Needed a new truck battery but wanted a name brand, Advanced had what I was looking for. A very nice man installed it for me and I was outta there in 20. I'll be returning to this store whenever I need truck stuff.

Hey advance blew my mind today. They were the only one that had what I was looking for. Autozone O'reilly's and Napa didn't have what I want That just blew my mind.

Everything is good but the employee Angelica is kinda rude, won't acknowledge or say hi I'll be with you in a min or anything, and will make you wait standing for way too long. Customer Service girl customer service.

I went to Advance Auto Parts to buy front struts for my 2017 Honda Odyssey I was quoted a price over the phone of 159 plus tax per strut. When I got there apparently they said they made a mistake and quoted me the wrong part, for the wrong year, even though I gave them the correct vehicle information. The gentleman, Robert was helping me before, but then Andrew took up the special order, which he said was coming in their regular truck. However when they gave me the invoice they managed to sneak in items listed under standard charge and I didn't catch it when I picked up parts and paid the bill. When I called back it turns out that they were tacking me with Freight charges on their regular truck. I asked Andrew why they were doing that and he said that I was the first one to ever complain about it and that I could call anybody that wanted to and they would not do anything about it. I felt like I was defrauded because a feight charge was never declared and there was no mention that I would be billed for Freight especially when the guy told me it was coming on his regular truck. This is the worst service I have ever gotten from Advance Auto Parts. I do not recommend it to anybody else from this point on. I gave them one star but they really don't deserve any stars for the service I was given. I called corporate and they have never called me back. I called their San Antonio district office and they have never called me back. I figured that this is the kind of customer service you can expect from Advance Auto Parts management.

This review is for Ramone!! ) I hope I have the right name. I brought my Ford Fusion over to have codes read for the braking system. The first machine didn t read any codes so Ramone went back and came in with another machine. There were plenty of codes there lol. I m so thankful for Ramone and everyone at Advance Auto. He was so kind to me and stopped what he was doing to help. Thank you again

Went with my dad to get a couple of things for his truck. Windshield wipers was one of those items and the sales associate not only located the item for him but also put then on the truck for him. I wish I had asked for his name then I could mention him here. But whatever his name is. He worked yesterday and we went before noon...thank you!

Terrible service, I was told a week from when I went my part would be there and there I am talking to these people and they don t know where it is, or that it hasn t gotten there, it takes two days with autozone and things always are much smoother there don t waste your time here.

I walked in to this location with a battery issue. Tatianna greeted me and asked me if I needed assistance, I said yes. I explained to her my situation and the bad experience I received at another Advance Auto Parts about my car battery. She was quick to service me and asked for my information, she then took my defective battery and exchanged it for a new one.What turned out with a negative experience at the Advance Auto Parts in McAllen, Tatianna turned it around and made everything well again. She understood my situation and helped me when I needed. Thank you, Tatianna for your wonderful help and service. This specific store has indeed earned my business and if are thinking about stopping by, please ask for her.
