Gary, Dennis, and the whole team did a fantastic job of fixing our brakes on short notice. We were having a family emergency and they found a way to fit us into the schedule and did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed, all in the span of a few hours. On top of that, they offered a much appreciated military discount.

As always, fantastic service on my car. I will not take my family's cars anywhere else, even though I've moved south of Friendswood...we tow if needed. I had a 100k service done to ensure my car will safely last another 100k. Thank you, Brocks, so much!

Went fairly smooth. A very young employee misunderstood manager's instruction of customer wishes and didn't use the products brought by customer for oil change. All ended well with understanding between customer and management despite the customer's products not used.

As always, Brocks Car Care, did a great job replacing gaskets and seals that needed to be replaced - rear main engine seal, valve cover gaskets, oil pan gasket, and transmission seal. Also, checked suspension and replaced worn parts, then did front end alignment. All of this at a reasonable price. I have used Brocks for years and will continue.

Brock s Car Care was very professional, and communicated very well. My vehicle needed a new battery and an oil filter adapter replacement. Brock s Car Care repaired and replaced both issues very quickly and did it correctly. I would definitely recommend Brock s Car Care to anyone. Whoever wants great service, and quality work performed on their vehicles go to Brock s Car Care!

We have always trusted Brock s and had honest and quality work. Been going to them for the last 15 + years I think. I am not sure what has changed over the last few years but I don t feel the value is there anymore.It s like they followed other shops and decided to start over charging for everything. I think it s time to go back to fixing my own cars again.Orielly part $130, Brock s. $420. Sorry but I am not made of money.

I highly recommend Brock s to any and all with auto problems. My check engine light came on so I took it to OReilly to have it diagnosed. I took it to Brock s where Gary was very welcoming and honest. He was first going to ensure that the repair was diagnosed properly (which it was), he gave me an estimate ($100 less than the first estimate), and told me that it would be completed by the end of the day. Gary came though with everything he d told me, and I was able to pick it up that evening! What a great, solid experience!

Very friendly. Unfortunately my vehicle didn t act up for them so they never found the issue. They could have easily started extra testing including pulling out dash to get to electronics but were honest and said it isn t worth it because there is no guarantee they d find anything, would just be bigger bill for me. I d definitely go back.

After Nissan informed me that I needed a new control arm on my 2020 Murano and that it would cost $1,500+ I started to shop around to see if I could find a lower cost. I went to Brock s to get an estimate and it was lower than Nissan, so I decided to go with them. Low and behold there was nothing wrong with my control arm, a fluid that is meant to lubricate the area of the power steering was bone dry. They checked for leaks and found none. They filled up the fluid and gave me an oil change for $170!! A big difference! I saved over $1000 thanks to these guys. Needless to say, I m going to Brock s for my mechanic needs from this point forward!

According to consumer protection laws, shops are generally required to provide a written estimate if the anticipated cost exceeds a certain amount. Proceeding without my approval and failing to disclose the charges is legally questionable. Transparency and adherence to legal standards in pricing would significantly enhance the integrity of this establishment.My First and Final Visit to This Shop:My first encounter with this shop left much to be desired. Despite my initial request for a brake line repair and a clear agreement on a $30 diagnostic fee, communication was severely lacking. I was initially told by Dennis that I would receive a call regarding the diagnostic and cost for any needed repairs. I only received a text stating my car was ready without any prior discussion of the repair cost. I called the shop regarding my diagnostic to which Dennis responded by saying that he was going to call me, but he had already taken the vehicle apart and decided to just go ahead and repair the breaking system. To my surprise, I was slapped with an $89 bill upon pickup, leaving me feeling deceived.I asked Dennis where the 89$ amount come from, since no quote agreement was made. Dennis then stated, in person, that he thought the 89$ was not going to be an issue for me to pay which is why he never informed me of the amount. The amount of the repair is not my concern, rather the absence of transparent communication and professionalism.

It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but these are honest people. Multiple times I have asked them to do something and they talked me out of it because it was not needed. Or they found the least expensive fix instead of starting with the most expensive. And the work they do is quality. I am so pleased . Thank you!

Took my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe to Brock's on November 7, 2023. They repaired an engine water leak by replacing the water temperature control assembly after doing a pressure test. They also got my clogged-up windshield washer working again. The work was completed the next morning. We've used Brock's for previous electrical system work and battery replacement. Excellent service at competitive prices each time. I highly recommend them, and I will continue to rely on them for service.Service: Auto water leak repair

Have been bringing my car here for years. I do believe they are very careful and honest. They are a full service repair shop. They are busy so sometimes it takes a day or two, but that's good.

My starter quit on me, they connected me with a tow service, diagnosed and fixed my car within a day, and were very kind! The prices seem reasonable to me, and the quote they provide breaks down all the costs. I will be back if I have any other problems with my car!

I ve been using Brocks since moving to Friendswood about 4 years ago. Always exceptionally competent mechanics and superior service. Pricing has been more than reasonable and they go out of their way to fit you in so there is minimal downtime without your vehicle. Strongly recommend. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Came for a starter replacement, they originally quoted me the wrong price but apologized and immediately corrected the estimate.Price was very reasonable and they kept me updated consistently. Definitely would go back
