I had an overall good experience with Frank's. I noticed a lot of the photos show only minor damage repairs, but they also can handle larger issues.

My granddaughter was in a wreck. Frank's was very helpful with everything. Polite and caring spending a lot of time and effort. Even though the car was actually totaled by the insurance, We are grateful for all their help.

Frank s came highly recommended but I could NOT be more disappointed and frustrated. My car was backed in to so truly minor damage and they still could not get it right.The car has been there twice because the work was truly pitiful the first time. I received the car back with lights not working that were 100% working before it going in, trashy buffing, and (up close) tiny little swirl marks that look like the metal post of the buffing wheel got pressed too hard into the car, as well as, obvious color match issues on an Oxford white car. Literally the most basic color!Every time I look at my car there is a reminder of the worlds smallest (under 10 mph) fender bender that couldn t be repaired by a business that specializes in collision repair. It s laughable.To add insult to injury the professionalism was honestly lacking. There were some logistical issues that should have been handled with a lot more grace from the employees who do this EVERYDAY when dealing with customers who do not. Things only slightly improved when I filed a complaint with the insurance company that was handling the claim and they sent a rep to the Webster location.I d love to invite you to my workplace and rush you through all the policies, procedures, concepts and considerations that are obvious to me after doing it 1000 times but completely unfamiliar to you. Sadly, I ll never get that opportunity.At the end of the day, if you feel yourself getting irritated when explaining the repair process to customers who may be doing this for the first time then perhaps you should consider a career change.Service: Body & Trim

Repaired my 4Runner and Frank s claimed they used OEM parts, but only used aftermarket to maximize their margin. I paid for OEM and they sourced OEE parts. When you walk in there you will see awards on the wall for most outstanding sales. There is a reason for this. Go elsewhere.

Rude rude rude. Like I was a diseased vagrant. The lady in the back desk acted like was a waste of her space and I hadn't even said a word yet. Answered me with a scowl, I was dressed semi-nice, didn't stink, and had not even spoken. After this encounter I was done, maybe she was having a bad day but this wasn't my doing. So I just left before I got curt....really quick like.

They repaired my F150 after a man ran the red light, smashed my truck, and spun it 180deg. They did a nice job in a timely fashion. The ladies in the front office were exceptional.

Took my car in for a 2nd estimate, minor little fender repair, unable to give estimate until pull it apart. I don't open my checkbook for anyone, they must think a woman is an easy target. No thank you, took it to Sterling McCall Collison Center, got firm quote, loaner and 5 day turn around. Beware of Franks.

I somewhat recently needed the services of Frank's Collision Repair after hitting a deer in the hill country. It ran off but when showing someone the damage, I was asked, "are you sure you didn't take out the herd?" Driver's side headlamp, fender, driver and passenger door were badly damaged. I wanted to go to Frank's based on the recommendation of an astute friend who is very particular about quality work. I was very pleased to learn my insurance listed Frank's as one of their recommended repair shops. It was my first accident after driving a LONG time and although I was very upset by what happened, I have to say a lot of the sting was taken away by the way I was treated by Franks personnel and the quality of their work. And I have to say too it was done at a fairly good price. Frank's was in regular communication with me clearly explaining the price, work to be done, and progress. I was very happy with the entire process and also impressed the way my repaired vehicle was presented to me in a manner that made it clear FRANK'S TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR WORK!Fast forward a bit, I bought a second vehicle which is surprisingly difficult these days. Low inventory and I found many cars at traditional dealerships, Carmax & Carvana had been damaged even though Carfax claimed they had never been in an accident. Hint, Ashley, and I assume all others, has a keen eye for spotting previously repaired damage. Bought a car I liked that looked pretty food from a distance but up close, knew there were many paint chips on the hood, front bumper and other areas of the 2019 Accord. I was inclined to just leave it but then thought, I wonder what it would cost if I had Frank's work their magic. I am so glad I did. Once again, everything was clearly explained to me, the price was very reasonable for the amount of work done, and it looks like new. Further, I wanted to keep it looking as good as possible for some time and I inquired about paint protection. Frank's suggested places for that work too and now I can't help but smile every time I walk into my garage and see this high gloss, red vehicle greeting me. Got my front bumper,grill and under panel replace along with fresh paint in a weeks time as promised. Highly would recommend.

