5 employees at front counter , either on phone or looking at a computer, nobody takes the time to acknowledge customers walking in. All I need was to pay for an item, waited a few minutes ( no other customers were in store) after a while of waiting, I decided to leave.

Don t go to this store, I literally walked in there and all of the employees on the phone. I figured it like they were working for T mobile or something. By the time I got what I came for, still had to wait to get checked out. Attend to customers that are already there, and not make them wait. I really think it s management s fault and not the employees. What s the use in having 12 employees and everyone of them doing whatever they want instead of helping out the customer.

Great customer service, I needed to rent a special tool (extractor) and this fellas at O'Reilly's help me out right away and save me time and money as well, very appreciated, I do highly recommend this place!

Great customer service, Rene was very helpful and courteous. Perfect time management, I was in an out fast and still left with a smile on my face. I never expected such good service coming from the auto parts department.

I went to get wipers for my truck. Counter person was very helpful and friendly. Made sure I got the proper wipers. They give veterans discounts.

I wanted to used the restroom the workers had it locked just to not to clean it so they tell costamers it's out of order. So I bought my stuff as a costamer and had to go to the restroom somewhere else. This oreilly is the one on Westgate next to el pato and sonic. I rather go to the one on 1015.

Waiting for a long time, and when it was my turn they started to help the person that had just walk in. Very bad customer service, and is not the first time that happens, but i really didn't wanted to say it before. But is already too much of a bad service

Terrible service don't even bother stopping at this place... an elderly man asked them what kind of oil his truck would take and there answer was any kind... as the elderly man walked off they all started laughing...worth less mfks...
