running board. YOU PUT DOWN ON TJE INSURANCE REPLACEMENT COPPYS THAT YOU REPLACED THE 2 RIGHT SEATS, ( THATS A LIE ALSO ) YOU PUT BACK IN THE OLD SEATS. THIS LIST GOES ON FOR MILES. YOU RUN A VERY CORRUPT COLLISION REPAIR SHOP IN WESLACO TEXAS !!!

If I could give a zero review I would! My daughters vehicle has been sitting there for 3 months! They keep blaming the insurance when in actuality, I call the insurance and they say nothing has been sent to them! My insurance hasn t been the issue, the issue is Jessie that s working on the vehicle! He is not sending in supplements to the insurance, he is not doing what is supposed to be done! I have had to call my insurance multiple times to get things moving and they have been great getting things done! I call and nobody can give me an update other than Jessie. And Jessie is never in, and they can t go through his work emails to give me an update! Terrible service and terrible communication. He never calls back! I would not recommend leaving your vehicle there! Our vehicle has been there since April 22- and is currently parked in the lot July 18,2023Service: Body & Trim

I need to be able to give two reviews, first time pulling in requesting a quote and then later, if they perform repairs.This is #1 Requesting a quote.The Bad...The parking lot is not organized or clear. I would consider closing it until it is made safe for cars and pedestrians. They are crazy busy which may attest to their workmanship... but the lot and getting to quote office should warrant hazardous duty for anyone elderly.No handicap parking, if they did so many cars and misc parts and boxes on the ground you could not get around.The GOOD...The service tech giving the quote is very responsive. Payne collision does not have a direct connect with my insurance (major ins carrier)... why?My insurance recommended i drive to a shop in McAllen or the other in Harlingen 25 miles in opposite direction of each other. Why?Look for my second review IF they do the repair....

Trying to get ahold you of guys to find out how much a windshield is but no one answers!! I called in the morning nothing then called again at 2pm no one answered! Left my information on trying to get a quote still haven't received any feedback!

My experience was excellent; I couldn't be happier with the outcome. This place will make your vehicle look as if it were new off the lot. It's worth every penny and the staff for my experience was great. They kept me up to date on everything. The wait was 3 weeks due to the pandemic and a error they made, which is understandable. The paint was crisp clean, and you can stop to check out the progress as I did. I Rate 4 because of the error they made on a part that they ordered wrong, and I had to wait another week other than that excellent.

Took 3 months and one week. Insurance Co.estimated 11 days for repair. Added week was because paint did not match and had to be repainted. Lots of promises and excuses but was without vehicle for over 3 months.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Vehicle was with them for about 2 months, waiting on others for decisions. They kept me posted & fixed my vehicle fast once everything cleared.

Worst collison repair experience iv here had. Office hours are incorrect and parts take too long to arrive. I was left without a vehicle for 4 days due to "miscommunication" and their response was oh well. Never coming here again.
