They worked on our truck and my car really quickly when we needed. Amazing customer service and good prices. It feels so nice to not be ripped off by a mechanic for once.

I have been using Walker Auto for years. My family has been using it for years longer than I. I am afraid that we will no longer be taking our vehicles over there for services. The cost and care are just not up to par as what they have been in years past. Paul had some great guys working for him that did the job right and his prices were fair. He would even work with people on payment plans. I know that Covid has messed a lot up for a lot of companies and the economy is not the best but I feel that at some point we have to get back to a sense of normalcy. It takes forever for parts to come in, prices are higher and the work is middle of the road to lacking. I had some repairs done to a vehicle I had before on the steering wheel & they used very used parts from a junk yard to replace it with that made the steering wheel very hard to use. My family had their car worked on several times only to find out that the problem wasn't fixed after they were told it was. I had my current vehicle looked at and asked if they could fix one problem. Said that I would be coming back at a later date to have some other things looked at. Well they looked into more than I asked them to and actually broke parts of my vehicle and left parts open. Only noticed when I was driving and had to pull over because I had a part fly off my car. They said they were sorry and that they would fix it. Even made the comment that its not the first time they have had complaints like this. If that is true then why is the person who worked on mine and others vehicles still allowed to work there? I still haven't gotten my vehicle fixed from damages they caused. I was told parts are on order. checked back a week later, 3 weeks later, a few months later, and now its been 6 months. Still not able to fix my vehicle. Some of the issues I was able to fix on my own by going to auto parts stores and doing it myself. How is it they can't fix something because they can't get parts in after months but I can go into town, find the parts and do it myself in one day? I love ya Paul, I really do. I just can't come back to you till you start having a better team of mechanics and better supply lines. I need to have faith that when a job is done that the job will be done right, on time, without breaking the bank and I wont get my vehicle back worse than I got it.

These guys are absolutely awesome! Time after time they continue to go above and beyond to help the customer out. They are honest and fair and I would recommend them to anyone. They work on it all and they do a great job.

Fixed the air conditioner on my car when the Nissan dealership wouldn't even look at it without an appointment, even though I was at the dealership for a different maintenance issue.The repair was done with excellent results and it has kept me cool for remainder of the summer! They are good people and I plan to use them again in the future if needed.Services: Auto A/C replacement, Air conditioning, Oil change

Paul Walker has proven himself and his team time and time again. The Lincoln dealership wanted $175.00 just to look at me car. Paul fixed it for free, and it only took a few minutes! Thank you Paul. I am years late in doing a review for Walkers Automotive, I have just been telling people about their reasonable cost and services. I have never done business with anyone more helpful and honest in my 70+ years. To say I trust them is an understatement. If they can t do the job they will refer you to someone with the same work ethics and qualifications to help you. I highly give them all the stars for their services.

Me and my family have used walkers for YEARS until recently. They started giving out absolutely outrageous quotes without even taking the time to look at our vehicles, and this happened on several occasions. After deciding to finally change our preferred auto place to somewhere else, I had made a Facebook post stating how great the new place was and that we had previously used walkers but switched. The wife of the owner, Laura Walker began commenting on the Facebook post stating that they DID have employees that were greatly inflating quotes but they had since terminated them and even messaged me her number to talk more. I did take the post down, I am not trying to bad mouth a business especially if it was a genuine mistake. But after I thought the situation was handled, she texted me the very next morning telling me I was a liar and "not to bash their company when I don't know what I'm talking about, bye Felisha" and "you're just a liar". All I have to say is, INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I totally understand standing by your employees but if you've already admitted to firing people for the very thing that was done to me, then you don't have much room to call me a liar! And these were my PERSONAL experiences! I also had texted several times trying to end the conversation but she just kept it going, getting more hostile as it went on. I will NEVER recommend this place, not even to my worst enemy! (My husband and father were the ones who had talked to the workers up there so she was claiming I was a liar because I wasn't the one to actually speak to anyone)

