So far I can only advise you to make your appointment with this local shop, not online.I will let you know about that after you service my car Monday Bryan.I like this place good service and reasonable prices. I will be back.Way better than Pep Boys....I recommend!

Great service...... able to service my vehicles from 2004-2022, professionally & efficiently. Love the app, keeps all my records & recommendations on point. Been a faithful customer since i could drive, road hazard all my vehicles & oil changes..... love our local Firestone!

The rear tire on driver's side peeled off while driving on frontage rd. The wrecker took my Tahoe to firestone, at 11am. I was called by 1:50pm by firestone letting me know that vehicle was ready for pick-up. The store had enough tire inventory in stock, to work on my truck. They did diagnostics testings on my truck and gave me back recommendations reports copies.I charged the tire purchase on my firestone card, which allows me to pay back in 6 months, interest free. Which is a great asset on the store's customer service finance. It helps your customers when unexpected repairs occur. I will be returning back to the Weslaco location, to purchase new tires for my Nissan vehicle.

I went to Firestone to get diagnostic on my car only to leave that place with a flat tire, I went to work and realized my rim was touching the ground. I could ve seriously been hurt, thanks Firestone.

We had our car in at 9 for a minor fix. They were happy to help. There were 4 cars maybe ahead of us. I guess it takes 8 hours to get 4 cars done??So if you were buying tires, you got moved in front of us. By 5, they still had cars in front of us. The fix would take maybe 20 minutes. If they didn t know how to fix it, I would have shown them. At least they should have told us this morning. We use to use them but no more.

Waaaaayyyyy too long of a wait. 3.5 hours for an oil change and flat tire!! And that s because I had an appointment! Not going back. But hey, if you have hours to burn, you re welcomed to give it a shot. Me? Never again.

The people are nice, but a week and a half ago I came in for a leak test since my car turns off at the light or stop signs occasionally- they did it, found the leaksRecommended I replace the filler neck and told me they'll call me when they have the partDays pass, noone tells me anything about the part - my car turns off at the light again and the check engine turns onI call and tell them my egr code popped up, they say that's what they've been waiting for to pop up, to be sure it's the problem - they tell me theyll call me to bring it in Monday, me being that I don't have a reason to celebrate holidays, didn't realize it's Christmas day.Told me theyll let me know the day they're closed? Sweet - thanks, wasted a week of waitingIf they call me tomorrow and fix if same day, I'll do it but if they call me to tell me I have to wait longer for the part and replacement when they made me wait over a week already, then I'll just struggle and fix it somewhere else what else can I do?

Sadly I have to rate this store a 1. The service is wonderful and the manager seems to be a very very very kind man. My problem is not with the store itself but with company policy. Yesterday we drove in with a flat. I was told that the hole was too close to the sidewall for them to patch due to liability. So rather than patch or plug, they filled my tire with air and sent me back on the road with my 10 year old son. In other words, rather than risk liability, they sent my son and me directly into a dangerous situation. This morning we took the tire to Mendez Tires and they took care of it immediately and it was only 7 dollars. It sickens me to know that because they don't want to get sued, they purposefully and negligently sent us away from their store with a huge hole in our tire when they could have done the right thing and plugged it so that we could have at least made it to another shop safely. I'll never do business with this company again.

I am very disappointed with the clerk on Sunday the 13th of February. I went in about 10:45 am needing a flat repair on my cars both front right & left tires. He told me he couldn't do it because he was swamped. I looked around, he did have 3 cars in the bay and no new customers in or outside. I told him that he doesn't look swamped. He just straight up and told no because he's closing early. I'm a loyal customer and I feel cheated. I know they close at 5pm. So what the hell was his problem? So I had to wait till Monday to get my tires fixed. I went in and the manager was there . He was very nice and attentive to me and apologized for the trouble I went through. I ended up purchasing four new tires. I still feel cheated.

Weslaco Firestone has been our go to place for over 12 yrs for tires, lifetime alignment( about $200), lifetime balance and rotation ( about 16 pet tire). Very satisfied

Be careful, manager Benito will lie to your face he's "repairing a tire" when in fact he's installing a new one at $97 & charging without consent. Area Mgr. must be a thief too because they don't care about this manager's dishonest tactics. Beware go anywhere else.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made recommendations and checked to see if I needed any additional services to ensure my safety on the road. They informed me of the firestone card that would qualify me off 5% as this was a high purchase so I was able to save with this additional discount. Thank you for making me feel welcomed!

Great service! Come in for a quick oil change at a great price. Also get your state inspection for when it's time to get it! The manager is great and let's you know exactly what will be happening during the process with your vehicle. Job is always done right! Would recommend!

I haven't gone in years because anytime I had an inspection it always ended up I needed extra stuff to pass. I went today, after many years maybe they would be better. Nope. I went in at 1p and the man said they stopped taking work for the day. The bays were pretty much empty and no one inside. He did refer for me to go to some diesel place outside of town, so whoever he is referring work to it sounds shady! I'll remember to continue to stay away from the Firestone in Weslaco.

I bought a set of tires here a while back and the service is great. Those guys working on my vehicle, keep it up. I went to the store and got them cold drinks. I know how it is when it is hot, and gots to keep cool no matter what.

The work they do is great, but they are so unorganized. I visited them 6 times attempting to get my vehicle checked out. The first 2 times, I arrived and they told me they weren't taking any more cars for the day, fine. I ask for appointments, they told me that they don't do appointments only walk-ins. Next day I show up again, same issue. This time the receptionist tells me that I should schedule an appointment to ensure I dont keep coming in and not get serviced. They didn't have times that were convenient for me, they told me to check back later the next week because schedules weren't made yet. I come back the next week and they tell me that I can't schedule an appointment. They dont even check availability. I tell the gentleman that was helping me that I wanna schedule something and he tells me there is no openings this week. Show up next day, a female assists me and she tells me she can schedule me in for the next day. Finally get assisted. THE NEXT DAY! Yall service is good but not good enough to retain customers with this kinda organization and treatment of customers.

I cannot complain about the quickness of the services. For they were very fast. I am disappointed because the manager tried to swindle me for work I didn t need. According to him I needed my belts changed and a few other touch ups. I went and got a second opinion at another shop and I was told no. The other mechanic actually showed me my belts and how they were no cracks or nicht to indicate it was time for a new belts.
