The warranty on our Hyundai ran out, so we started visiting this Meineke location for oil changes. It looks like a small location, however, they have full auto repair capabilities.There is either a gentleman or lady at the front desk, and each of them provides excellent customer service. They greet me warmly the minute I walk in, and my car is usually pulled into the shop within minutes.They have an automated customer management system, and now that my profile is in there, things are even easier. They email and text me receipt links and reports about my car, which I prefer. I don't like having tons of paper receipts.Their waiting room is clean and comfortable, with leather couches and loungers. They have a TV playing, and they provide free coffee, which I really appreciate.I've never waited longer than 30 minutes for an oil change here, and always feel confident that my car is maintained with the utmost care.It's really a smooth process, and I love that too, because I'm not always the best at remembering to get my oil changed on time.I'd highly recommend this Meineke location for its customer service, and the confidence you'll have that you and your car are being taken care of.

Matt was very nice and explained everything to me in the most understanding way possible. I got a few different things fixed on my car and it was honestly really great pricing. Definitely recommend going hereTook my car in the morning shortly after they opened and they had it done by 12pm-1pm. I m overall very happy

Would trust this place with the biggest of jobs! They have always fixed us up real quick and well! Not looking to nickel and dime you. Honest mechanics and shop!!

Matt always provides exceptional service on my Honda Civic. I recently took it in for rear brake service. He sent me a reasonable quote and had my vehicle ready within a couple hours. Matt and the mechanics are honest and upfront on the repair for your vehicle.

Needed an inspection and the guys were quick and polte. They made sure I got a cup of coffee and was comfortable. Didn't take very long at all. I would highly recommend this place for their services and attitudes.

I had an excellent experience, I brought my car in for an oil change late one afternoon, and they discovered that I had a few other situations. Everything was taken care of before closing I recommend them highly, good work, reasonable price, and excellent customer service.

Very friendly service staff. I had a nail in a tire and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. This is the first franchised location since the 70 s. Good honest work and can t say enough about their friendly staff.

This shop is absolutely amazing, got my AC working again on a saturday in no time at all, saved me from the Southern heat and made the last leg of a long road trip far more enjoyable

Matt is the nicest, knowledgeable Customer Service person I have had the pleasure of knowing. I have found my permanent service center. He is able to walk a person thru every step of what is needed& why & give a person the choice...Well done Matt & Meineke, thank you.

Took my truck in for brake repair. They sent inspection pictures and recommendations. The technician was very helpful when I called for clarification. After I approved the work, they were finished in less than two hours.I asked if they would rotate my tires while they had the wheels off. They said yes, but they didn t do it. Not a big problem because they didn t charge me for it.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto brake repair

I went to get my brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced and started noticing a noise a couple weeks later. I took it back and they told me straight up they hadn't resurfaced the rotor correctly and were having trouble getting it back on the machine so they replaced the $80 rotor at no cost to me. I'm amazed they admitted their mistake and were immediately willing to correct it. We're all human and mistakes are made but this is the way a business should be run. I'll be a loyal customer from now on.

We have taken our 1996 Nilsson truck to this location after taking to several other places, including the dealership, to find out why the check engine light kept coming on! Figured out problem quickly and fixed. With 3 old vehicles, this will be our car repair location from now on

I trust this shop for great service, timely work, and fair prices. I have had plenty of work done on my SUV here over the years. Matt is awesome and patiently explains what is needed, and what can wait. Good people!

I've been taking my car to this Meineke for about 5 yrs. I'm confident they take care of the problem & don't try to sell me things I don't need. Matt at the front desk is always polite and helpful. I won't take my car elsewhere. Oh, I have free towing within 10 mi. I am very pleased with the service I received at the Webster Meineke location! I wasn t pressured to have unnecessary repairs done on my car and the work that was completed was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Exceptionally honest and thorough mechanics. I have had a couple bad experiences in the past with one mechanic shop and one dealer recommending unwarranted work but have never had to worry about that at this Meineke.

Women in the front was very unhelpful with me personally and had a very rude tone plus had a bad attitude she seemed as if I was a bother going in and she gave me the wrong battery that was warranted for my vehicle.. 42 months is 3.5 years and she was mad because she couldn t figure out how long it was that I had the battery.. she made me leave for an hour because she said she didn t have the battery and when I returned it was wrong but I still took battery because didn t want more bad service.. train staff a little better on approach and customer service because that s the second time I had a bad experience just like the first time I went to buy the battery the guy in front as well had bad customer service
