I was shopping online for a vehicle and saw that they had some of the Ram trucks on sale on the website for special pricing with manufacture rebates and dealer incentives as well as a 0% interest with Chrysler capital for 72 months. I found a Truck online that was advertised for $42,916 after a dealer discount and Ram customer cash promotion advertised online. I scheduled a appointment with Jason Chatron to look at the vehicle. After the test drive is when they started playing games. they come and give me initial pricing and are telling me the truck is going to be $60,000 not the advertised price and i refused that offer. They then kept going back and fourth with us and i stated multiple times I'm only interested in the advertised online price and the Financing through Chrysler Capital for the 0% interested promo. They come back with a price of 45k for the truck and I told them the same thing again. They insisted they run my credit to see what we qualify for and I again told them I only authorize my credit to be run through Chrysler Capital because of the promotion they are running for 0 Interest. They proceeded to run my credit through 6 different banks and I immediately got notified because I track my credit after they kept playing games we demanded they give us the keys back for our vehicle they were inspecting for the trade. He then sends over the "manager" who can all of a sudden sell us the truck for the advertised price online but only got us approved through a third party bank i did not authorize them. I understand the dealership adds points to what ever rate you get qualified for to make extra money off the sale but when you specifically tell them not to run your credit through multiple banks and this is the only one your interested in they should respect your wishes. Or better yet get your own financing approved before you walk into the dealership.

I went in for a recall repair and ended up coming back multiple times and paying $400 for a part I wasn t ready to pay for. They damaged my bumper and headlight, said they ll buy the part, brought it back for repair and only swapped the headlight and told me the damage THEY DID was already there. Then they offered me to go half and half on a new bumper. The supervisor told me it would be less than $400 but ended up being exactly $400. They lied and insulted me but the rental person and the service people were super nice and helpful.

Feel as if I was overcharged and my vehicle was not properly diagnosed causing the bill to be almost $7000. Took the new car I purchased back so that they could check the rear a/c and when I picked it up the component was left on the floor. I sent an email to service with a photo and I never received a call back. Would definitely not recommend this location.

PLEASE READ- FRAUDS- Brought my truck in for a warranty repair- they had it sit for about a week just to tell me the parts were still a week out. Called me to come pick it up and also wanted to charge me $600 to get my antenna repairs which wasn t broken to begin with makes me feel like they messed it up because they wanted to get some money out of me because the warranty repair would be free of charge. Picked up truck and a week later they still didn t call me about the parts- it s been 3 weeks since then and still haven t gotten any calls from them only to give them a review for the service (which they have not completed yet) and also to want to buy my truck from me. On top of that now my truck doesn t connect to the key fob and I had a mechanic and locksmith come out and tell me the key fob is fine- something is wrong with the truck modules. Something fishy here, terrible service, they all seem too lazy to want to deal with customers, and I feel like this is a fraudulent transaction where is they want me to bring the truck on again for this new issue that just came up with the key fob and the truck not turning on. Just so they can get some money off me for what I intended to go in was just for the warranty repair. These guys are shady service department is at least.

Overall, the service department has been one of the worst I have personally been to. I went due to it being the location I purchased my vehicle from but it was a hour and a half away. After dealing with almost non existent communication at times, poor attitudes and my vehicle being in the service department for a month & driving 10 hours to this department i traded it in. My previous vehicle i was having serviced i drove off the lot 2x and had the issues pop up almost immediately. Each time I brought it back they would say well are you sure it s still an issue? We can t duplicate the problem . Beyond this the issues go on.Aside from that, I personally worked with Rolando who had a poor attitude and always had an excuse for why I was never contacted. He would apologize and assure me this wouldn t happen again My husband spoke with him finally and he was short and very passive until he hung up on him. Keith also had a poor/smart attitude. The porters were always very nice and never had any complaints. The service director/head of the service department was very nice. She was very open to listening to the issues and videos I sent over regarding my vehicle and the department. After this experience as a whole I would rather go somewhere else or pay someone personally to fix my vehicle.

Service Department has been very good over the last 10 years + for the two vehicles I've purchased at the dealership. Problems were very few for me and they were always resolved with a phone call or in person visit to a Service Advisor. Place is clean, well maintained, and staff are always pleasant and polite.

This was my second visit to have my vehicle serviced. The first visit was good but this recent one was horrible. The communication between the service rep and myself was not good, almost two weeks before I was given any news about my vehicle after I would call and text, then I decided to just take a loss, pay the diagnostic fee and get my vehicle back as I was paying for a rental. I took it to another location and was given a diagnostic by the next day. This is a good place but this experience was not good for me and I won't be back.

The service was fine, but the dealer ships word was not kept. When we purchased my new truck we were promised two tank of gas with our new purchased. They would not honor that verbal agreement made by sales men and sales manager. Not a big thing on the surface, but definitely a sign when a business does not keep its word. All to get a sale done. My mistake for not having them put it in writing. I still believe you word is your bond and a hand shake between men is binding. Different time now I guess.

I dropped off my Jeep for recall work. Mehta helped me and she was so kind and professional. She set me up for a ride home which was awesome! My Jeep was ready 2 days later and I got a ride to go pick it up. Much to my surprise they had washed and cleaned my jeep which was a major bonus. I would highly recommend for service!

Initial review was 5 stars. 2 weeks later after driving vehicle, I have no issues with condition or the drive. It's perfect. My issue is 2 parts.. Washer pump didn't work from day 1. Washer nozzle snapped off clear as day as soon as hood is opened. I tested to see if liquid was coming out, but nothing so pump also broken.... Were proper inspections of vehicle done? If so then a simple visual inspection would of noticed this.... also satellite antenna doesn't work, so I can't enjoy my sirius radio without replacing.. Multiple hours troubleshooting with sirius, and updating radios firmware with no fix.. Not even a true issue as I can work around it, but still... 2nd issue. When I came back to dealership to pick up my plates, I asked for a manager, and showed the issue to them. They took pictures, and took my number, but 4 days later no return phone call. When I called and spoke to rep, they didn't want to transfer me to them, and instead took my number again.. Fast forward 3 days later still no phone call.. Communication is the most important part of this experience... Post sale communication is no good as of now...

