I was in much need of a vehicle, I had OK credit but poor credit history. I went in to see Rene Reyna. He was very helpful and patient. Showed me a couple vehicle in my preferred budget and one at the higher end. Needless to say, I went with that one. He offered some great advice on how to get my credit back in track with this vehicle. I recommend seeing him.

From start to finish the process was amazingly simple. This is already my third car I get from Payne and I don t think I will ever go to any other dealership. The salesman Jerry was phenomenal and made me feel like family. Keep up the amazing work Weslaco Payne dealership.

This place has the worst service department ever. We have had our truck in for the 4th time for the same thing. Each time we make an appointment and the vehicle sits there for a week or more not even being looked at. What is the point of making an appointment? We have paid in the thousands and they still have no clue oh maybe because the truck is just sitting collecting cobwebs instead of being looked at. Then they explain the job has to go back to the original technician to figure out what the problem is oh, the one that said it was fixed when it wasn t. I feel for the service advisors because they are just doing what they are told maybe the 2 service managers who we have been dealing with need to get it together and figure out how to get the job done, quit apologizing, quit making empty promises and start getting results. We just found out the most recent service manager was just demoted to a service advisor go figure.

Very disappointed in this place. Called and asked for an appointment and was given one that day but was never told they had to have the vehicle 48 hours to determine what was wrong even though we told them it was the batteries. Lesson learned always ask how long before they will start to work on your vehicle. People were very nice but service communication needs to improve.

I have had the blessed opportunity to travel across the United States. I have visited many dealerships and thus far this one has been by far the best. They have really raised my expectations from others. The staff like, Betty, Aaron Acevedo, Joel Mu�oz and staff always go the extra step to ensure everything is quick and seamless. "Terrible Service"Waiting almost 2 hours for my vehicle oil change then asking the lady if my vehicle is ready, guess what? She told me that the vehicle was not even getting service yet, that she was sorry..... Never taking my vehicle for service again & really considering not even buying a vechle at Payne any more and if you guys really see this BAD REVIEW you can run my name & see how many vehicles my family & i had bought with you guys.....