Terrible service all the way around. Did not properly make the repairs as agreed. Left tap screws missing on the bottom shield and part of it was ripped off while driving. They claim a lifetime warranty on repairs but when I tried to take my car back to have a faulty repair which led to more damage, Kyrie claimed there was no way to prove it was their fault and I should have brought it back sooner. I spoke to Rosie in the A.M. and she said someone would call back but no one bothered to return my call. When I called back at the end of the day she talked over me and was insulting. Now I have to get my insurance company involved. They suck. Do yourself a favor and try someone else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the only place I will take my vehicles to be repaired. Their customer service is flawless. They set the correct expectation and execute with absolute precision. I have had my last 3 vechicles repaired here and will continue. I've never had an issue they can't fix and never had any quality issues. Just picked up my 2020 subaru Ascent today and i was very pleased with the service Frank's provided. Text updates are the best and my car was ready on expected day, had it in and out and it looks as good as new. I took my truck here to get repaired. The estimated completion date was for 2 weeks. During those 2 weeks I would get text message updates about the progress and kept being told that the date was good, and it would be ready.On day 13 (truck supposed to be ready the next day), they tell me that there is a part they still need and the date gets pushed out a week, stuff happens, i get it. It also got delayed because it turns out that when a vehicle is brought in, it is assigned to 1 technician. If that technician is not at work, your vehicle doesn't get worked on. The technician assigned to my truck had gotten sick and was out all week, so my truck just sat.Now we are at day 20 and my truck is supposed to be done, but the technician assigned to my truck has an appointment, so it will be delayed 1 more day.I would like to have better communication. If there is going to be a parts delay or the technician assigned to my car is not at work (causing a delay) please try to communicate this as soon as possible, so I can make arrangements.They do great work, my truck looks like it never happened.Update: I really like their work and the people working there. Unfortunately, some dirt bag hit my truck when I was in Costco shopping., so back to the shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Frank s Collision thanks to the assistance given by Paul Marsh, the manager, at this location. I dropped my car off on Monday morning and it was ready to be picked up that same week on Wednesday. I had minor damage on the right side of my bumper and it looks brand new again! The communication regarding the status of my vehicle was always prompt and detailed! I would definitely recommend this location for any repairs/collision servicing!

We have had four vehicles that had the unfortunate experience of collisions. These are two of the latest. However, Frank's has done an outstanding job making them showroom again. This is the only place I would recommend for collision and repair. The staff is also super friendly and keep you updated on progress!

Insurance company had my car towed to Frank's. Have never dealt with them before but have to say how impressed I am with their service. They worked directly with the insurance company, kept me up to date with daily textson the progress of repairs. Car was done within a week! So impressed with their professionalism and promptness. My significant other had gotten in a wreck back during thanksgiving and finally had the time to take it into the shop. After working and waiting to get these repairs done to the car he worked with insurance to get an appointment. Finally we go and they look over the car to give an estimated time of how long it would take to get the car fixed which was 3 weeks. Never did they tell him there was a possible chance they wouldn t do the repairs when going over everything with him. The next day he goes and gets a rental car and not even 2 hours later, this place calls him back telling him they changed their mind and they don t want to do the repairs, keep in mind all what was being asked was to fix his door. This is completely ridiculous the lady on the phone was rude and snarky about the whole situation claiming they told him there was a chance they wouldn t, when he was never told that. Completely throws a wrench in everything, especially when he worked so hard to get his car in with his schedule.

Great customer service. I had been dealing with Caliber to work on my insurance claim until I changed the shop repair toFrank s Collision.The difference in service was great since my first contact with them. Ashley and Marty made the whole claim process very easy , and my car was ready on time. No excuses, no hassles. I have a minor dent in another family car, and I am taking it to the same location. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a car repair.

