I ve had my oil changed here for years and been perfectly satisfied. Needed a repair done so thought I d give them a shot. Not only was my truck fixed, they also went a little extra and had it washed and cleaned. Great work, highly recommend!

Service was excellent. We left our van on a Saturday for an oil leak, and it was thoroughly inspected. By Monday, the shop was ordering parts and making plans for the repair. The repairs were extensive, but we were happy with the service and repair. The cost was very reasonable and competitive. Mohammed and everyone in the shop was helpful and answered all our questions. The shop was recommended by some close friends. We re glad we followed up.

Wow, I had never been here, even though I drive by everyday. These guys are super professional and this is actually more of a mechanic shop than anything. They seemed to have good reviews, so I gave them a try. And people, this maybe the only honest mechanic shop I'm clear lake. Thanks again!

Very quick and nice service as usual at this location.I had to wait only 15 minutes for state inspection without any appointment.Last week I went for an oil change and the technician recommended front break pad replacement. They did a wonderful job replacing the pads and engine air filter.Thank you very much

My first time I experienced great service was today February 27 at the shell station on Eldorado drive with a great new mechanic that definitely will be going back in the future I don't remember his but his kindness took stress out of day because my suv inspection was going to expired soon & they went out their way even before they were going be closing soon to inspect my vehicle's emissions elevations & they came back all positive through the charts ; to make things short I will be delighted returning to this business I guess I found myself a mechanic thanks shell station 5 stars all the way.

Mohammed and the team here do an amazing job. They are honest, knowledgeable, reliable, and fairly priced. My family has been coming here for 10+ years. My dad services his Impala here until the day he passed away, and the Shell team still has his Impala running smoothly years later. Talk to Mohammed, he ll take care of you.

Is my humble request to all of the customers of this shell because their are just bunch of lairs and dishonest people work there. I took my 2020 suburban to change transmission but they just fix it not changed or rebuilt. That gave me 1 week to drive then same issue I took it back to them first they denied to fix it but I had to call insurance. While they keep my car they broke my radio display first they were agreed to fix then mohammed the manager said it s too expensive I can t fix it. Also few things was broken too. Such a lier and ????????!!!!!!

My service team manager Mohammed, at Eldorado Shell is on point and on the ball. They are very efficient and highly trained and certified to work on and service any make and model vehical. They give you an appointment time and you are guaeanteed your spot. So be on time. They cater to veterans so don't forget to ask about that for an additional discount. In my honest and humble opinion, "They Are The Bomb (Best)!"

The shop did a great job of replacing a failing CV Axle. They were able quickly replace the part once the part was sourced from a parts supplier. My vehicle is running great plus this service is covered for 2yrs 24k miles.

The shell crew was extremely helpful airing our tires and changing our tail lights while I left my other car to get a state inspection. I have used them for various auto issues over the last 5 years and have been very happy with their service. They are very courteous and polite and honest. Based on my many years of dealing with mechanics they also very fair and competitive. Finally they are a locally owned family business. This team was a lifesaver for me last week. Came in for an oil change and battery replacement on my way to work and not only did they get it done fast, but they got it done right! Super friendly staff and will definitely be back

We first went to the Toyota dealership, but were disappointed, so we went and talked with Mohammed, Steve and the guys at El Dorado Shell. They did a superb and very thorough job. We have a lot of confidence that the work was done right, and they gave a very fair rate. Went to them for front end alignment and they made no improvement to the alignment. Never test drove the car before or after the "alignment " . Not sure if they adjusted anything but my credit card..

Everyone is always so polite and professional. I got an oil change and a state inspection. When I went to complete the process at the tax assessors office, all the paperwork was not done. NEW POST! Just had some more work done to my awesome lil SUV. Couple of gasket leaks - oil pan and valve cover gasket. El Dorado Shell is still worth the five stars!! Mr. Tabril (I hope I spelled his name correctly!) is a wonderful technician/mechanic. He put my car on the lift and allowed me into other garage so I could see for myself the oil pan leak. And of course the price was reasonable and affordable! I just can't say enough great things about this shop. It's a privately owned repair center (and not some corporate franchise) with all the mechanic certifications that give you peace of mind. But their integrity and their knowledge and their skills are what give me peace of mind. I know in their hands, my ride will remain as dependable as Honda built it to be! Thank you Mr. Tabril and all the crew at El Dorado Shell!---------As the owner of a "new to me" (used) vehicle, I know the importance of having a reliable, honest, budget-friendly mechanic on speed dial. And now when asked, I can say "I know some guys!" The crew at El Dorado Shell is phenomenal! I cannot recall the last time I left a mechanic's shop without feeling some kinda bad. Today that changed! The tech who serviced my car literally took me into the shop and pointed out to me the parts he recommended be replaced while explaining why they should be replaced. (My car was up on the lift.) He detailed the changes I should feel in the handling of the vehicle while driving by replacing the parts. Then we went inside and he gave me an estimate that totally shook me - because it was fair and reasonably priced! Talk about great news from a mechanic! After the work was completed, true to his word, the vehicle handled better and sounded quieter. The serenity of knowing reliable, honest, budget-friendly mechanics just adds to the value of owning a "new to me" vehicle. I'm a customer for as long as I own a vehicle and live here!

I woke up to a flat. And as a single mom of two, that can be quite frustrating and stressful. I called eldorado Shell and they immediately were willing to help and sent a guy to come and air up my tire so that I can drive it to the shop! They got what needed to be done in a timely manner, and I am very pleased with their work! If anyone has wondered what happened to full service gas stations of the past American culture in Texas here you go. No they don t come outside to the driver anymore to ask to pump your gas or diesel for you. That long gone service ended with modern day vehicle turnover and with modern pump and pay option technology. Where those stations were driven by word of mouth and were familiar highway landscape fixtures for Texas travelers, today, El Dorado Shell is popular by the aid of mechanical experience plus skills, social media, modern pump and pay option technology,and with updated monthly reviews on Online mapping and location services like Google Maps and deal fliers like Valpak of Greater Houston. I am sure there are other ways he advertises too.If you bring it here, Basel will fix it! I like the motto and I like his service, because he knows that an established business service relationship takes place by listening very well to the client and understand their meaning, albeit good intentions for their vehicle. Full maintenance service and State inspection completed in September, 2020 A.M.H.
