They didn't honor the voucher they sent me it was Just a waste of time they sold the Honda fit I wanted really bad I'm never coming here ever again

This dealership is very shaddy. Never give your driver's license to a salesman. They are not an authorized person to handle your financial information. If they do, they are breaking federal law. Privacy act. Ask for the invoice price and they bring back a copy of a copy of something. They will not show you anything and if you continue, they suddenly sold the car you were looking into. Very sketchy people. Why do you think they rank at the bottom of trustworthy people? Along with Politicians?

UPDATE: They definitely helped me since posting this, got it all fixed up! Thank you to the manager!ORIGINAL: Got my Fiat 500x worked on a couple months ago (electrical problems) and when I went to go pick up my vehicle the door handle was damaged (the key cap cover broke off). I called and they were going to charge me to fix what they broke, so I haven t gone back.

Wanted to have some work done on my Fiat so I called to see if there was a courtesy shuttle available to bring me back to work. I was transferred three times and when I was finally transferred to the correct extension I was told they needed to ask the manager if that was possible. I was on hold for 20 minutes, the woman that asked me to hold was very courteous and apologetic about the service manager not answering. There s obviously nothing she can do when her manager is incompetent and doesn t care about customer service, but she asked if she could take my info so the manager could get back to me. It s been a week and I still haven t received a call. Sadly this isn t the first time I ve had an issue. That service manager definitely lost out on a big sale on parts and labor considering I was going to have everything on my vehicle fixed. NEVER AGAIN.

Today on 10/03/18 my car turned off into the Payne fiat car dealership (closes place to the expressway) I forgot to fill my gas tank. Either way my car was stuck and the extremely kind sales consultant helped me and I was well on my way in a short time. The Customer Service is A++ there ****my car is not of their brand*** yet they were gracious enough to assist! Need to say they will have a future customers because of their exceptional characteristics. You all will never find a place that will help no matter what the situation is.

I had a wonderful experience and my salesman Victor was very courteous and professional. Everyone I encountered presented themselves as approachable and with a smile. I am very pleased with the service and follow up with my whole experience at Payne Motors and my daughter and I absolutely love her Fiat.

SERVICE SUCKS!! My husband and I am extremely disappointed with the Weslaco Fiat Service department. We took our car to be serviced over ONE MONTH AGO and the vehicle is still not ready. Furthermore, we NEVER received a call, email, or anything updating us on the status of the vehicle repairs. It wasn't until this past weekend after we had to return the rental car that we went by and were informed that our vehicle was still NOT READY and Fiat Service Department could not lend us a car while the repairs took place. So glad we waited before buying our daughter a new fiat. The cars are super cute but to us the service is just as important!

Fabian, is one of the best people I have ever worked with on any purchase. 3 FIAT s 3 Jeep and 5 years later. He gives the facts as they are and is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of the car and the process. I will continue doing business for as long as I can. Purchased a 2017 car a few months ago and have been having extreme difficulty receiving the spare key. I also found out the same day I purchased the car that the gps system didn't work. Car was in repair the first week and found out it needed a part that the dealership did not have. Fast forward 3 months later and still have a broken gps and no spare key. When I try to talk to service I keep getting the run around and transferred between departments. When asked to speak with a supervisor they hang up. I'd give 0 stars but the lowest I can give is 1. Would not recommend at all.

Overall the service was Great!, Cesar Perez, the salesman was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle.I am very pleased with my new Abarth.Overall it was a pleasant experience and the car is EXCELLENT!!!!The performance on the Fiat 500 Abarth is DYNOMITE!!!!. It's a little car with a big Punch! :-)

My visit was really unsatisfactory,i left my car the night before and no service after 5 hours ....... i will never buy a fiatIn response to Fiat alfa romeo weslaco tx .Are you trying to help the costumer or to clean your background .To help the costumer it's too late.No thanks for your bad service .

Bad service. Can t reach the person who helped me when I left my car for service, and they don t even know where my car is or why was it in for.. sucks this is the only Fiat in the valley