They did a decent job on my repair but it their customers service is lacking far behind their labor. The two ladies upfront are not so friendly. They also don t accommodate any request. I will not be coming back there anytime soon, and will not be recommending them to anyone.

I don't know what all the 5 star reviews are for but I haven't even been to the shop yet and I have had nothing but hassles just trying to make an appointment with the service desk! I was in and auto accident on October 19 and this company was recommended to me by my insurance company and the reviews looked great so I called on Oct 21 to make an appointment with the service desk. The soonest they had was Nov 7th so I made the appointment and all was good. I called my insurance to get the assignment started, etc.I called the service desk today, Nov. 2,. to confirm my appointment and they had no idea who I was. She said they never received anything from my insurance for the assignment (which was sent on Oct 24) or the money that was sent for the repairs to be done (which was cashed on Oct 28). Called my insurance to tell them, and they have proof the check was cashed, what day and time and the payment number!!! Called the service desk back to tell them and see if they could find anything, and they were very rude, and basically hung up on me. At this point, I dont even know if I still have an appointment or if I even want to take my vehicle there! They seem very unprofessional and definitely lack customer service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unfortunately, I wrapped my brand new (still had the paper plates on it) 2019 Toyota RAV Adventure around a concrete pole. I was DEVASTATED. The whole drivers side was bashed in. I had it towed to Frank's Collision Repair - Clear Lake for repair. I was really nervous about how it would turn out and how it would look... if the paint would be able to be matched, etc. These people are awesome! A gentleman by the name of Paul handled my case from start to finish. He called me with updates throughout the whole process, reassuring me. He made sure the interior of my car was kept clean, brand new, in tact, even though they had to remove and replace both doors on the driver's side. I went to finally pick it up a week ago and was blown away at how good it looked. Everything was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about this place. If I ever need any vehicle body work done in the future, I will ONLY use Frank's. This is a reputable place that truly cares about giving you high quality repairs and top notch customer service. Absolutely outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend!

When I first picked up my vehicle everything seems perfect, while driving back home the light went on indicating that something was wrong with my lights. I took back to the shop twice no success in trying to fix the issue. I was told that they will order new parts, after waiting a week and the problem was constant , and no communication from the shop, i took the vehicle to the dealership and lucky i did because the electrical wiring was done correctly, finally the dealership fix the issueServices: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

STOP! HOLD THE PRESSES!!!No need to look any further. I m telling you, this is the place to go. I just bought my dream vehicle that I worked so hard for, when an unfortunate accident happened. My poor baby was completely ruined on the front left side. I started researching places to take my precious truck to, even interviewed a couple of the businesses. I wanted the perfect place and I knew the moment I walked into Frank s that I was going to pick this place. Not only was the manager (Paul) friendly and open. He made me secure in the fact that he was going to treat my vehicle as if it was his own. I can t believe what an amazing job they did! I had both my boyfriend and my dad (who both used to do professional painting) look at it to see if they could tell the difference when it was all done. They were surprised at how well of a job they did and so was I! They matched the paint perfectly and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely happy with everything. Not only did they make my baby perfect again but when someone dented it not even a week later I took it back to them and they recommended a PDR place that did such excellent work that I m writing a review on their site as well. Now my beautiful truck is back to being perfect in every way. I hope I never have to bring it back in but if something should ever happen again, I know I wouldn t hesitate to use Frank s collision repair in Webster. Thank y all so much for your amazing work.

Frank's Collision Repair did an extraordinary job repairing and painting my vehicle and had it looking brand new again. The prices are fair considering the service performed is phenomenal, and I am extremely satisfied. Paul was honest and straight forward with me about the repair, logistics, and cost. They exceeded my expectations and I would give 10 stars if possible. I highly recommend Frank's Collision Repair to anyone that has been in an accident and want's their vehicle looking new again. 10/10 Thank you!

The people at Frank's had great attitudes and were very helpful. They also did a great paint job on my car. No one could tell that my car had ever been damaged. They even cleaned up the inside and outside of my car, helped me out with my rental car, and lubricated my squeaky driver side window so that it rolls up and down without sounding like a dying cat every time.