My brakes went out at Dairy Queen in front of the shop and Paul and his boys helped push my car and gave me a good quote for our car to be fixed. He was very nice and understanding! All of them up there are amazing and will definitely be going back in the futureService: BrakesService: Brakes

Amazing folks! Drove right up after my daughters rear tail light was out for her driver license test and multiple employees came to the rescue immediately working on the issue for us. Turns out wasn t just a bulb but whole assembly that needed to be replaced. They started taking everything apart and fixing it as quickly as possible so she could get back and do her test.. thank you walker automotive for seriously saving the day! She s waited for this appointment for months now. Seriously wouldn t have been able to do it with out you guys !

The only place in town that when I get my car back it doesn't still have the change your oil light on the dash, plus they always get rid of that pesky low tire light , they definitely take care of you and save you money every time! Was very disappointed because I felt I knew Mr. Walker on a semi personal level. Took my car in for a routine oil change, was told I was losing coolant and needed a new thermostat housing. Payed 608.00 at Christmas time, got my car back with engine light on, it had never been on prior, gave him another chance to fix the problem was told it was an old code and he cleared it, but was still losing coolant. After Walker's working on my vehicle, I spent an additional 500.00 getting the heater hose fixed( that was actually the coolant leak), a new sensor to the housing, because it was cracked in the process and a new thermostat. Hopefully now 1100.00 later my car is completely fixed. Again, I was very disappointed, as I trusted these people with my vehicle.Service: Auto maintenance

Paul and his staff are truly amazing. I've been going to them for about 4 years or so and I moved to Fort Worth a while back, almost an hour away, and I will drive for their service, even just an oil change! Trustworthy, down to earth, I can't say enough. And hanging out with Animal, such a cool dog. Paul & the crew got my emergency alternator job done the day after I dropped my car off, as promised. I absolutely HAD to have it for the weekend. They did a fantastic job, at a reasonable price, which was exactly the price quoted. A good, honest shop is hard to find. ESPECIALLY with customer service like this! I highly recommend this place!

Everyone here was so sweet I took my mom to get her car inspected and they were so sweet to her offered to help her in anyway they could. They even offered to put her new tags on for her if she wanted when we got them. You just can't find that kind of service anywhere now a days. I would for sure recommend them to anyone. The first starter they put on went bad in a day. Called them that morning they came to my job and got my car. They took back to the shop and fixed it fast had it back the next day. I was recommended to Walker Automotive and it ended up being a great recommendation. I went in Friday afternoon and they were too busy to get to my car over the weekend.. I had to work come Monday at the time that they open and had to go straight to get my son from school after work but the owners wife was willing to pick my car up from work and bring it back to me when it was done which helped with my schedule alot. I also sent my bill to a family friend who works at an automotive shop out of town and asked if I was given a good price. (Knowing very little about cars, I wanted to make sure I was going to an honest shop if I need to go again) He assured me that the job done on my car was for a very good price. I don't leave alot of reviews but I was very appreciative and feel good about this one.

This business had a worker that hit my car and are scam artist with all state and they told me they would pay for damages and they have a good deal with allstate to help them to fix it. I didnt use them to fix my car but the company i used was separate from them and i think the attorney i have is also a scam and possibalyalso a scam and connected to this business as well using mccormick law firm as a cover. I am not sure about the later of this but be ware of thus business because act like nice people but i feell thier scam artist.

Paul and Jason are awesome. They helped me get my truck going that nobody else could do for me. Also my mustang had an issue with brake system they checked it out and got me going again. I live in azle and it's worth it to me to take my vehicles to them in Weatherford. Only shop I trust.

I would recommend Paul to anyone who needs help. Twice he and his team have fixed problems that others have taken my money and not fixed in very little amount of time. He is very flexible and makes life so much easier because we are all so busy these days. He is very affordable and genuine.
