I needed my windows tinted, so I stopped by to see when they could schedule me in. It was after 6 pm on a Friday, and they got it in and did it. They're friendly, courteous, and do top-notch work. They will continue to get my business for my vehicles.

Update: 5 stars is not enough for these guys. They honor their warranty, and are not happy until you are. I brought in another vehicle and got a great price. Unfortunately I had some bubbling and they had to replace the film. They did not charge a cent more and I am happy that I keep coming back for my window tint needs.First review: Highly recommend. Came in looking to tint my 2 front windows and they quoted me 1/4 of the price other places quoted me for ceramic tint. Needless to say I got it done here and could be any cooler in my truck. Great group of guys and quality materials.

I got my speakers and amp installed by V2R, specifically by a worker named Juan. My experience with this shop was horrendous. First off they told me it would take 4 hours but ended up taking 8 hours. During the course of the install I saw several things happening. My panels were being yanked, my radio was just being thrown around, and Juan was very careless about my car he had tools all over my interior and scratched up several trim pieces. So the following list is what they did to my sound system:1. Ran the amp fuse to the wrong location after being told that the cars battery was located under the seat.2. Mounted my amp with one screw because the other 3 didn t even go through.3. SHOVED my LC7i inside the dash where it was inaccessible.4. Amp was ran incorrectly would stay on when car was off.5. By passed my system s security feature which protect the system from being overpowered which could have fried my radio components6. Only two front speakers were amplified7. Not properly tuned, songs have two components, left and right. This means that the right speaker might play certain instruments differently than the left and all I was hearing was the left part of songs.8. Wires everywhere which you will see in the pictures attached.9. Mounted my speakers incorrectly and screws were not tighten properly.10. Wires kinked which was the biggest problem when the other shop fixed it they couldn t find the problem and it came out to be some wires they tagged incorrectly.11. And Juan also said that my LC7i was defective, which is not true because the same one was used by the other shop and it works. Which tells me Juan doesn t know what he is doing.All in all, I would never recommend this shop to my friends or even enemies as to emphasize the low quality job they provided. Jerry the owner didn t offer a refund instead offer me to fix it. This was a big no for me because I live 2 1/2 hours away. If you re going to do something you have to do it right the first time, second time will not be any better. And the fact that they don t offer a refund should tell you a lot about their confidence in their work. Furthermore, while I was there I saw two guys coming in for complaints. One was for some trim pieces that were not installed back properly after a tint job and the other one was for a big leak after some cab lights install. Again I saw Juan fix the cab light problem by simply putting windshield adhesive around them, disgusting to say the least. I have no idea how their rating is so high but I have a theory, most of those reviews are fake from family and friends who give them good reviews to boost their business. This is a very honest review about my experience there. I WOULD NOT recommend you visit this shop for anything.

I wish I could not even give it a star! Horrible customer service! First, the number y'all provide is 'text only'. Who wants to do business via text? I never got a call back, but had to call AGAIN and finally someone(Luis) answered and said he could call their supplier and call me back. Guess what? No call back. I'll put my money in someone else's pocket who actually wants and deserves it.

I recently had some work done here that came out great!! So be warned that your experience may vary unfortunately this time around not everything went great. I had gone in for a window tint and roof wrap which came out looking clean. When i received my car at night it looked fine, upon waking up the next day I noticed I had a long hairline crack on my front windshield. I contacted the owner and asked if he could look into the issue due to a possible accident on the workers end. The owner told me would look into it and get back to me. I let a few days go by and the owner told me he forgot all about it and to remind him to do it that day. I told him sure I understand how busy he is and understood and waited to remind him. I didn't hear back from him and again asked him if he he had taken a look at it this time he didn't respond back. So i gave him some more time and asked him that i wasn't asking for anything free i was trying to figure out if this was my fault or the workers fault? If this was the workers fault i just wanted to getmy window fixed. It's been over a month and have yet to hear from anyone, I won't be doing business here again and hope you are careful as well.

This is the second vehicle I've had tinted by them, and they're still doing Amazing, Quick, Professional Work. Highly Recommend them for Your Tinting Needs...

Got my car tinted. Luis did an excellent job ! I was given a great deal for the service I got. They also have a barbershop inside so they can take care your hair needs as well. Front desk was very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend for anything you and your car needs cosmetically.

