This has been the best dealer experience I ve ever had!! The entire team was beyond great to us and got us in and out quickly! The General Manager, AK, the Sales Manager, Jorge, and our awesome sales associate, Mo, made us feel like we were family! If you are looking for a new or used car, definitely head your way there!! Thank y all so much! We are loving our Miata and will definitely be back for future vehicles!

I've been a Mazda owner for a while now, but sometimes it is a challenge to find a dealership/sales team that will work on your behalf and not just push you into something quick and kick you out the door. During the "month" it took us to get our car, Kenny was our sales guy and I can say he was great! He is friendly and supportive and best of all "NOT PUSHY"! Thank you Kenny.

I had a really good experience w Dylan and Demontrond Mazda Service Dept getting a great check up for my car, oil change and battery replacement. I would recommend! And there are some beautiful cars on the showroom floor.

I came in to have my 2012 Mazda serviced. Obviously this car was way out of the warranty from original date of purchase. The guys still took car of my car with great service and gave me a free loaner car for the few days it took to repair my car. My Mazda has over 120,000 miles on it and overall it s been a great car. The fuel pump I just had replaced was the first and only non general maintenance repair on my car and hopefully the last for awhile!

EXCELLENT! Kenny was absolutely AWESOME! I have purchased 2 cars from him and I had just lost my husband and he was very thorough and I was so grateful for all of his help. He gave me all the time I needed to understand and ask questions. My daughter also bought a car from Kenny and we have recommended him to several people. DeMontrond is very lucky to have him! Oscar in warranties was also very helpful, he was very detailed in explaining everything to me.

Mirza was very knowledgeable and super informative on the cars we looked at. He was patient with us and not pushy. We could tell he was being honest and cared for our needs. Overall would recommend, we had a great experience and love our new Mazda. Kelly was also great help and super fun and informative!

Went to check out the Mazda CX-5 for my wife. Was greeted immediately by Elias and he was very polite. He never rushed us or used any pressure sales. Very pleasant from beginning to end. He sold us on the CX-5. Ask for Elias.

The technician performed the checks for maintenance service for current mileage. Vehicle was due for an oil change (reason there) , with the maintenance schedule they stated to have transmission and brake fluid changed. Gave me upfront pricing and had the necessary items.They were quick in inspection and completing the service. Washed the vehicle and returned it to my daughter. Was a simple and easy service visit. Would highly recommend!!!

Awesome experience! Very professional! All my car issues I came with were resolved. While I was waiting in the clean and stylish waiting area, Johnathan was kindly updating me about the progress and expected wait time. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions & concerns were addressed. I will be returning for recommended maintenance check and will highly recommend to others. Thanks again!

This was the first time bringing my 24 Mazda 3 for service at DeMontrond Mazda. I was very pleased with how quickly they looked my car. I also requested to not wash and the service advisor made sure they didn t. I did not get my car back with any weird scratches or dings. I am very particular about my car and appreciate the care for customer cars. Please continue to provide excellent customer care, many dealers do not treat customer cars with respect. Going to the dealer is always an intimidating thing as you never know what to expect. Nice waiting room/show room too!

The Mazda brand in itself is superior, but I absolutely love this dealership. I was able to buy my 2024 CX-5 during their 0% APR special and the Forever Warranty sold the deal. The buying process was seamless (just watch out for the finance manager, Oscar Villarreal, upselling useless warranties). I've had my first service at 4k miles which was automatically scheduled and it was the best experience I've ever had at any service shop or dealership. The technology they used to communicate with me throughout the repair was top tier.Only negative, please find better warranty partners and learn what the warranties truly cover before selling to customers and raising their monthly car note.

Great place to purchase a vehicle. My salesman is still there. We speak almost every time I visit for service. The service dept is awesome. Jonathan takes great care of my ride. Also, the warranty forever is the real deal. Yes, you pay upfront but it' been so worth it.

Great car buying experience. Mirza (salesperson) was so easy to work with. I feel like I was treated fairly and professionally. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. Oscar (Finance) was also easy to work with on extended warranties. I never felt pressure from anyone to buy the car or add-ons.

I went in to have my Mazda serviced. Then Alan came in and helped me find a vehicle that I really liked and he was so knowledgeable so helpful and so easy to talk to that. After a while, not feeling any pressure I made a deal on a new Mazda CX, 30 which I really like. Thanks, Alan also Big Thanks toDeMontrond Mazda

James was very good at helping me understand the diagnostic inspection results on my Mazda CX-9. He helped get my car get safely back on the road with a new battery and work on my suspension. He even offered to wash my really dirty car for me. First class service!!

After completing my oil change and inspection, they came to me with a list of prioritized maintenance options. I was not surprised at all of the suggested repairs and was happy that they thoroughly inspected my vehicle . The repairs took longer than hoped for, but were completed timely by their estimated schedule. Thankfully they have a comfortable waiting area.

People are very friendly at this dealership and do make a point to take care of you. As a buyer, make sure to read ALL fine print as to not get caught up in the purchase. (From experience) Also make sure you have in hand any agreements you make. (Used car, missing items.) Should be pointless to say, but if you don't want something they're trying to sell, don't buy it. (Warranties)

Customer service 1st class.Trust worthy, and details explained on all levels.Had 1 issue after leaving the dealership when I picked up my vehicle, called immediately and turned around. They cleared it up after hours while I waited.They encouraged me to return that evening so my day off would not be interrupted.Very satisfied customer!Dennis Bowden.

Excellent service without pressure. Lots of options to choose from. The financial part was the easiest process we have ever been through in all our car buying years. We will definitely be longtime customers. Not to mention I absolutely love my CX5. Very fun to drive and just my size. Thank you to everyone involved you are a great team.

This dealership was better managed and operated when it was Mazda of Clear Lake. If you utilize their service department be mindful they have implemented a 1.5% surcharge if using credit. This was not disclosed until after the point-of-sale. I do not recommend this dealership.

Service is always great! James and Johnathan are great service Reps. Always so polite, professional and always up to date progress on your vehicle.I pass other closer locations to come to this one. The Service Techs always diagnose my vehicle correctly and they keep it running well.

1st oil change on my new Mazda 3. Good experience, very smooth and efficient. Car came back with no dings or scratches! It is nice being able to take my car to a service center and not worry about other people damaging it. Will continue to use the dealership long term if this level of quality is maintained. It is greatly appreciated as someone who is very particular and a little OCD about their vehicle. Thanks!

The sales agent and manager are super friendly and willing to sort out good deals. The warranty forever is a big determinant for me to buy Mazda, warranty on tires and windshield as well for 7 years!Will recommend others to buy Mazda.

Jonathan is the BEST!!!!!!!He is so professional and just pleasant to work with. No one like getting getting their car serviced typically but Jonathan makes it all so easy and honestly the process mazda uses in general is very easy and hassle free. I love the text I get with all the recommendations and the explanations, and if you have to wait while your car is serviced its nice having a clean and comfortable spot to wait such as the Mazda dealership. I have always been so happy with the service at this dealership since day 1 of buying my car here.

Be very cautious when buying from this dealership honesty is not their strong point make sure to inspect your vehicle. The excitement of buying a new vehicle is always thrilling but in my experience this dealership ruined it for me.
