Our car had a dealer installed tint on the side windows that left a very sticky residue when removed. After discussing with them, they said it would come off. Fast forward to a call later in the day telling me it was harder than they thought and it would take extra time. Car was ready next afternoon and they billed me the quoted price! I know it took at least 2 hours longer, so I voluntarily increase the payment, but it was worth it for the quality installation and the quick turnaround! Can't go wrong here.

Came in thinking I needed a new weather seal around my windshield. I was getting moisture in my car. Zack and his team examined my situation and showed me water drains that were clogged. No charge, didn't need to replace seal. What a relief. Saved $$$$. Very knowledgeable staff. 5 plus stars, awesome. Highly recommend!!!

They replaced my cracked windshield recently. Upfront about their prices (better than quote from Safelite ) including a credit card surcharge. They have been operating in this area for many years, moving into the current location just couple of months ago.

Absolutely horrid experience with Clear Lake Auto Glass & Tint. The service was incredibly slow, and the workmanship was sloppy. The tint was uneven, and the adhesive left streaks all over the windows. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the prices were exorbitant. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!!

Not only did they work around our schedule, but they were super quick and were so reasonably priced. Would recommend them over and over again! Just used Clear Lake Auto Glass for the second time. First time was actually almost 7 years ago and I wanted to use them again. I had a huge crack all around my windshield. Started in the corner from a huge rock while driving. I called, made an appointment and was done in less than an hour and on my way. Windshield looks great! Almost like a brand new car!

This place is great. Great communication let me know beforehand how much exactly it was going to be and their price beats everywhere around town by 200 to 300 bucks. The man I talked to his name was Zack. Very sweet man he understood I was paying outta pocket and let me keep my vehicle there for a few days after it was already done so I could gather the money. Honestly I was surprised it was done so quickly!! I highly recommend this place if you want a fair price and good people working on your vehicles. Also they take any insurance I just so happen to not be able to get coverage from my insurance for different reasons. Anyways come here for quality work! Very reasonable prices for complete windshield replacement. Houston freeways are notorious for creating rock chips that spider into cracks in no time in this heat. I replaced my husband's windshield on his car as well as mine almost 3 years ago with them. They were $250 each (a Honda Accord and a Nissan Rogue), which was a great price. My husband no longer has the Honda and needed an estimate for his current car (a Lincoln Towncar). They quoted the new windshield which includes installation at $275, still reasonable pricing after 3 years. Staff is just as friendly and helpful as they were 3 years ago. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and again.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

I made the mistake of making an appointment with the large Auto Glass company. They took one look at my truck with a snorkel, and said "no way". Lost time. Out of desperation, I went to Clear Lake Auto Glass and Tint. They took me right away, and charged me a lot less than the other large company. Great service, good price! I would definitely recommend. The charge was excessive, I spoke to the guy two days before and asked for the price, he gave me a quote and I thought it was fine, the day of the appointment I went and asked him the price again and he said don't worry when I'm done we'll check. Since we had already reached a price, I trusted him... when I returned for the truck, the cost doubled, saying that he never told me a price over the phone... in conclusion, be careful, first ask the price two or three times because the changes it.

This place is a complete disappointment. I had my windshield and door glass replaced here. However, the very next day, the windshield started leaking, and the door glass wouldn't close properly. I strongly advise against spending your money here.

I had a chip that other companies said would be a windshield replacement. I came here and got my chip repaired. I have been here twice and will keep coming back. This guy is a windshield champ!!!!!

Got an appointment immediately. Went in on Saturday and took me in right away for 9am and done by 10. Prices for windshield replacement was super inexpensive and reasonable. Employees friendly too. Nice waiting area to wait. Will definitely go back for any future window needs.

These guys made my life so much easier. All I had to do was call to get a quote and make an appointment. I was able to bring my vehicle in the next morning and have it replaced. Exactly the same as factory at a reasonable price! Will definitely recommend.

So far my experience here has been all positive. I stopped here just to ask about pricing and to see how long it would take. The man attending me was very polite and gave me a very reasonable price right away. I was even able to set up an appointment for the next day. The installation part of it didn't even take 1 hour.These guys are fast, fairly priced and reliable. I'd recommend them.

I can't say enough about my experience at Clear Lake Auto Glass. The cost is very reasonable for high-quality work and the manager running it is very personable and engaging. The turnaround time for me on both visits was relatively quick and I've been impressed with the results of the new windshields. Highly recommended them.

Had never used this business before but certainly will again. Dropped by on Tuesday after Labor Day and of course VERY busy. They let me know they could order a window regulator for my vehicle and have it installed within about 1.5 hours - they were early!!Thanks so much Zee and Zack, I will recommend your business. My grandma actually referred clear lake auto glass to me, originally I was going to go to safelite and I m so glad I didn t. These guys are fast and efficient with their work! Only took a couple hours for them to order a new windshield and replace it. It was cheap and reasonable prices. Will definitely be referring this place to others!

Clear Lake Auto Glass replaced my windshield the same day I requested. After dropping off the vehicle, in the time it took me to eat lunch the team at Clear Lake Auto Glass had completed my windshield replacement. Everything was transferred (registration sticker, toll pass) and the new windshield looks just like the original. I appreciate the speed and reasonable price.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I highly recommend this great location! I had called one day and spoke with Zack, the shop owner, about a quote for a windshield replacement for a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. He gave me an estimate of about $170, and he also mentioned that they have the windshield available so they would be able to fix it that day. Other places I had called gave me quotes between $250 - $500, so they really have an unbeatable price! I chose to schedule an appointment the next day because I had to work late the day I called.When I arrived, I met with Zack and Kerry, the office attendant. They are genuinely friendly and very courteous, not to mention their outstanding service! The shop was not busy, so the mechanics pulled my car in within minutes of my arrival and began working. The service took about 45 minutes, but it did not seem that long because I was having an enjoyable conversation with both Zack and Kerry. Once the service was complete, I paid the exact amount that Zack had quoted me (plus taxes of course). There were no tricks like hidden fees or extra charges for labor or materials.This is definitely a place I would go to again for its reputable and friendly business. Zack is truly an honest, hard-working individual who, along with his remarkable employees, provides a top-notch service and an excellent experience.

Very great customer service and the best price in town it's just a start.These guys are very passionate about their work and when they install a windshield they take great care and precision in the process.The service was fairly quick. If and when I ever need another windshield this will be my go-to place.