This business is extremely unprofessional, customer service is definitely not their strong point. I purchased a tint special that was in installed mid December 2019. It was a decent job some small bubbles but nothing major. Now November 2020 the tint is bubbling and peeling. I contact the last number I have for them, recieve a reply a day later. Explain the issue they say all they can do is replace it, I mention the life time warranty I was told the tint had. They say oh it doesn't apply to this but "We'll work with you" and charge "1/2 off". I ask to see the details on the warranty, provide contact information for documents to be sent. No reply. Wait a few days and again no reply. A week has gone by and no documentation provided not has anyone replied to my messages. I will not take my car back to the rude people that were unable to provide a product that lasted less than a year. I will not give them more of my money. Also, what ever time they tell you the work will be done expect it to be at least double the time of not more. And no updates on your vehicle until you reach out to them. I do believe they try to wait til it is dark outside to return your vehicle so that you can not fully examine it in proper lighting.

I was told a price for a specific pioneer double din model with a back up camera installed. When I arrived for my appointment , The owner I had talked to was not there, and the other person wanted to put a dual double din in my car instead for the price we had already agreed on the pioneer . The total lack of communication is astounding. Instead of making things right because of the lack of communication, they wanted to charge me a additional 200.00 then 150 . I will not be back, and am going to tell anyone else to avoid this place. They didn't make things right when I left , But called me when I was already on the other side of town 45 minutes later to give the price he had agreed on the first place. I will take my business elsewhere, and reccomend people do the same.

Absolutely terrible work,slow to get done and couldn't install rim lights properly after 2 times.Messed up tire sensors worth $300 and prices in general compared to quality of work was not worth the time it took just for them to do a lackluster job.

I took my vehicle here. When i got it back the hood was half closed, zip ties were left on my battery in the engine compartment, a plug was missing in my wheel well, and both nuts that hold my headlights on were missing. When i confronted the owner he said "That didn't leave my shop like that sorry to tell u we have a guy who checks that stuff." Obviously it did leave his shop that way. This is all after going three times to get one thing fixed. Over all unprofessional, sloppy work, and they dont care about their customers. Ive been an aircraft mechanics for years now and i know what professionalism should be and they are not it. Don't waste your time or money.

Gerry was awesome! Helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for without breaking the bank. Didn't try and sell me on anything I didn't need and was very professional. Juan did an amazing job with the install on mine and my wifes car and was thorough and professional throughout the experience. I'd recommend anyone here thats looking for any of the services they offer.

Finally was able to come down from Austin to get my windows tinted. Definitely an experience I won't forget. Friendly staff and they do not let you leave unsatisfied. Took their time to get the job done right. Definitely recommend to anyone in area.

This place is extremely unprofessional. We walked in, and the office is actually a barber shop....the man cutting hair was in his pajamas and told us to write down out phone number on a piece of blank paper and leave the car key there. He wasnt even the man who works on the cars...we were told the car would be ready by morning but by 11 am we had to call and ask about our car. We were then told it wouldnt be ready till 4 pm. Finally we went to pay and pick up the car and the man says "sorry we only accept cash, we dont accept any cards" he made us leave and drive down highway 3 to the atm...at this point i was furious. We returned with the cash to find a young teenage boy inside our car filming on his cell phone. 100% unprofessional and he was not given permission to do that. By the time we got home we realize our speakers and subs are not working. They pulled out wires or broke something when they took the carpets out to clean them. Speakers and subs were working flawlessly until we left our car with them...So We called them and they ignored us for 2 days. Finally we got them to look at it and the man tried to say it wasnt his fault...everything was working fine before we took our car here...this place is an under the table buisness that probablly doesnt even file taxes and is extremely unprofessional and does sloppy work. Dont bring your vehicle here ever.

I took my business to this place and Luis gave me a price for chrome delete and wheels powder coated . I was highly disappointed when he changed the price on me when the car was done . On top of that, they mess up my passenger mirror when they did the chrome delete . Furthermore, one of the letter on my car badge fell off . He will not take any responsibility once he take your money .I sent him txt and phone calls with no response.They won t take any accountability and will not take care of you once you are done . This is not how you run a business.Highly disappointed. Don t go to this place.

Clean shop very informative give explanation to all questions and make suggestions, demoed other tint shop mess and installed seamless tint, hasn't been the first time I do business with them won't be the last, next time I'll just make appointment instead of rushing and waisting money elsewhere and get it done right the first time, definitely recommend.

These guys have bad customer service. I have tried exchanging messages with them several times and I get ignored. I know they open my messages because it shows "read" and the owner is constantly uploading their work. But I've had serious questions regarding their work and no luck. Sad.
