I m not exactly sure where to start. At first I was very happy with the work done by Hacienda Collision Center. And then I was pulled over by a state trooper for not having a license plate in the front of my car. The collision center forgot to add it back again. I chalked that up as an honest mistake. And then the back wiper was super loose. They forgot to tighten it up. Then I was driving and realized the hood of my car wasn t tighten either & would lift up as I drove. They fixed those things and apologized profusely.Also my collision caused my check engine light to come on. They told me the reason behind it and the insurance company paid for it to be fixed. The check engine light still didn t disappear. As I drove away, Saul promised me he would contact the insurance on my behalf and they would take it in to figure out the root cause. I knew then it would be the last time I heard from him. That was a month ago.I was on the fence as to whether or not to leave a review. However, this evening I noticed another area they worked on loose as well. I don t know the reason behind the sloppy work. I m not sure if it was pressure from the insurance to get the job done. But I just wanted my vehicle returned to me in one piece. For whatever reason, I ve had multiple issues and broken promises. I wanted to give them 5 stars, but it s difficult when they take no pride in their work. It would be your best interest to take your business elsewhere.

Chose this location because it was local to me, and I m so happy I did!My car was repaired through the holiday and with that it was still done in a timely manner. I was in contact with Saul who was extremely responsive, fast, and was helpful with all the details of the repair. My car is like new and I m so happy w the people and the work! Thank you so much!

Great customer service at hacienda collision center in weslaco . Everyone was very professional. I was called and text for updates often. Saul did an awesome job from beginning to end and explained what was done on my car once I picked it up. I highly recommend Hacienda for your collision needs if need.

We took in our vehicle to Hacienda collision in Weslaco for repairs due to an accident. As soon as the vehicle arrived there, I was called to go in , I met with Saul who went over everything with me about repairs, parts and timeframe. There was a little set back due to parts but overall , my vehicle was repaired and given back to me in a timely manner and looks great. Saul was very helpful during the whole process and always kept in contact with us regarding the process. I would recommend Hacienda to anyone looking to repair their vehicle .

Another year and another tire damage to passenger side rear truck bed. Goodyear tires are a p o s. 2nd tire to come apart and tear the wheel well up. Hacienda Collision center did a superb job on repairs. Highly recommend them for any vehicle damage. From Noe as the estimate individual, Adriana at reception, and Bianca working with GEICO insurance, they were friendly and professional. They kept me informed on the status of repairs.

WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN. It took almost 6 months to finally get my car repaired correctly. Worse experience ever getting a vehicle repaired. Not very responsive and appeared to be very pro insurance versus trying to assist the customer. Will never use their service again. A retired elderly military customer.

10/10 Saul made sure everything was inspected throughly and he provided great information regarding our vehicle crash. The turn around time was quick and the process was seamless. I recommend this place these people are great!

Thank you Hacienda Collision in Weslaco. Mr Rodriguez and staff were very helpful and pleasant. A big shout out to Adriana, excellent customer service and very sweet. Their work was impeccable and all done in a timely manner. I would definitely visit this location again.

I took my 2023 Blazer in to get fixed on the right back end and it took longer than I was originally told(1 week) but I was okay with it as long as the job was done correctly. I had to call for an update as I wasn t given one during that time. When I received my vehicle Friday afternoon (3 weeks later) I was told to drive it and check around and call the following week if anything. I ended up finding scratches on my hood that weren t there before and ended up taking it back to get fixed, it did. As soon as I get home and go around my vehicle I see a even worse scratch mark on the left front side of course I was upset, took a picture and was debating about calling again for the 2nd time but decided if I took it back something worse was going to happen

soooo happy we chose to go to this location to fix up my car, Saul along with the rest of the team were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process, and were sure to keep me updated as we aren t living in the area anymore!! i would recommend coming here a thousand times!!!

Hacienda Collision was extremely professional at every step of the process and completed the repairs in a timely manner (a week to be exact). Their work is exceptional; my car looks as if it never experienced damage. Given poor customer experience provided by Hacienda Collision Center (HCC) and the lack of conscientiousness demonstrated by their staff, I am truly shocked by the number of five star reviews they have received. In truth, I have never once been treated with such blatant disregard by any business as I was by HCC. Promising a customer an estimate and then ghosting said customer is in no way an acceptable business practice. Allow me to explain in a little more detail.Several months ago I walked up to reception desk at HCC to request repairs on my Subaru Forester, which had some rear bumper damage. After a brief wait, I spoke to one of their Collision Estimators, Noe Sauceda. He told me submit the insurance claim information, and he would provide me with estimate. After submitting the requested information, I waited for a response. I am still waiting...Okay, not really; however, this was a particularly bad experience, which is why I am taking the unusual step to write this review. I am sorry I cannot provide any information about the quality of their repair work, but this only because their customer service is so poor.

So my car was in an accident and my insurance recommended me this shop. If you are reading this plzzzz don t trust this shop I got screwed over they lie and the work is sloppy! Don t trust Saul!

Got an estimate for body repair on my vehicle. They are very thorough in their estimate but since I was paying out of pocket I could not afford the repair. Would recommend them to others.

Stopped in at Hacienda Collision to see if a spot could be buffed out of the paint surface of my car. Noe Sauceda took a look and asked for my keys. Came back within 10 minutes and you couldn't even tell it was there. Hacienda Collision did a great job a few years ago when a window blew out of a passing vehicle and sprayed the paint on our truck. Took it to Hacienda Collision Center and a great job was done for the repair.Service: Painting
