Do not ignore the negative reviews. Super unprofessional owner (Jerry), no communications, no updates; blames insurance companies when he s the one who should be making updates not the insurance company. Has had our vehicle for 6 months to find out he s selling the business (smartest thing he should do because he obviously can t handle the job) so now we need to move or else where. Which we did and I already have much better updates on the status of our vehicle than Jerry ever could or given us. Good riddance.

CLIENTS BEWARE!If any clients are looking to get frustrated by lack of commitment, communication and the runarounds constantly being given by the owner Jerry, then look no further. Don t count on any of his statements as he consistently lies about the quality of service.Took my vehicle in, it was not worked on for two months, despite being told that the vehicle was almost ready. Had to go in person and ask about the status of the vehicle only to come find out that the vehicle had been sitting in the same spot that it was left at. Do not dismiss the negative reviews on this shop, they are as accurate as can be. Also, do not count on the owner to be available.Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop at all costs. Your time and money is worth taking elsewhere.

They have great staff who are friendly and knowledgeable. Their work is excellent and work to get your vehicle done in a good time frame. I would recommend their business.

This will be my 2nd review, since Jerry basically paid us to take down the first negative review... In about 2 weeks it will be a WHOLE year that Jerry has been "working" on our truck! We keep hearing the same excuses all the time and he has probably told us over 20 times already that our truck will be ready by the end of the week! And still nothing! This has gotten out of hand already and it's not fair to the customer! NEVER have we had this experience with any other shop, and a whole year waiting for the truck to get fixed is just ridiculous!! Jerry, the owner of this shop, is a liar... And if the truck was so difficult to fix then why not consider it a total loss!

Well they never return ur call, the owner jerry makes promises he nevers keeps, i would give it no stars if i could, you would think jerry would make his employees call you and give you updates on your vehicle nope, Avoid this place if you dont want headaches,

After a year, vehicle is still waiting on parts, and owner never reaches out to give update just excuses every time i call. just because its European vehicle doesn't meen all parts are coming from Europe, work quality and owners responsibility did decrease dramatically, AVOID THIS SHOP, 1st vehicle i took ok, 2nd vehicle took longer this is the 3rd and last no sense of urgency at all pretty much owner told me "your vehicle is not the only vehicle we have to work on". UPDATE owner called me to tell me to pickup vehicle and take it elsewhere

Jerry and his crew did an awesome job. Came in to repair a paint job a Chevy dealership did and came out amazing. Even got a full wash and detail. This shop has earned a repeat customer for sure. I was recommended by my insurance to bring in my car for repairs after an auto collision. Very satisfied with the outcome and only took 2 weeks my car looks new they even detailed the inside. Eloy was very professional and kept me updated and insured me they would make it look good as new! My mom's vehicle has been at this shop for months and they have not been able to get the job completed. She had an accident and they were supposed to take a few weeks to repair the vehicle. They have made excuse after excuse about not being able to get parts and then when they said they finally had the parts still have taken a couple of additional months and still have not repaired the car. Insurance had to be contacted to reach out to this business and they've been told an attorney has been contacted about it as well. Was supposed to be ready this past Friday and still nothing. Giving them this week and not only will we involve an attorney, but also going to contact media to expose the poor service and attention to customer satisfaction this business has.Service: Body & Trim

Such a friendly and professional business! They did an awesome job on the damage to my car due to a hit and run incident.They dealt directly with my insurance and had everything set up. They even had a rental car available for me! My car was ready in less than a week.My car looked brand new! And as an added bonus they washed and detailed my car inside and out! I was involved in an accident that damaged the rear right bumper on my vehicle and I took it to King of Kolors to get looked at. Jerry provided great customer service and I was satisfied with his work. Bodywork for my car took around 3 days. They also washed/polished it and cleaned the interior of my vehicle. Jerry left my vehicle looking brand new and did a great job with the repairs.

My vehicle was vandalized during New Years. All collision shops were closed and wouldn t schedule an appointment until Jan. 18th. I was able to schedule an appointment with owner Mr. Jerry Valenzuela of King of Kolors and he met with me the very next day. He is professional and offered excellent customer service. He promised he d repair the damage in less than 3 days and in no time I had my vehicle back in perfect condition. My vehicle looks new and impeccable. He is experienced and talented. He truly surpassed all expectations. I highly recommend King of Kolors and I am grateful that business owner Jerry Valenzuela was able to repair my vehicle back into its original state. Never heard of King of Kolors but glad I discovered them. Very professional shop and amazing customer service! My car was returned looking brand new. I ve taken my car to many places to get fixed and this has been by far the best One! Highly recommended. Thank you Jerry, I will definitely be back with my vehicle and more.

As a former auto damage appraiser, this was one of my favorite shops to work with. They never tried to ask more than was needed like a lot of dealerships here in the valley. Their facility has the same technology just this shop is cleaner. Cars were always in and out quick. Everything was done in house, no subletting out to other shops. I met with Jerry on Wednesday morning to start my insurance claim. He helped me get my rental that morning and got my Truck back to me by Friday afternoon. Everyone else was estimating a 2 week turnaround. His professionalism and availability exceeding my expectations. My truck was in an accident and chose this place over a local place that had bad reviews and I was not disappointed. Great customer service, took delivery of my truck on Christmas eve and fully organized the rental to be there for me and I had my truck back in a week. Paint and body work was immaculate.
