From what I could see neither of the courtesy services were preformed. For paying what I did, I would expect that the dealership would at least preform the services that they checked off as being done.

Great and prompt service. I recently purchased a vehicle in Austin and the wait times for an oil change were several days. At Ed Payne, they completed an oil change and tire rotation in just over an hour. I was definitely pleased!

Took my vehicle in for an oil change & several other issues I was having with UConnect on Wednesday at around 8am. The service advisor called me around 3pm to let me know it would need to kept overnight. I had already been advised of this possibility so that was fine. They called me Thursday afternoon that my vehicle was ready for pick up. At this point I'm fairly satisfied with the service. Nothing exceptional, but not bad either. It does strike me as odd that there is no confirmation call or email or text the day before, but oh well.When I picked up my vehicle, however, I was notified of a recall regarding some joint that can become loose & cause the vehicle to lose control, but they didnt have the parts to fix it at the time. Again, understandable with supply chain issues. What bothered me was that the service advisor told me I needed to call in a couple weeks to see if they had it in stock yet. If he's already aware of the issue, and knows my Jeep is one of the ones affected, wouldn't you make it a priority to reach out?? I understand if you have no idea which specific vehicles and to who they belong to so you can't reach out to the thousands that have been sold, but in this case you are aware of this one specific vehicle & have all my information on file. Make it a point to call me. I understand it's my responsibility as a vehicle owner to stay on top of it, but not even a courtesy call?? "Hey the part's in, would you like to schedule an appointment?" Definitely something that causes me concern. I will probably choose another Jeep dealership to service my vehicle in the future even if they are further away.

My truck was due its first scheduled maintenance and a minor software update. Mario was the service representative and I found him to be very friendly and promptly took care of processing the paperwork. He estimated the time required and started the process. The lounge was comfortable i was notified when the work was done.

My wife s Jeep drives very nice, better than when we got it! - her words. Also, the courtesy shuttle driver was polite and drove very safe. It was wet out and she drove very well, for the conditions. I am impressed.

Aaron in the Service Department is an Extremely Professional and Respectful Person. He s assisted me through several times to continue to keep my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon running smoothly. The Maintenance/ Service department staff are also very helpful.

Great service department. Friendly advisors and they made sure your taken care of. Mr. Basaldua had excellent knowledge of the issues and got the vehicle serviced correctly. Highly recommend.

Honestly Customer Service was acceptable even so my asign advisor was not in my friend Aaron took care of me. He showed knowledge and professionalism. I will give 5 stars but will not because of these 2 things. The waiting time was 1.5 hrs I know it was an estimated... but took 2:45 hrs. The other thing was they hang a service card on the front back view mirror. Thats states: I Went to Payne for Service. Payne Deluvery Inspection GUARANTEECourtesy SanitationVacuumWindow CleaningWell none of the above things happened to my car unfortunately. I say do what you say! and say what you do!But a 4 stars are well deserved. Thank you Weslaco Payne Chrysler Dodge Ram. Didn t get updates on vehicle in a good timely manner even when they found something broken. I was left a couple days without a phone call or updates. They would say I ll call by end of day or tomorrow and wouldn t. I had to keep calling to get an update.As for my vehicle, it s working good so far.

Maintenance check on vehicle: The people are trying their best but unable to complete tasking in a timely manner. Representative said they are trying but keep getting backed up. I believe this is due the management unable to control work tasking and each department not communicating with each other. 1 star for effort.

Not sure what the purpose is of making an appointment to repair my Jeep. Sounds like it sat for a day and a half before they started on it. It s my only vehicle and I m only in the Valley a limited time. Ed Payne should offer loaner cars to customers who bought a vehicle from them.

Terrible customer service. You all had my van for over a week and no one ever returned my calls when I would call to get an update. They were either too busy or on the phone including your manager. I will think twice before doing business with your company again.

My sister took my car in for a simple oil change today while I'm out of town. When she got the car back, the oil life monitor was not reset. This raises quite some concerns. Like if they even changed the oil to begin with. By far, the quality of service did not meet the most basic of standards. Not to mention the oily mess left under the hood. The manager, Aaron, took the car to the back to get cleaned up and to reset the oil life. So many questions about the competency of the technician that worked on my car and the department as a whole. Disappointed in the service and outcome from my experience. Several things went wrong and felt like was being taken for a spin. Everyone individually is kind respectful and polite, but there needs to be better communication intra-departmentally.

Very poor , I had made appointment for Wednesday February 28 and my truck did not get looked at till Friday March the 1. I do not understand why it would take 3 days for my truck to get diagnosed, and leave me without a vehicle for 3 days
