I just want to say that I had great excellent service at this location compared to my experience in Mcallen. I had to take it to weslaco location after trying to take it 2 times to Mcallen location to have it fixed and I always left without any solution and with the same problem. But when i took it to the Weslaco location they heard my problem and fixed it automatically with no hassle. I left with no noise from my brakes and got great excellent service of help that i needed. I will definitely take it back to this location in the future. I want to thank Antonio Jaramillo for hearing me out as a concerned customer and helping me fix the issue with my new brakes. The rest of the staff were also nice.

I went there as soon as they opened for a state inspection. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The attendant in the front, 'sorry I can't remember your name ' is always very polite.

Great customer service Tony and Fred. Very knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Very willing to listen to your concerns and work with you. I have all tire repairs and alignments and oil changes here. They are the best. And I've been coming here for years. Highly recommend.

Tony was very helpful. Good thing because previously the guy in front was NOT friendly nor helpful. Only bad thing I felt like at the dr office (you have an appt yet don't go in until a hour later)

I went into the Goodyear Auto Service store to have them do a tire rotation on my vehicle. Antonio asked me if I had done any oil changes or needed an oil change, and if got one done the tire rotation would be free. Unfortunately I had just changed it myself. Since the tires were getting rotated I figured might as well balance all 4 tires at that. The time I waited there was adequate, the time my tires got balanced and rotated was quite fast too. Nothing but a good experience, I will be returning for my next tire rotation most certainly.

Attentive customer service. Thank you Fred for answering all my questions over the phone before taking my vehicle in for service. Thank you for finding the required parts in a timely manner. Thank you for providing transportation for me to wait in the comfort of my home home while you all worked on my vehicle. Staff greeted me immediately upon arrival. Exceptions have all been met and exceeded.

I'm new to the area in south Texas and wanted a great reliable place for all my tire needs! I took my jeep in for a rotation and was introduced to a lifetime program that I was very impressed with the price and service for the program. It saves me $ in the future and I can easily call any Goodyear dealer and the service follows my vehicle. The second time I went in the service tech already knew what vehicle I had and what services I wanted! I never was up saled or pressured into anything else but what I asked for! The service men and women are knowledgeable and courteous!

Perfect service, wait times don't take long as typical auto repair stores. Very friendly, and informative staff. I have been going here for years and I will continue to come. No matter what I have not even had one rude employee, they really do love their job and helping people. I highly recommend you come here for yourself and see how positive everything is.

I needed the State inspection and tire rotation, and I ended also getting Wheel-alignment didn t have an appointment, didn t have to wait, Fred got me out quickly. Excellent service. Highly recommended!5*

Been going here for years off and on, the Goodyear staff(especially the senior staff) know their stuff and give a straight answer. For example, Goodyear will give the best options to suit the customer's need. If the vehicle needs tires, Goodyear staff will recommend a best value tire or a high end one. Their years of experience is welcome very much.Side note: Goodyear staff will mention discounts, coupons and rebates if there is any to help ease the cost.

I took my car in and Fred took care of me right away at the front desk! He assured me that although there was a wait time that they d take a look at my vehicle and fix any issue! Customer service was great! Definitely making goodyear my go to place. Thank you goodyear employees for going above and beyond!

I had a great experience with the purchase of my tires. Mr. Ram�rez was awesome in explaining all my options and helping me come to a decision that was best for me. I highly recommend Goodyear for the price and quality service they offer! I was also able to get my other vehicle needs taken care of like spark plugs! The service quick and very reliable. I m 100% happy customer.

Great customer service . The wait time was approximately 40 minutes on a Sunday afternoon to have an oil change with tire rotation. No appointment necessary. There is shopping close by so there is no need to wait in the waiting area .

The manager and especially "Ramiro" are excellent at going beyond what is monimal.Goodyear in Weslaco,TX. I have found they have much better service than other places I previously used(due to proximity). The manager and all sales people are courteous and even if they cant help right that minute..they acknowledge your presence..to be" you with shortly."They have service my vehicles and helped out with'extras'.Many times I Just walk in and they are ready to help and always bring to completion the job I need done. I would recommend them highly.

Stopped to get a quote for some work to compare. They explained the situation but needed to see my vehicle just to confirm. All done, not extra work needed just an alignment.Other company I stopped at just send me a quote without looking at the vehicle.I recommend Ramiro! Thank you

Great service! Everytime i go for my oil changes they also ask and make sure I'm up to date with everything else on my car. Making sure i maintain my car and keep it in good condition. Excellent service!. and also very quick!6/15/21 Sooooo once again they did awesome!! Every time I go they out do themselves!! Love their excellent service and hospitable environment! It was So quick! I know My vehicles are always in great hands when I go.

I give this place points for being the only decent tire place open on Sunday. Came in for a tire repair. The service was simple and quick. No hassle. No attempted up-selling. I reccomend.