Amazing. Mehma deserves a raise. I have never had anyone provide customer service and fight for me as she did. She went over and beyond especially with cat shield. Nice friendly staff. Very professional. This place was also seriously pricey. I was quoted $80 for the install only of an ancillary battery. If I purchase the battery and install it would be 400.00. I ordered the battery at battery plus for 130.00.

Took my Gladiator in for an oil change that took 2 hrs to perform. They said it got held up in the wash rack as they were re applying the windshield coating they use. Once my free oil changes have run out i will not be using their service as find 2 hr. to change oil when other places are less than 30 min to be ridiculous.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Find another place to have your vehicle serviced!!!! I took my car in for 5 recalls. Service advisor lacks basic communication skills. I got no updates and had to keep calling to get any information on when it would be ready. Then of course they found a problem that s not part of recalls and I agreed to have it repaired for $465. Finally get to take the car home after 5 days in the shop and now I have a light coming on that was never an issue before. I take it back to the dealership and wait 2 days, still no communication so I call again. This time it will be $315 to fix the new problem. Ummm NO, not going to happen. I picked up my car and I will NEVER return to this dealership again. It s a shame after buying 4 vehicles throughout the years this is how they treat you!

When I purchased the (December 2019) new vehicle I waited a month for it to come in, it had over 1K miles on it. It had 8 miles until empty and the back was covered in white scratches(that knew I d cover). I left the lot on my birthday and attempted to go to military training when the tire blew. Upon attempting to use roadside assistance I was advised I didn t have it when I was told it was in the package I signed up with. Now the vehicle began to switch in to 4 wheel drive randomly. I took the vehicle up there and drop it off July 23. I received a couple text only for them to tell me they were still evaluating it, however they believe nothing is wrong. Now (since last Thursday) they will not return call, text and for some reason no one at the dealership answers the phone.

Call and they said it would take 24-48hrs get to car to diagnose it. Bought my sister car here to get fixed, The brakes sounded like metal on metal. They told me whomever did the brakes I should take it back because it wasn't done right. They didn't specify exactly what was not done right just that I need to return it to where it came from. Literally a waste of my time here. At least their team is nice and waiting area is clean

We came in because the online price was significantly lower than competitors. We called ahead to make sure the price would stay the same when we came - they couldn t give us a final price over the phone but the manager guaranteed no hidden fees. 1.5 hrs drive later, and 3 hrs sitting at the dealership and there were hidden fees!! A waste of our weekend! Not to mention, the salesman lacked enthusiasm and didn t even acknowledge the time and effort to visit this dealership + giving them an opportunity for our business.When we decided not to purchase, the salesman literally walked away without saying thank you for our time, bye, etc.Not impressed and would recommend not wasting your time. The online price does not reflect in store prices.

They initially gave us an estimate of 1 week to complete warranty work. After a week they said we needed to approve 6 hours of work before they could even call the warranty company. $900 out of pocket in hopes that the warranty company would pay for it. I reluctantly approved the initial work and checked back 9 days later and they still hadn't started on it! Now I'm out $150 for the initial assessment and we've been without a car for over 2 weeks. Now I'm taking it somewhere else to start the process over. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE (unless you have several cars and don't mind being without one of them for weeks at a time while constantly being lied to).

Brought my jeep wrangler in for warranty work on an oil leak. Took them over 4 weeks to fix it. No real reason given. Asked to speak to the service manager, was sent to a voice mail box. 10 days later and still have not received a call back. Will never bring my jeep back here again. Take my advice and either go somewhere else or be prepared to call everyday to keep up with status of your car.

I would highly recommend you purchase elsewhere. We purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass in February and negotiated a spare tire into the deal. To this date we have not received that tire. We've given the runaround every time we have called or gone personally into the dealership. Our salesman Devante has given us so many excuses that at this point I don't believe we will ever get the tire. They are in the business of making commission only not actually servicing the client. If you purchase from here make sure you walk out with everything you agreed upon because they can't keep their word once you drive off the lot.

Purchased a vehicle form them and sales price stated one price but when I finally received the contract about 10 days later it had a totally different sales price. After reviewing the contract I sent an email to one person in particular and cc'd 2 others. It has been months since I purchased the vehicle and still have not received a call back or response to my emails.

This is seriously one of the worst places to get your car serviced. It s been negative experience after negative experience. They have no concept of peoples time. They never reach out with information it s always me calling for updates. They never have any sympathy for the headaches they are causing they have the nerve to get an attitude like it s me giving them inconvenience. I keep getting hung up on. Please avoid this place. The service people are not honest, and their management team is complacent. Our vehicle was sent there from a third party, the service people kept promising it would be ready by a certain day and time, and that their work is guaranteed! This was not the case.They extended the repair time, FIVE times! Each time the excuse was sketchy and conflicted with what was said before. I really expected to hear that a dog ate the part at one point. I asked the speak to a manager, was transferred to a voicemail, and never heard from them.Vehicle had problems less 10k miles later, same fiacso all over again. The problem was NOT their fault, even though other mechanics said it was. Brought it back to them b/c they said they would fix it as part of their warranty, then they charged me. Actually, spoke to a supervisor, manager couldn't come out of her office, he never addressed any of the issues, and made excuses for his lack of knowledge. Do NOT take your vehicle here!
