Terrible experience there was an employee named Jesus was very rude to me I asked him can you please help me check which bulb my car needs he said I can't go outside but when I came back in he was helping a man then went outside to put the mans windshield wipers on i guess I have to be a man in order for him to help me If your are a woman and need help with anything don't go to oreileys in weslaco on Westgate because the employees are not helpful and super rude

I don't really buy stuff here, but the macanic I had did. Went to get a part for my vehicle had warranty took back the old part and store didn't want to make it good and had lifetime warranty so wasn't satisfied with that. If it has lifetime warranty they should make it okay to exchange.

Pretty good store. The people at this place seemed fairly knowledgeable. At least as to what the computer told them anyway. Very few people at these type of stores that have garage experience to bring that extra little helpful hints as to what tool, or how to on that one tough screw. But they have all your automotive needs. The main ones anyway. And the pricing is competitive. A few more stores that have that extra retainer or battery cable you may be looking for. But otherwise, good store

Only place I go to get parts. Returns are ez, but if you get the right part the frist time it's better. I had a belt pop off and I pulled in to replace it and they let me use tools. The price bets ever one else. I wish they wold be open a lil later like my mechanic is

It was good but when I got to the drive thru window, they gave me a cheese steak footlong instead of my oil change kit. Footlong was good so 5 stars from me.

Horrible customer service..... Manager luanna no help very unperfetional talking down on customers like she ownes the place Alexis the parts person acting as he wanted to fight with me this place should just shut down with that type of servies

Went in for 140 brake pads spark plugs and head light parts for same truck and everything they sold me was wrong. Darnell and manager Louanne were no help at this location . BEWARE
