I knew my deal was going to be a rough one. Our sales person worked diligently with the banks to really try to get us approved, unlike other dealers in the area we went to who didn t even try. Customer service was great and I love my little jeep. We worked with Gene as a salesperson and Coach in finance.

Very very good service. I brought in my 2024 3500 HD for a def service and it took a while but worth the wait. Very very helpful when I would call to get a estimate on the part and was able to get it earlier then expect..I was very pleased and will be going their if I ever need anything

Worst service we could have received from the Service department as well as sales. First day our vehicle was in service the salesman basically ignored me knowing I was there and was interested in trading in. Service person was quite rude at times even sent me home in an unsafe vehicle after it had been "fixed" of course the vehicle left me stranded 2 days later. When we had vehicle towed there for a 2nd time he was very rude when dealing with me. Once he saw there was a deeper issue he completely changed his demeanor with me even said he couldn't let me leave in the vehicle which is what I had been trying to get him to see before. The kindness didn't last though. It's been a month and my vehicle was finally repaired again but I didn't even get out of the parking when I noticed it was still having problems and now even new problems. I brought it up to the service advisor which as usual said nothing was wrong so the service manager took a test drive with me and right away said the shifter shouldn't be that hard to put into gear and she herself felt the stalling and kickbacks when changing gears while driving. We left the vehicle there yet again only to be told 2 days later there was nothing wrong with it when clearly there is. Vehicle is now parked as I do not want to end up stranded again. This is a 2022 vehicle it should not be having these issues. The only good part of the whole ordeal was Cynthia in the loaner department made sure we always had a rental/loaner. Other than that highly DO NOT recommend.

I would like to take a moment and thank Josh Cuellar at Payne Chevrolet Buick GMC for his salesmanship skills in helping my wife and I purchase a new 2024 Equinox LT today. He was very skilled in his efforts to work us through the process. Payne is very lucky to have him as a salesman and I m sure he should be a top performer for them.I would also like to add a shout out to Michael uribbe for patiently working us through the financing. He is very attentive to his customers financial needs and helped us immensely through the process.The staff at Payne in Weslaco are best of the best and should be commended for how hard they work to be a positive force in our community.Thank you all

I took the truck in for 3 issues, 2 of them were recalls, the technician that helped me was very polite and able to handle the issues. The last issue had to deal with the bed of the truck coming apart, he said that the managers determined there was damage to the bed that caused it ok I understand that. My issue comes from the fact that the issue that was not able to get fixed was the random stopping because there is not a fix for it yet and that the stopping led to the bed issue. This left me completely confused and not satisfied at all with my service. The body shop manager or who ever decided to send me the quote should have called me to discuss the issue as a loose to washing theirs hands of it.

Well where can I start, everyone was so lovely. We went in for an oil change and came out with a new vehicle! Thanks to Andres Garay who was very polite and helpful, he took the time to explain and answer all of our questions. Also, Tanya was very nice and patience with us while explaining all the paperwork. I made an appointment to get an alignment and tire balance and rotation. I dropped off my vehicle at 8am as scheduled and did not receive it back until 330pm. No point in making an appointment if they are just going to keep your car all day. Never using them again.

Service was helpful in checking in my AC problem. He even went and felt the problem himself. Then two days later technician diagnosed the AC with having no problems. 2 Days of wasted time. When I picked up my truck, the AC was still not working. This was my third attempt with the same dealership. I was lied to about the first attempt

Had a simple oil change done at your shop. Tech didn't tighten oil filter so car had to be towed back in and fixed. When they checked the cabin filter they knocked the glove box off it's track and never reset the oil life gauge. We also have two big oil spots on the concrete of the place we are renting for the winter. Not very happy with Payne service department

My experience was was not good. Service Advisor was very hesitant to take me Chevy truck because I had a extended warranty that was from a different brand then Chevy. They diagnose my truck stating it was a 3 hour job the first week. After finding out I was going to be without a vichcal for a week I ask if I could get a rental and unfortunately my warranty didn't approve because the work was only 3 hours that the the technician had submitted to fix my truck. Two weeks later the part came in and then they called to let me know that they needed another part because after installation of the part my truck still was not working so they did another diagnostic and know it need some other parts and the my warranty supposably did not cover? I saw if they had submitted a claim for the second issue and the service advisor Joey stated that he did and was not on the cover plan witch I knew he didn't because I would've gotten a alert of the claim so I went ahead and told him that I would pay for anything it needed at this point because I didn't have a vehicle to go to work in and I had been without out one for two weeks as already. So he ordered it and 3 days later stated it was back ordered and I ask him what were my options know and he stated Trade It In!!. I was him twice if there was anyone else I could talk to but no response.Next day I went over to the dealership and the service department and asked to speak to the Service Manager and they stated he was busy I waited for and hour and saw the service manager in his office and knocked on the window to see if we could talk but he send out another service advisor to ask if he could help. Never gave me the customer the time of day to ask me what I wanted. Next day I got my truck. I've been a Chevy driver all my life and bought a few at this dealership but never had any experience like this. Thinking of buy. Toyota or Ford know.

As a first time buyer of a BRAND NEW vehicle of the year, my salesman Mark Garcia helped me from beginning to end and was very patient with me , he made sure I got the vehicle I was comfortable in and loved inside and out! He allowed me to take my time , look around, explained to me features of the vehicles and asked me what I was interested in looking for and was NOT rushing me at all! He was able to give me the best deal and save me thousands. Mark answered all my questions and made the process so smooth for me. I am so grateful to be an owner of a brand new 2024 Chevy blazer. I have always wanted a brand new vehicle and Mark was able to make that happen for me. I had went to another Delearship earlier in the day and they were not helpful at all and just wanted a sale, I wish I could have just gone to this Delearship first. My salesman Mark and this Delearship do care about their customers. Definitely will recommend others to come here for sure.
